I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Swiss-Belinn Muscat for an entire month, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel excels in every aspect, making it feel like a home away from home. Firstly, I must commend the hotel's immaculate cleanliness and serene atmosphere. The stylish and spacious rooms provided a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring central Muscat's attractions, all conveniently close thanks to the hotel's prime location. Value for money is another highlight of Swiss-Belinn Muscat. Despite the affordable rates, the quality of service and amenities far exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to the manager, Sherif, and the Front Office Manager, who were incredibly helpful in assisting us with our post and ensuring every small detail was attended to. Their personalized service truly enhanced our stay. The breakfasts were very tasty, offering a delightful start to each day. The staff were consistently pleasant and welcoming, adding a warm touch to our experience. The cleaning staff were particularly friendly, maintaining the rooms to a high standard and always greeting us with a smile. Additionally, the hotel's design is impressive, blending modern aesthetics with comfort seamlessly. We also appreciated the good water quality, which is an often overlooked but important detail. In summary, Swiss-Belinn Muscat provided a perfect blend of comfort, affordability, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Muscat, whether for a short stay or an extended period like ours. This hotel is a true gem!

I want to thank you for this amazing 6 days in Muscat . hotel is very close to the airport, 5 r from the airport and 1,4 r from hotel, it was very quiet in the room, room was maid every day. Thank you to a wonderful receptionist Nasrin, who gave us room before check in time , helped us with what to see and where to go in Oman. thank you my dear 😘 Thank you to a very helpful Nadeem, who helped to organize our tour to Wadi al shab, booked numerous taxis and was always asking if we are happy in Muscat. Thank you my dear 😘 Thank you for two lovely waitresses in restaurant, who are very client oriented and in two days were saying “ you would like your drink as usually “ it made me feel very special and like at home . On arrival we were met by the receptionist Nasrin who was so polite and helpful, we arrived early and she was able to let us check in early. We asked her many questions during our stay and she was always so helpful with a big smile. The hotel room was very comfortable, we were upgraded to a superior room on arrival and it exceeded my expectations, large comfortable bed and amazing shower. The breakfast had a good choice, nice fresh fruit and the staff so friendly, nothing too much trouble. The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to airport and possible to walk to the beach. We had a day to explore before work starting and Nadeem at the hotel helped to find us a driver and plan a tour, we had a really wonderful day thanks to his help. He also helped us everyday to book taxis and again always polite and nothing too much trouble. For all these reasons u would recommend this hotel.

The room was comfortable. The rooftop area was surprisingly nice especially at sunset. There is plenty of free and safe parking next to the hotel on an empty plot of land shared by the neighbouring hotels. There's parking underneath the hotel too but I'm not sure if it's free. There are a bunch of restaurants surrounding the Shell station a 3 minute walk away. For the next 6 months I recommend asking for an ocean view room. There's a building being built there now so the view won't exist for much longer, after which time ask for a mountain view. Note, the ocean and mountains are in the distance! The location was fine for getting to and from the airport. I recommend downloading the Otaxi app (Oman's answer to Uber) before you arrive. The correct price for a taxi from the airport is about 1.2 rials. Don't pay any more than 2 rials if you negotiate in person - just say you'll catch the bus and the price will come down quickly!

The girls at the spa looked bored out of their minds, didn't say hello and kept smoking out on the balcony (better than inside I guess). They brought the vibe of the hotel down.

The reception was extremely helpful and gave us a late check out (even later than the time we initially requested) when I explained we’re going snorkeling in the morning and would like to take a quick shower before flying out the same evening. The next day was a Friday and the hotel was bustling with people so we were grateful that they still gave it to us without any fuss. It felt genuine that they wanted to give us a good time. The room was clean and modern and the hotel was only 4 mins away from the airport (and there’s a McDonald right at the corner). We would definitely be staying here again if we come to Muscat.

1. Location is perfect for us, close to the airport 2. There are a few restaurants nearby on foot 3. Staff is friendly and housekeeping did a good job cleaning the room 4. Wifi is fast and bed is comfortable. The deco is modern with local characters 5. Love the roof terrace to relax or sunbathing 6. Taxi to the airport is cheap only 1.2 rial ( as from airport to hotel is 8-10 rials!) Overall we had a good stay

Very welcoming, safe location, polite and kind staff. Great clean facilities, strategic location, everything was smooth and easy. Reception is super helpful and always available. Breakfast is a beautiful buffet full of varieties and excellent service, specially the service of Ms Amrita. She served with a smile everyday and made my breakfast perfectly, attentive to my preferences. Spa available but genuinely haven’t used it.

I would recommend a private pool in the future. Also slim pillows. The bed is soft and comfortable but the pillows are too puffy.

Close to the airport and clean and tidy rooms.

Breakfast wa very mediocre, most of the pastry was dry and probably not fresh, shakshuka eggs over cooked and like rubber. Paratha was too oily. Chicken bugger room service was poor, chicken was over fried and mostly crispy coating instead of chicken. Poor value for money. Better option is to walk a few mins to couple of coffee shops at rear of petrol station, decent choice of options and cheap. They offer deliveries too to reception area if you don't want to walk.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We are well travelled and have had our fair share of hotels. This place exceeded our expectations. The staff is incredibly professional, Mr Sherif and his team were absolutely fantastic. Value for money; clean and spacious rooms, modern and lovely interior, friendly and very professional staff, wifi is spot on, breakfast was great, room service is excellent (the ceasar salad with prawns is to die for!!!). All in all, my family and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you very much for the pleasant experience!
