Near to my family Very clean and well cared for

Restaurant closed on the Saturday night fir a private function. Would have appreciated advance notice as wanted to meet family there for dinner. Also closed all Sunday when had wanted breakfast. No TV available - only u tube snd Netflix ( not a subscriber!)So very limited .Should state in ad I am booked to return in late September - early October so will know to bring some food !

Everything went well, however There were remnants of a water leak on the ceiling It was nice to have a well equipped kitchen for light meals and snacks.

When we checked in at 10 |PM our reservation was not recognized in the system. Someone happened to view us on the camera and came to our aid. I was a little skeptical at this point. Someone show up at our door to investigate the water leak on day 3. With there being no one at the front desk we had no knowledge who this person was. Luckily is was just previously inquiring about a larger room down and hall for a future rental and recognized the young lady was with the workers. Everyone was very polite. Also when we checked out the system said that I was not in the system again. That part was frustrating.

The room is really cosy. I liked the view from my window a lot.The canals , the water, the green and boats going by now and then were really peaceful. Thankfully, it also had air conditioning, which helps during hot days . The beds were really comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed. I had a really nice staycation. It was just what I needed for a weekend getaway.

The TV remote is really annoying to use. The self check in was not an issue, but it concerns me a bit that they don't check our personal ID. However, they do have cameras everywhere, so I hope someone is monitoring. The eating area downstairs opened late and was closed on sunday , so I missed it unfortunately, it looked really nice.

The hotel was clean and new. The staff was always there when we needed anything and very prompt.

The laundry facilities were inside the restaurant. The restaurant was closed the entire time we were there so the doors were locked. We had to ask staff to unlock the doors each time we had to go into the laundry. It was very inconvenient. The laundry facility need to be relocated in my opinion

What I appreciate most about it is its modern design, spacious rooms, and its central location, which makes exploring the beautiful city of Utrecht a breeze. Whether you're here for business or leisure, it's a perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room has everything whats needed to relax, next to the hotel is a river and a little park.

While the rooms offer overall comfort, some guests might find that a few extra amenities or personalized touches could enhance the overall experience. Additionally, for those seeking a more traditional hotel atmosphere, the apartment-style setup might not align with their preferences.

The facilities were decent, and it was a good value for money.

The original room that we were offered- the bedsheet was actually moldy. So we had to ask that we be reassigned our room. Additionally, the breakfast hours were quite late compared to what we're used to. So a heads up for anyone needing an early breakfast- get it covered yourself! There aren't that many grocery stores nearby, so it is perhaps best you stock up at the station or in the city centre!

Very nice apartment in quiet area near the canal. Big and comfortable bed, comfortable sofa, big TV (no channels, only Netflix and YouTube) and fully-equipped kitchen. The apartment was very, very quiet and with the blackout blinds at the windows it was a perfect place to get proper sleep and rest. I had a small issue with self-check-in and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Bathroom (in particular shower) was quite small and some more toiletries would be useful.

Staff is always on site and at hand. Clear instructions. Clean and well organized. Beautiful view on the river if your room overlooks the river bank. Good bus connections.

No reception and no visible staff. Kitchen equipment is very essential, which may be an issue if you stay long. No fan in the bathroom. Closest food store at a distance of 15 minutes on foot.

The self check-in was fabulous. The view was nice over the city and train tracks. The room was super quiet and I couldn't hear anything from other rooms. The bed was comfortable, and the TV had Netflix. The hotel had a laundry room on the ground floor, which was very handy.

The bike parking on the lot is not very sufficient, there should be more space. It would've been better if there were some basic things in the kitchen, like salt, etc.

Breakfast was very good with delivery to room. Nice apartment with 3 sides view and very big windows. Coffee machine as a nice bonus. Good AC

Hotel is located in front of Coffee factory. There was intensive production smell. Hotel doesn't have it's own parking for clients. Parking is available but for additional cost.
