Comfortable and spacious room, clean and well equipped. Nice continental breakfast. Gail and Kim friendly and knowledgeable. Super location with lovely views to the Wharf. Close enough to the good selection of restaurants in the town.

Communication could have been better. Water company shut off the water for all of our first night. Not the property’s fault but we were left guessing as to why we could not flush the toilet. Told in the morning that they tried to tell us when they found out at short notice but we were out at dinner. A note could have been left or they could have messaged on booking.com rather than leaving us guessing. Room had no air-con and was a bit hot even with the ceiling fan.

We were so pleased to have stayed two nights at Seaview. The location was amazing with beautiful views. We had a balcony overlooking the ocean which was very scenic and relaxing to dine and have drinks outdoors. The accommodation itself seemed new and was very clean. The bed was perfect with crispy white sheets! The studio had all of the comforts, space and was well appointed for everything we needed. Gail and Kim were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were terrific hosts. We recommend you stay here as we found our stay so relaxing. Spike was an added bonus!

It was raining cats and dogs when we arrived at the motel, so I didn't expect much, just wanted a room to take a bath and a bed so I could take some rest. But this was far beyond my expectations. The hosts were so kind that they didn't just only give us good advice on how to plan our visit in the peninsula the next day, but also took us to the perfect spots to take pics of sunset. The view of the motel was great, but the places they took us to were just awesome. The next morning, I was waken up by the sunrise from the sea and it was just fantastic. The room was clean, tidy and well-equipped. It takes 3 mins to drive to the town so it's convenient and quiet. Definitely would stay here again if I visit the peninsula again.

It would be better if the breakfast could be a bit more than the current portion. I had to have some snacks after breakfast.

Such a fabulous location close to Coromandel town.Stunning views from the decking area with beach walks and Kauri forest walk close by.The rooms are really well equipped and there are washing /drying facilities which is really appreciated when you are on a long trip as we were. The hosts welcomed us warmly .Breakfast delivered to your room at your convenience! Try and book the room with the spa it has the best views!

The owner is exceptionnal. She was extremely helpful when had a mechanical problem 20 km North of Coromandel on a Saturday evening. The car could not move and we were unable to get help from the off road emergency sevice and AA and not even the police. I then contacted the owner and she came to rescue us at 11 h pm. Without her we would had spend the night in the car. And the day after she graciously transfer us back and fourth to the city. My wife and I are so greatful the her for all the help during the période where we had no car. An enormous thanks

Beautifully clean. Good furniture and a comfortable bed.

This is a little harsh as most properties don’t have a laundry but after paying to use the laundry mine host locked the door while we were at dinner. She should have known that two of us could not have used the laundry prior to going for dinner. The stranger thing was why you would lock it at all. There are four rooms in the property and it is so far from anywhere it would hardly be a security risk.

Oh wow where to begin.. We had the 2 bed apartment with hot tub and it was amazing! Views to die for from inside and outside, fabulous hot tub, beautifully furnished, great bathroom, comfy bed and pillows and friendly owners who couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was included, we chose it the night before and it was delivered to our room at the time we requested, beautifully presented on a tray. We only stayed one night but wish we’d stayed longer, we loved it!

Beautiful view from the large windows leading to the deck. The unit was well organised, with all necessary things in the kitchenette (no oven or hotplate, but option to use a barbeque on the deck). The hosts were friendly and efficient. We were there on the Sunday of the Rugby World Cup final in Paris, and the hosts made sure we were connected so we could watch the game.

The breakfast is really nice, it gets delivered directly to the room, so that's very comfortable and easy. The view is spectacular, one can see the beach and a lot of Gregor Bay. It took me 5 mins to get to the beach and it's a nice and quiet area. The room is really modern, loved the interior and everything was pretty tidy. Both of the hosts are such great people, they helped me a lot by letting me stay another night without problems (as I couldn't leave because of roads being closed) and we had a nice chat here and there. Really lovely people. I recommend the motel to everybody, I really enjoyed the stay. Thanks!!

The best part of our stay was the hosts, Gail and Kim made us feel right at home and they provide a lovely breakfast each morning, helpful tips about the area and even a shovel to dig a hole in the beach for hot water. The view is gorgeous and the large room had a perfect balcony from which we watched the spectacular sunrise over the water each morning. We walked to town (3 miles) which was also a delightful experience and one of our favorite things to do. They have an A+ working grill (not always the case in some places) and a fridge with a little freezer. I would stay again in a heartbeat!
