As this was a quick booking for me I found this place to be accessible to the main route into Wellington. It was good value for money, costing $870.00 for 4 adults (shared a bed with sister) and facilities good. It was also walking distance to Petone township. Overall experience, very good. Stayed 3 nights.

Suited our needs so no dislikes here.

Superb beachfront motel, well equipped, walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants in one direction and an awesome sandy beach in the other. Just off main road but very quiet and comfortable. Free wifi was quick, good choice of TV channels and plenty of space in bathroom. Free parking right outside the door and all rooms are ground floor, handy for unloading the car. Strongly recommended for business or leasure

I was very happy with the room

Location for our purposes was ideal. Very clean and staff doing morning cleans were exceptionally friendly and willing to leave extra tea bags as requested. Bed was only a double size and we expected queen, also very soft which caused roll-together.

As mentioned above, the bed was the only thing that we found disappointing. Otherwise we found the room had everything needed.

Staff were accommodating, allowing us to checkin an hour early because we had just arrived after travelling all day. The unit was quiet, considering it was just around the corner from a busy road. We felt safe and secure with parking right at the front door. Restaurants, pubs and shops were a short walk.

Nothing.

Adjustable window openings gave good ventilation but had to close the windows quite a bit when harbour sea breeze got up a bit on the day before I departed. J was not used to this kind of gusty breezy conditions. However the harbour sea view was very good, even saw a lone yacht out on the water.

bathroom washing basin sink plug was disconnected from its short chain. Was almost impossible to pull it out even with not much water in the basin as couldn't get a grip on the plug.

The bed was comfy and our host was very accommodating. She had offered other services like storing our baggage and extend our stay if necessary. Sue was great !! I will definitely stay here again. Thank you Sue. Your hospitality was wonderful !!

Location was handy to shops and beach. Our room was clean and practical (had everything we needed) while it was a little outdated it wasn't shabby so aesthetically it was good. Great service by front desk and while we had guests for about 3 hours we weren't made to feel like they had to leave lile some other places do.

Not much not to like really.

Staff were amazing. I was down there as an immediate family member was in Hutt Hospital. The kindness, compassion and helpfulness of the staff was exceptional. I felt really safe with the stsff I interacted with (two men) at reception, they were so wonderfully kind, and just genuinely good humans. It's very safe accommodation for women traveling solo.

Close to town and beach. Good location. My old home town anyways. So many memories growing up there in petone

Was annoyed to come back to room and someone had taken my carpark spot so I blocked them to only wake up in the morning and they were already gone lol stupid idiots

Nice motel located on waterfront and 5 min walk to shops & restaurants. Minimal street noise. Clean room. Shower water pressure was great too.

Too much furniture in our unit Two tables two bedside units one lounge chair two dining chairs didn't leave much space.
