Great location as it’s near the station but far enough from noise. Restaurants and shopping mall nearby. Secure parking. The staff are wonderful greeting you and in the restaurant. The food is pretty good. No fuss hotel. Quality hotel.

We stayed for 6 nights (work) we try to only ask for minimal room make up service when required. The towels were replaced but we expected the sheets to be changed at least once and the room ‘refreshed’ but was not done. We paid for parking for the whole time up front but there is no guarantee of a spot so most nights had to wait for a spot to become free..perhaps there needs to be spots only for those pre paid? We had to turn the heating off as they are small rooms so got very hot.

- The hotel was very easy to find as it is located directly next to the central station of Utrecht. Fantastic location to quickly get around the city and to/from the airport. - Check-in and check-out was done in a minute, really quick and without any issue - Breakfast was amazing: lots of options, everything I ate was quite good and there was 0 waiting times - the room was very spacious and comfortable, the bed really good - it was quiet

These are only really details, nothing that would really impact the stay: - the view from the window was just out to the train tracks/construction site; however, it was not noisy - the options of food at the hotel itself were limited and a bit on the expensive side; more options for dinner would have been nice

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the room was spotlessly clean and comfortable. There were many small details, like the welcome pack for our kid, the voucher for opting out of everyday cleaning service, the cool water at the entry.... The location is good next to the central station, although it is not the most scenic or beautiful area, in between train/tram/bus lines and big buildings. But it is comfortable for exploring the zone and it is close enough to the historical centre. Breakfast is a bit pricey but was good and had a lot of variety (coffee was not that good though). The lounge area is very nice.

The room could use a bit of fresh air, the windows don't open and the air feels a bit stale after a while (we did not want to use the cooling system as the temperature was not the issue rather than the lack of fresh air).

The location was ideal as very close to the train station.the room was perfect and very clean.

I think breakfast is rather expensive so we ate near the train station on both mornings as no restaurant in Ireland would charge so much not even hotels.one or two staff members were rude and when working dealing with the public, it's important to be polite.I was staying for 2nights and there was a qr code to scan if we didn't use cleaning staff and save on towels which we did so expected to get the voucher towards meal or bottle of wine but the very unfriendly lady at reception this morning told us I had to scan it on day 1,what different it made I don't know but she was rude.the South African lady very friendly.

Room was clean, big enough and comfortable. The location was close to the city center. By walk it takes 20-25 minutes to go anywhere in the center. Staff was really nice, helpful and smiling.

We go there by car and parking was 20-25 Euros per day. I don't remember the exact number right now. I thought it was already included in the booking but it was not. It is a lot and it should be free in my opinion. I guess it mainly like that in Netherlands and Belgium and this policy should be changed in all over these 2 countries. Really bad for the travelers.

The hotel overlooks the tracks of a busy railway station. The soundproofing works perfectly, so the noise is not a problem, and the air conditioning is also functional. Excellent bathroom. The part of town which caters for tourists is located on the other side of the railway tracks, but there is a broad underpass and it is not far to walk. The picturesque canals and the activities associated with the Dom (climbing the tower and visiting the archaeological excavations) are excellent.

It would have been good to have had the option of opening a window, but presumably this would have had a negative impact on the soundproofing or the air conditioning.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. Excellent location. On one side you have the city sights and main train station within a few minutes walk. We were able to do day trips to Hague and Rotterdam from here, 40 min travel time. And on the other side you have the area of Lombok which contains a lot of really good restaurants, Turkish especially, also within minutes walk. Also a good laundromat located there. Our room was spacious, stylish and cleaned daily. We were very happy for the few days we stayed.

Nothing, everything wonderful!

The staff were always very pleasant and cheerful. The room was one of the nicer ones that I've ever stayed in, in regard to cleanliness and technology. I really liked the TV, where you could connect with Netflix and YouTube accounts and watch your favorite content. Wi-Fi signal was also very good. I also liked it very much that we were very close to the Central Station.

Not many things that I could pinpoint but I did found it odd that the fridge was working very strangely. It required us to leave one of the cards that give power to the room at all times in the room, I guess that's not that strange, but also the box which the fridge was into was getting very very hot and the fridge was not getting that much cold. We wanted to buy some beverages and keep them in the fridge but after the first day we realized it would not be possible.

Rooms are big and very quiet, WiFi is decent, beds are comfortable (a bit on the soft side though), shower is nice, staff is really welcoming. The gym is small and there is no bar or rack, but there are plenty of dumbbells, cable machine, a bench and some cardio machines so you make do. Breakfast is the same every day, but tasty and nutritious, and the dining area is very pleasant. All in all it's good value for money especially considering the location - close to train station and many central attractions. I don't think you can get something better for the price and the location

Breakfast could do with some variation, and the room had a little bit of a smell, but that went away with air-conditioning. The first night I came from the station there were some shady characters in the passage under the rail tracks and I was a bit on edge, but that might just be a weekend thing as I came on a Sunday and it did not happen again on my 4 night stay. These are really small, nitpicky complaints, some of them not the hotel's fault at all.

Lovely, modern room with all you could ask for. Very comfortable bed. Great shower. Tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hot food, baked goods, salad selection. We stayed here as opposed to the centre as we wanted to be close to the train station. It is only a 10 minute walk to the centre. There is a good selection of restaurants close by if you don't want to walk into town. Fridays, Wagamammas, Vapiano and Five Guys. Utrecht Central is a safe, modern complex so a pleasant place to stay.

Only the outlook, but that's what you get by a station.
