Loved that we could just relax easily, and come and go whenever we wanted. For two sisters sharing it was a lovely big room, a bed each although we had to toss for who got the single and who the double! Layout was great too with kitchen area at one end. Location was excellent. Generally felt modern, clean and well cared for.

Heard a bit of noise from upstairs unit…only one night and didn’t disturb sleep.

Location, just a short walk from the town centre and the river walk. Perfect for parkrun tourists (our reason for stopping in Blenheim).. Good sized room with microwave.

It was a bit odd that there was a microwave, crockery, and cutlery but no sink for washing up. We used the bathroom sink. We were told that this was because we had a standard studio, so if you plan to cook, check your toom facilities.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ellena Court Motel. Within easy walking distance of the town centre, easy to park, small garden area which we unfortunate we didnt get time to enjoy. The owners were very friendly and the room was spotlessly clean. The room had to be the cleanest we have ever been in, the attention to detail was 1st class, bed linen was crisp and perfectly arranged, it was obvious that a great deal of attention to detail had taken place. Our host recommended a restaurant right across the road from Ellena Court for our evening meal and boy oh boy we would have to say we were blown away by the amazing food and exceptional service given by Bamboo gardens so would highly recommend you give them a try. We loved our stay so much that we are planning to come back and would stay here again without hesitation.

Clean, comfy and quiet. Has a kitchenette with 2 stove burner for easy meals. Really close to town centre, about 5-10min walk to cafes, restaurants and shopping. Has a laundry on-site site which we didn't use. Friendly staff, handy for the ferry as only a 25min drive to Picton. Has sky TV and free wifi, comfy bed and good shower. Little balcony off the lounge area to have a coffee and catch the morning sun. Would stay again.

The bedroom had a TV but only one channel worked. Didn't bother us as we were out most of the time and didn't realise until late.

This property is spacious and spotless. It looks new, though it’s obviously been around a few years so perhaps that had a refit during lockdown. Could not fault it for facilities, including things such as a sandwich toaster, coffee plunger, heated towel rails and a reasonably large sitting area with table, chairs and kitchenette. Bathroom was also clean and a decent size. The bed was a little soft for my tastes but was still comfortable enough for a couple of nights. No problems with check in, parking and you can easily walk to town for meals and a supermarket.

The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and immaculately clean. Comfortable beds and seating area. Great sized bathroom and nice products provided. Fantastic hot shower and water pressure also great. The gentleman at reception was attentive and a delight to deal with, even when I butchered the pronunciation of the next town on our itinerary.

Clean and well presented, comfortable beds! Very tidy unit, probably better than most of this type. Good location and easy to get in & out (ground floor room)

Bit of noise from upstairs, probably can't be helped but it still was a minor annoyance to hear people walking around after midnight. No big deal really

Greeted warmly by the manager who dealt with the formality of checking in and receiving payment. Plenty of information on display in the reception area detailing local activities. Studio room was large and very beautifully decorated with great original artwork. Its location on the upper floor and at the end of the wing enabled it to remain bright throughout the day. Furnishing was quite modern and comfortable. The entire atmosphere of the room was both cozy and inviting. Contained a large comfortable bed with plenty of bedding. Also had a table from which to be able to work and a balcony to entice one away from work to just relax and read. Kitchenette was of a decent size with all the utensils one is likely to need provided. There was also a particularly good supply of tea/coffee and (drinking) chocolate that was amazingly replenished each day. Bathroom was of a decent size and contained an exceptional shower. Again, toiletries were supplied and replenished daily. Towels were replaced daily. Absolute value for money. Ellena Court has now become my first choice whenever staying in Blenheim, and already am looking forward to a return in the near future.

The units were modern and clean and comfortable. Everything you needed for a short stay. Not toofar away from town.

What I didn’t like was the noise but that was not the owners fault. However the neighbours had a party until late and the next morning the kids upstairs were running and jumping around upstairs. Would get an upstairs unit next time

On our first stay we were late arriving but a very friendly gentleman welcomed me at the entrance of the motel by name and happily showed us around our ground floor unit. The unit was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Our second stay was the same except for an upstairs unit with a lovely balcony. The motel was easy to find and was in a quiet area
