Decent option in the heart of the Randstad, easy to get to either from Amsterdam or Rotterdam. Staff were helpful and welcoming. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet style and contains plenty of options. The hotel is handily located for the station or the pretty town centre. Overall a good place to stay.

Windows in the room could not be opened and so I had to use the air-conditioning. Breakfast service needs to be a little more observant as items ran out and weren't replaced for a quite a while as well as tables having empty plates on them for periods. Minor points really.

Everything was good. The room is large enough, large bed, comfortable bathroom with bath and shower. Variety of choices, delicious breakfast, delicious coffee.

I was with a small child, with a stroller, there is no elevator in the building, they gave me a room on the 3rd floor, it was not convenient to go up and down. I booked a superior room with an additional small sofa, they gave me a standard room. When I wrote about this to the administrator, they completely ignored it. There were no free parking places, I had to drive further along the street to look for where to leave the car and, again, with the child, return on foot to the hotel.

Nice room with good size bed and helpful friendly staff. The cold selection of food available for "boterham" was excellent but I am not a Nederlandse person whom likes that kind of breakfast.

It would have been good to have someone serve a cooked breakfast to order to obtain more variety. By day 4 bacon, omelette and pancake which were the only hot foods available were just not appealing. I also did not like the 300% mark up on a bottle of white wine La Compagna Sauvingnon Blanc at 28.50 EUR that I could have obtained in Albert Heijn for 7 90 EUR!

The building is very cosy. The room is very comfortable. We ordered the breakfast during check-in and was the best decision: The breakfast was delicious. Plenty of good options. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful. I loved my stay. I would come back in the future.

They could improve the pillows. Also, there was broken furniture in our room, but nothing that interferes with our stay. The room temperature was quite chilly when we arrived. The lack of floor heating is slightly bad. But it matters just during the winter. Last but not least, I think because we attended during a festival, the corridors were a bit noise and the sound isolation isn't that perfect.

The first room we were offered was very smelly, but the receptionist was able to change us into another room without hesitation. The location is excellent and downtown Woerden an easy 5 minute walk away. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean.

The design of the shower meant that the floor got very wet. Real cups instead of paper ones for the complementary tea/coffee would have been an extra bonus.

Loved the layout of the room, bathroom wonderful, especially the warming towel rack. Nice view of the canal. Quiet and relaxing. Also loved the photo in the room of Woerden. And photos and history on hallways. Nice touch! Also, nice walk into town. Great hotel. Oh, nice to have access to coffee machine in the lobby.

The bathroom door is rather heavy!

A comfortable bed and a quiet room are paramount for me, and the Best Western in Woerden met this criteria. It was clean and I was able to park on the property for an extra 10 euro (you might get lucky and get free street parking outside). The hotel is central and has easy access to the train station, town and a nice park. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner but there options within walking distance. There is a small breakfast buffet in the morning.

There were too many stuff members knocking/coming to my room by accident (to clean again?). Also in the morning, it's like they were expecting me to check out immediately. There was no "do not disturb" card in the room. Everyone was nice, but it was very intruding for the price I paid.

We got a big wave of tourists every morning at breakfast. The car park is difficult. (the main underground car park is too low if roof-box, the main one is hard to maneuver, and a water drainage hole is placed exactly where you will drop things from the car trunk at the car spot easiest to park).
