The room was a good size and well appointed. It was lovely having a fridge we could use rather than a pointless minibar. The beds were very comfortable and the shower pressure was good. The staff were great, cleanliness was too, and I would return.

There was a large window between the bathroom and the bedroom. It was frosted, but not very well… it left little to the imagination so would have been nice to have been highlighted on booking as was sharing a twin room with a male friend! Location wise it’s in the middle of the business district, so at weekends almost everything is closed.

Great location (7-8 min walking from the train station). Nice and clean rooms. Nice view. Very tasty breakfast with lots of choices.

The only downside for me was the receptionists behaviour. The check-in went very smoothly and fast. They even offered me a cup of hot chocholate to get warm (it was cold and rainy when I traveled). The "but" is that they (meaning, two ladies from the reception), for some reason, on my check-in process, talked between them in dutch and laughed mentioning my home country. I am not saying that they laughed at me or anything remotely close, I'm just saying this is not a professional behaviour from their part.

Clean and lots of space in the room for two people sharing two single beds. Room facilities were sufficient for a week stay. Quiet area, can’t keep the window open at night as it is noisy but can use air con. The metro is outside the hotel.

The wall dividing the bathroom and the room is frosted glazing. This was not expected and isn’t a nice feature. Can see silhouette when using the shower. There are no usb ports so don’t forget to bring travel adapters. I thought it would be more modern for this hotel. You have to pay extra to use the gym which is across the atrium in the World Trade Centre. Disappointing that this was not specified and not included in the hotel price.

Really liked the bright and spacious room with a nice view and lots of windows. We were on floor 13 and had booked the premium room. Breakfast is also very varied, savory and sweet alike. They have a waffle maker at the weekend and closes at 12:00 at weekend too.

The gym is not inside the hotel and you have to pay 12€ extra, which is not clear from the description on Booking.com (totally Booking.com’s fault). Also the city tax is not included and it’s really dear- 33€ for 3 nights for 2 people

Very convenient place and location, close to The Hague centre as well as the station. Professional staff and a good and clean room. Wifi worked seamlessly. Basically everything you need on a business stay.

The area tends to feel a bit deserted given that not many people walk the streets here and there are many office buildings and high-rises around. Perhaps also because of this, the hotel feels a little bit anonymous. That said, this is a perfect place to stay when you need a convenient place to stay on business.

Property was nice and good location next to tram station and one stop ride to Denhaag central station . Nice quiet location if you like to walk.

I don’t think the hotel has air conditioning. If it did then the Air conditioning did not work properly. It cuts off in the middle of the night making it very hot and uncomfortable to sleep . Also no fridge in the room and beds are 2 single beds with 2 single quilts even though we booked a double room for a couple this myself and my husband.

Good Service overall. Wonderful view from the room on the 17th floor over the city to Scheveningen. Comfortable beds. Staff luckily took my Luggage for Hours before checkin-time (early arrival due to announced strikes on railway-company) in the locker-room, so i could easily stroll along City, Museums and Beaches nearly the hole day before check-in procedures, but it was served in highspeed. Breakfast was perfect.

My at booking.com advertised and prebooked 3-course Dinner-Package wasn‘t already known in the Hotel by staff at the counter. No one knew and no could find it. At least i had to handout my phone with the booking.com App -confirmation of that and it was taken to backoffice. Strange! After a few minutes it was accepted by a Manager on duty which whom i didn‘t have the opportunity to be intoduced. Got my phone and a personal voucher for the Restaurant. Cheap package. Wouldn’ have booked Meal at regualar price. Only regular quality. Better have Dinner of your choice in the City. Hotel near to Tram-Station, but no Tram-Tickets available. Regular available in Trams but Service was down. Need to head back to Central station.

The breakfast was excellent and there is a lot of choice. The staff is super friendly! They are always there for you and they always find a solution for your problems. And they are always with great humour!

There could have been something in the breakfast that would switch all 2 days or something for more variety. And they could do something to the clima in the room on the last floor. The room was fantastic only the clima was a little low it was always warm inside:(

The woman who was in care of our check in was absolutely delightful and very nice. i was really pleasee to find an attention in my room. the room we had was very quite and Ith a nice vue on The Hague. The breakfast was one of the best I have and the choices are so multiples… very very good, excellent ! ans the staff was super nice.

The bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were totally empty. as we jad only one night there, for a short week end, we needed to use the amenities of the hotel room and we were not able to do so. we calmed the reception for having the necessairy and : - they didn’t have these - they asked us to come to the reception and not giving us to the room… for the price, that was not cool… we have to wait until the morning to have a good shower. They didn’t take care of this in the room. The bathroom was quite clean but not totally.

The location, the superket and restaurant but most of all THE STAFF. I have been blessed to have traveled internationally stayed in some of the finest 5-star hotels (Paris, Italy, London, Switzerland and the U.S.) I have never encountered such friendly, warm, welcoming and professional staff anywhere. Morning, afternoon and evening ALL were absalutely OUTSTSNDING. A beautiful tray of chocolates were delivered to me on my birthday - so thoughtful and never before had that been done. Your staff literally made our stay the best we had all summer after traveling the US, Hawaii ending at NH Den Haag. We will be returning next summer. Thank you, thank you, thank you !!!
