The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was everything we wanted and needed. We had had an issue with another place we had booked the night before and he was kind enough to let us arrive before check in so we could be in a nice, clean place. Rooms were so quiet and really handy being next door to food, drinks and coffee at WildBean. Loved it and will stay there again. Thanks for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this motel. The location was very nice, making it easier to get around. Very close to the city centre. Very polite and friendly service. The rooms were absolutely delightful- cosy, spacious and very comfortable. We felt right at home!! Really loved the spa bath. Laundry service was available, that was amazing. We will definitely go back 10/10

The stay was wonderful! The entire property was clean and well-maintained, rooms are spacious. Thank you for a free upgrade to room with spa bath and complimentary breakfast. Super happy!! The service was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was very good. There was also plenty of parking space available. Would definitely come again!

Literally nothing to dislike

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, facilities were clean. Since we were using an accessible unit the bathroom had an open showers and plentiful towels were provided. We really liked the number of power points for charging electronics. The showers had great pressure and volume - very good

Heat pump wasn't particularly fast or effective. Bathroom also was cold

Was actually upgraded, and didn't really realise until the morning that there was an upstairs also! Very well appointed. Spa bath excellent (one of the reasons I chose the accommodation). Very nice room

Found the TV choices a bit limited, well less than expected. But that could have been the operator!! Didn't really matter, I only had about a half hour TV 'window'.

The bed was extremely comfortable, quiet location and spacious room. Extremely clean and well appointed

Nothing to dislike however a few wear and tear things noted - Bathroom door was water damaged and there is mould forming in the tile grout. Nothing too serious but did detract a little from the overall impression

We have stayed here many times over the years. It's a good location and always clean and tidy. For some reason it was more affordable this visit compared to last year. Bonus for us.

The toilet seat needs anchoring down, but it was clean and tidy. Thank you for the fresh milk and cookies on arrival.

It felt safe and I was comfortable being in the room. I also really enjoyed the staffs attitudes and how friendly they were towards myself and my partner

Maybe a door on the shower or something as the water went everywhere and the floor could become slippery but other than that no faults

Room was very clean and well presented. Host was helpful and easy available. Breakfast was very generous - more than we could eat.

Signage needs to be more visible - lots of big vegetation made it hard to find from either direction.

The motel manager dealt very well with a problem. On check in he pointed out that I had unintentionally booked online for the night before. After checking his bookings he offered to put us up for that night of check in at no further charge. This was generous and very much appreciated.
