OUTSTANDING location! Great value! Beautiful room, the best shower, did I say great location!!??? It’s a renovated bank building and there’s an elevator which was grrrrrrreat after having stayed in historic buildings in Amsterdam with steep and plentiful staircases.
Nothing I didn’t like! Receptionist who welcomed us was outstanding, thereafter it seemed that all staff when we passed the reception avoided eye contact. Oh well - minor thing but I noticed.

Very charming warm hotel with cool decor and very friendly staff. Room is spacious with a nice view and automatic curtains. Large comfortable bed. Separated bath and toilet rooms. Breakfast is okay butttt (see below). Nice discovery of the supplied minibar.
Bathroom is located up 3-4 steps which isn’t a problem unless you need to use it at night, in the dark. For the price, breakfast isn’t worth it. We were told by the doorman to park across the street which cost us ~70€ for 1 night. At checkout I was informed that hotel parking is on the other side of the hotel. Be sure to ask where free parking is or use any other parking location that isn’t a ripoff.

A gem right in the heart of The Hague. Excellent location on the doorstep of a main shopping street and restaurant, but absolutely no problems with noise. The room was so much more spacious than we expected with a lovely modern bathroom (we kept saying how much we wanted to mirror the exact bathroom at home!). The vault bar in the basement was a great addition. Remember to ask for the hot food menu at breakfast, at first it seemed like it was just the - fairly small - buffet, but they have a menu where you can order fresh omelettes/pancakes etc.
The buffet element at breakfast could be improved but you have the hot food so this wasn't a big deal

The staff was mostly really kind and helpful and tried to make our experience a great one. The breakfast bar was perfect and the option to choose a warm add one a lovely option. Location wise absolutely great. You can reach everything by foot. The building itself is rather stunning as it was an Bank many many years ago.
The opening hours of the bar and restaurant are „relaxed“. So plan to order in on a Sunday night. If you are unlucky weather wise plan activities before hand because there are no real option in the hotel to entertain or relax.

Very friendly front office personnel. Milena provided a very hospitable, nice check-in and check-out procedures, and helped with questions we had. The room was quite spacious and clean. Very nice breakfast with welcoming staff. The location is perfect for getting around the city.
Would like to have had thinner pillows in the room. It's too much on the neck to have very thick ones. The bar personnel wasn't attentive, took a while before someone approached us even after making eye contact with us twice. Maybe he was new, I don't know, but we didn't feel very welcome or like we were seen at all. Dinner was nice but a little overpriced for the provided quality. Quick service though.

The breakfast was very nice, with lots of choice and the dining room is very pleasant and relaxing. Having access to the gym nearby in the sister hotel was much appreciated The room was very quiet and the TV had a good choice of channels
Despite adverts around about energy saving and waste, the sink was of a design that has no stopper/plug which for a wet shaver results in a lot of wasted water. The shower head was clearly blocked with limescale and with high ceilings could not be reached by me to clear it. Water was spayed all over the place rather than vertically. The lighting in the room was very odd - with no dimer it was either very brilliantly lit or too dark to read

In a nice area very central and super convenient for all shops, restaurants, and public transport. Lovely original details throughout the building. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included a vast choice and was delicious. Very comfortable beds, windows opened for fresh air which I really appreciate and is hard to find in most hotels. Blackout curtaining made for very good sleep. Overall a fantastic home from home for our short trip.
There was noise from the front (we were second floor at the front) in the morning as the city got going. There was some kind of groundwork going on across the street which looked like water main repair or similar, obviously beyond the hotel's control. Best to ask for a room away from the street if a light sleeper.

Fabulous hotel in the very centre of town. The staff were fabulous and really helpful - they recommended a lovely Italian restaurant for one evening. The room was spacious with great finishes. The breakfast was excellent - a wide selection on the buffet and a good menu to order from. Really enjoyed our stay.
Very little storage space, despite the size of the room - a small rack for hangers and one drawer!! Only one mirror in the bathroom no other mirror in the whole room.

Indigo hotel is excellently located and very nicely decorated (in line with its history as national bank), giving an extra touch to our stay. Also the breakfast room is very nice, but its capacity appears a bit limited to accommodate all guests in time. The quality of the breakfast is excellent, with a nice range of free dishes. Definitely recommend the "Dutch toast"! ;-)
Requesting to pay for an additional "booking fee" (on top of the additional tourist tax) was a let-down to the already quite substantial price agreed. The "vault" concept is nice, although the open vault's doors in the breakfast room make passage somewhat difficult.

Beds were super comfortable- better than some 5 starred we’ve stayed in! Breakfast was really nice but can get busy on the weekends so get in early so there’s no wait for a table. The position couldn’t have been better!! The staff was so attentive, accommodating and friendly!
The elevator was a bit slow and small so sometimes we had to wait or take the stairs
