The room was big enough, modern.We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the staff who fulfilled all our requests regarding the room, providing us with a room with a bathtub instead of a shower, an electric kettle and a balcony. The hotel has a great location and amenities such as a modern gym and sauna. The machines are new and in excellent condition. The sauna is very soft and works until late in the evening, so you can relax before bed. The breakfast was delicious. Overall it was an incredible Easter weekend thanks to you. We will definitely be back.

After lunch, the ventilation system in the bathroom turned on automatically and there was no way to turn it off.

20hrs Huge Lobby / bar Area was excellent. Free Coffee in this area is a great idea. Little Shop is interesting Breakfast was excellent Location was excellent with public transport. But i was always walking to the attractions. Room had Coffee making facilities/ kettle / tea coffee bags/ iron / safe/ fridge/ warm cosy room / floor heating in the bathroom / plenty of EU Plug points

One of the receptionist at the check in didn't provide much details.. Not provided to Wifi Details which the receptionist do as usual. But the other receptionist were very helpful and provided all the info that we asked

Friendly and helpful staff, great location in a peacefull part of town where good number of locations to visit are in 10-15 min walk. Train station from the airport is 10 min walking distance, and there is also public transport near by. Breakfast was great with great variaty of food. If we come back to Oslo we would for sure look to book here again.

There were no closets to store clothes and luggage, but there was clothing rack were we were able to store jackets. On the other hand we were in economy double room, so maybe that's the reason.

The hotel is located in a very central location, very convenient to walk around the city but also close to many tram and bus stations. The rooms are average sized, they have iron and ironing board and rack to hang the clothes. At the reception you can find fountains to fill your bottle with water, as well as coffee, which was very much appreciated. The breakfast was nice and with great variety.

The temperature in the room was quite low and I was not able to increase it myself (had to ask the reception to increase it for me a couple of degrees). Also, the breakfast, even though it was nice and tasty, it was also very crowded, especially during the weekend, and it was very difficult to find a table. We tried several different time slots (around 08:30 and the next day around 10:00) to see what is best, but it was almost no difference.

We were a family of two adults and two children (9&10 ) traveling. The front desk staff were all so nice and super helpful. Having to check out really early (0530) the nice lady at the desk put together to-go breakfast boxes for us since we were missing breakfast. The free breakfast was GREAT! The location was good within walking distance to restaurants and a small market. Easy walking distance to a bus stop and also the waterfront for ferries. Great value.

Our family room only had a window to an interior hallway and the room was slightly stuffy and needed some air flow. (The great front desk staff got us a fan to help though!)

The location and breakfast food offerings were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were OK.

On the weekend, it was too crowded during breakfast. The hotel opened another room two days later (they should have done it immediately, considering the number of guests). Make sure to request a room that is not connected to another one. We had a room connected to another with double-locked doors, yet we could still hear the TV from the other room at 4 a.m.

The staff was very polite,the room was clean, the location was central, very convenient to explore the city, with many shops and restaurants around, and the breakfast was excellent!

The room was a little bit narrow , we stayed just for two nights and we didn't carry large suitcases , but if we had larger it would be a problem. Even though everything was very clean,the corridor had a bad smell.

The location is excellent, the breakfast absolutely superb, one of the best in my recent travels, and the staff is nice and friendly.

The unpleasant smell of mould in corridors (at least on the 6th floor), and room cleaning was superficial. I had s small balcony that was cleaned neither before I took the room nor over the 4 days (with birds' droppings and dirt). I asked for a simple chair for the balcony, but the staff did not care about it (so the balcony was practically useless). My single room was so tiny that I had difficulty getting around the bed. There were no drawers nor closets for clothing (!!). The toiletries did not even include tissues. The sauna was tiny and lacked privacy as it is part of the fitness room; there is no cooling space after taking a sauna.

Hotel is in a quiet and lovely location, 2min to grocery store, cafe, 10min to Royal palace, center. 15min to central station. 5min to the bus stop to Unity arena. There is an elevator. Our room was ready earlier, so they allowed us to check in earlier. Family Room is enought size, with no noise from the street. Heated floor in the bathroom, comfortable bed, tv, tea/coffee.

The room is small but quite comfortable with the nice view on the street. Special thanks from me for the little shelf in the shower for toiletries. For some reasons, it's missing in many hotels, so I appreciate when it's available. The staff was friendly. Breakfast is rather good, there are many options. A bit crowdy, maybe, but we did come closer to the end of breakfast time. Location of the hotel is great, it takes around 15 minutes to walk to Oslo Opera house, but at the same time area around hotel is quiet and allows good night's sleep.

Water is splashing from under shower door - not a big deal, but it makes bathroom floor wet eventually.
