This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. We were in Palmerston North for an annual sports event and because we enjoyed our stay so much last time we choose to stay here again. The staff a so friendly it makes the experience more enjoyable. Our room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning was turned on for us to ensure it was cool on our arrival. The room's air freshener was nice too. Overall, it was another pleasant stay. I highly recommend this place so much so that I have told my work colleagues to consider this place if ever staying in Palmerston North.

Oh my word, what an amazing motel! This place felt like more of a wonderful hotel than just a place to sleep on the road. Staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The room was spacious and incredibly well equipped. Loads of toiletries and even chocolates on the bed. Microwave, toaster and kettle were absolutely spotless. It was super clean and felt like they took great care to clean the bits that motels normally miss. The bed was super comfortable. They even had a washer and dryer you could use. An absolute must stay place!

We had a fantastic stay at the Hacienda motor lodge. The owners are just absolutely great people. They found out I was surprising my partner with a stay there and upgraded our room. The room was lovely, really good size and extremely clean with lots of great little touches like a coffee pod machine and milk frother, nice soaps and shampoo and a chocolate on the pillow. We'll definitely be staying here next time we're in the area.

Everything. Beautiful room, very comfortable extra large bed, large room with all the extras, including a chocolate on the pillow. Excellent channel selection on the TV. We notified the owners that we would be a bit late checking in, so they turned the aircon and lights on for us in our room, making it toasty warm on our arrival.

We got upgraded to a room with a spa. The room was incredibly clean. Very comfortable bed with great kitchenette facilities. Lovely toiletries. Friendly staff. Quiet and peaceful. I would have given the room a ten anyway but to add to the positives my husband left his Apple Watch and charger in the room. Lydia notified us and helped us arrange a courier to pick it up and get it delivered to a relative’s address.

Everything was perfect.

We were very impressed at Hacienda recently from our Welcome, to our room being prepared for our stay with provisions in the fridge, heat pump on, even sweets and chocolate. The room was quiet, very clean and comfortable, with everything provided to ensure we loved our stay - we will be back again to stay soon - thank you loved loved it !!

Great location, near to our event. Great customer service, friendly, respectful, helpful. Great value for money, lovely rooms, amenities, kitchen facilities were suitable to our needs. Cleanliness was excellent and all furniture and appliances in great condition. Great parking space especially for our 12 seater van.

Loved the size of the room, felt warm and homely. Nice to have kitchen facilities even though I didn't use them on this occasion. Comfortable bed for my liking. Staff very friendly and accommodating for me to be able to check in a little early and leave my car. Love the little chocolate and lollies left. Nice small touches

Great motel close to city centre. The staff were lovely and accomodating to our family. The room was clean and tidy and comfortable. Proximity to town was great. Just a few short minutes. Will book here again next time we stay in Palmy!

The staff were absolutely amazing! So wonderful to my elderly parents. Kind, caring and friendly. Amazing location, very close to Columbus Coffee for breakfast. Great to have parking right next to the motel room.. Clean, comfortable room. Lovely showers. Big comfy beds.
