This cozy hotel is located at a great spot for sightseeing and shopping, just a short walk from the city center. You'll be surrounded by stunning architecture and monuments. Also, there is an option to unwind by the relaxing garden terrace at the back of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and aesthetically themed. The staff is friendly, and parking is only a 3-minute walk away for €22 per day.

The bedroom and bathroom are big, though cleanliness and maintenance could be improved. Lack of toiletries products.

Great hotel tucked in a good neighborhood close to the Mauritshuis Museum (Girl with the Pearl Earring). Staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was large and the large bathroom terrific (towel warmers and shower!). Breakfast was lovely with seating available in the front lobby.

No elevator but staff will carry your bags.

Everything was perfect!

Do not inform the customer in advance when the reception is closed, how to access the property (codes, apartment or any additional information required), if they arrive with a last minute reservation. Another point to consider: the noise at 6 am coming from the Irish pub close to the property.

Location is amazing, very good bathtub and the size of the bathroom is pleasant, we stayed at a suite on the ground floor - little private garden, someone’s chatty black cat was visiting us daily which was very nice and gave us home like feeling.

A bit sloppy experience overall. The hotel has its own WhatsApp chatbot, staff requires some training (communication skills?) though. They’d put breakfasts on the system for our room after casually reminding that they do provide breakfasts on arrival. I never book breakfasts in advance, prefer to decide early in the morning if I’m up for it or not. Last morning we actually had breakfast there and it was below average, quite disappointing considering the price, if not an early flight home to LCY I wouldn’t go for it. Went for a check-out and had a little chat with the girl at the counter who notified us that someone has added breakfasts to our room for each day of our stay. The girl was able to resolve the issue, almost missed our train because of that though. Pub next door is loud.

The large , clean room was very tastefully decorated and had all the amenities, coffee, tea, wifi, large TV. There was a seating area and a very luxurious bathroom. The breakfast was great , they provided non-dairy milk and we could choose our style of egg, including pancake and waffle. The location was on the street of the royal palace, so very classy. The personnel is very friendly and helpful.

The only thing I was disappointed about was our view. Via this app, I received the room specs and photos, which included a view to the green garden. We had a view of an ugly flat roof and a huge inox pipe. Maybe putting some bamboo on the roof would improve the view? Luckily the room was spacious and pretty....

What an amazing hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Nosh was great and helped us with check in and info on the area. We were upgraded to a suite unexpectedly which was awesome - it made the trip even better for me and my son. The location is very good and convenient to a lot of restaurants, museums and shops. We booked a table at O'Caseys Irish pub which turned out to be next door to the hotel. Dinner was good and the atmosphere great. The room we were in was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and all we needed. The hotels decor is fun and tastefully done. The hostess in the morning was also very friendly and helpful - I think her name was Cotti (apologies if incorrect). All in all an incredible stay and I hope to visit again.

nothing, everything was amazing.

Breakfast was wonderful! I enjoyed the view of the garden and the King’s stables from my window.

The young man at the desk could have offered to carry my big suitcase downstairs when I checked out, but, on the other hand, I appreciated not being treated like an old lady! I think it is good to do things for oneself as long as you are able to do so. I took my time and had no trouble getting down the stairs with my bag, and I’m thankful that I can, at age 82!

The style of the hotel was just perfect. We loved the combination of great design and homely feeling. Located right at the heart of Noordeinde. Breakfast was simple but with attention to detail and great ingredients. The staff was smiling, friendly, and attentive.

The only thing that did not speak to us was having to pay a daily fee for a crib for our 10-month-old baby. At times, we had seen hotels charging a one-off fee to install the crib, but never a daily fee. We would also suggest a large duvet for the bed rather than 2 separate ones (but we appreciate it is a matter of preference). When booking, it is worth asking on which floor the room is located (it could be 2 sets of narrow stairs up) and also for any possible noise (there are nearby pubs that get lively, especially on the weekends, though we did not feel it was much of a problem and the music was tuned down after 11pm).

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The Hotel is discreetly to be found in the middle of "the shopping district" so we had a lovely time walking around The Hague We got upgraded (very nice surprise) and our room was very beautiful, spacious, comfortable and we love the details in it (Paintings/Fireplace/Color scheme/bath/the ceiling) Breakfast was lovely.

We are not sure if we missed a do not disturb sign/hanger but during our nap someone came in the room(holding towels) suddenly(we remember locking the door) and that scared me awake but they did apologize and left so all good!
