The location is more or less good, a few kilometers from the old town. Room had large windows, so the view was nice. The breakfast was very nice and there was something for everybody, the breakfast was served on the 21th floor which had a great view over the city. Nice service in front desk. The hotel didn't have it's own parking but parking was possible about 200m from the hotel. It was for free.

During night it was quite rainy and the noise of the rain was noticeable and woke me up multiple times, I guess some people might enjoy that but to me it was a bit disturbing. The hotel has renovation works going on and there are some construction stuff visible outside the hotel, but it didn't disturb our stay in the means that there wasn't any noise and no works were done on the floor we stayed on. I guess there might be more activity during daytime.

We had a sleepover in Stavanger before we had to head further, so we booked the room in Thon Forum Hotel. The room was nice, comfortable with a nice bed which was important after a long drive, we also had a breakfast included and it was amazing! Great selection for everyone’s demand. The position of hotel is also very comfortable, nice neighborhood, no noise, and the city center is quite near. So it was a nice choice, hope to visit Stavanger some time again 😊

Would be nice to have a bathtub and not a shower, but this is not something that we could choose from, other than that - no complaints 😊

Breakfast was perfect as well as we had a nice view to lake from 19th floor.

Breakfast was great; things stayed pretty quiet despite the renovations occurring; the free pass to the well-outfitted gym across the street was very helpful; the room was comfortable.

There was no air conditioning which, while normal for northern Europe, made it very difficult to sleep with the hot weather the weekend we were there; the TV didn’t have many channels; parking was paid via a separate parking garage, and while it wasn’t super expensive, it did add up over the course of a couple days.

It was a super hotel with such nice staff. The breakfast buffet was super and I have nothing bad to say about my stay here when it comes to the hotel or staff.

The one big negative thing is that rather than paying a one time fee for having a dog with me, like most hotels do, you have to pay 200NOK per night. This is way to much. I understand you pay for extra cleaning but not per night. Because of this I would most likely not stay here again and that is a shame as the hotel and staff are superb.

I have selected a family room which is much larger in size than basic rooms. Room size was amazing. The windows were very large which was great. Prices were on the cheap side unlike my other experiences with norway hotels. Breakfast was exptional and offered too many selections. Parking was on the cheap side as well 120KR/day. Hotel staff were very friendly and overall nice. Hotel offers free coffee around the clock.

Hotel needs some attention and felt old. Elevator mirror was broken and was hold on by a clear tape. No ironing machines inside rooms. Some garbage in the corridor from other rooms was left for days before removed.

The view..friendly stuff at the restaurant...we got some helpful recommendations about turistic activities..very good breakfast.. very delicious dinner at 21 floor 😍. Close to public transportation..

Bathroom..terrible drainage system.. the water is going all the bathroom no matter what..when you take a shower. No vacuum every day.. no pick up garbage every day..

It was lovely. Breakfast was superb. Loads of good food, selection was amazing & very fresh. the views were spectacular convenient to bus route which runs very frequent. Only short ride to downtown. Lots of options for getting around. Taxi, bus, electric scooters were available everywhere and lots of walking trails that meander throughout the city, not just alongside the roads.

Room temperature was very warm on sunny day. Even with fan continually running it did not cool off room. Windows could only open a crack

The breakfast is amazing, love the food. Love how all the staff get to partake in the breakfast buffet as well ❤️ Location is great, close to city centre & close to university with easy access to the bus system. Beautiful views !

Unfortunately booked wrong dates & was not arriving until day later. They had canceled our reservation as a no-show, but accommodated us to a room after short time Wish their website had an English option
