Location was great. New World next door. We had the two bedroom apartment and it was nice and had its own outdoor area which we enjoyed. The owners were great! very accommodating and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool, it’s deeper than it looks. Daily room service meant I’d come home and all the beds were made and the place was cleaned.

I wish there was a heat pump/ dehumidifier as the room became very damp and there was black mould on sealing of one of the rooms.

Cozy little space and everything was clean to a high standard. Heatpump worked well and was great to be able to watch sky on a nice big tv. Close to shops and supermarket

Shower head was a little loose and could use a repair but nothing major. Paint could be touched up in areas where it was peeling etc but mostly cosmetic

Great location, it was close to the shops, super markets and restaurants, located opposite to the police station. Friendly host, check in and out were smooth hassle free. Secured parking onsite. We were on the second floor, ventilation was good and breezy during summer evenings.

Nothing really, there was some commotion from the nearby supermarket, but that was all, had a good night sleep afterwards.

Super friendly staff and very accommodating. Rooms very nice and clean. Great location, close to super market and food places. Pool not heated but wasn't a problem. Loved that there was a heater in the room. Very very happy! Thank you

Asking for spare towels, they are obviously very specific as to how many towels each room gets.

close proximity to everything including supermarket, town etc

only gripe was that our room for 4 had half a roll of toilet paper. reception was closed I. the afternoon through to the next day and the number left was unanswered. thankfully the supermarket was just around the corner so we could go grab some

Very spacious- ideal location for restaurants and shops and exploring the region. Staff friendly and helpful- loved the little pool.

One apartment was beautifully updated, the other one, decor was yet to be done - we spent more time in the updated one - great vibes.

Robert was super helpful in helping to find a ride to the airport for myself and my bike. The staff also let me store my luggage till the afternoon so that I could source a bike box and hang around to the afternoon for the flight. The rooms were comfortable and roomy and I could easily relax. A great plact to stay.

The rooms on that side are right outside the McDonalds drive through - I could hear orders being placed (even at 7am!) and as it was hot, had the window open. Closed windows significantly reduced the sound. Thats the only thing - everything else was wonderful.

Great close to our bus to catch the next morning...had everything we needed..very friendly staff welcomed us..gave us a free upgrade as our 1st time in kerikeri very grateful for it...close to new world next door...great as overnight stay..very thankful ñ

Pool...needs some tlc..possibly.new paint...brighten it up... tidy it up to look & feel inviting for guests to use... ...

We enquired if the pool was able to be used as the colour of it didn't look great but no one came back to us. TV took a long time to figure out how to get to normal programmes
