Nice hotel with good service and tasty food. We tried the breakfast, room service and pakistani buffet at our stay. The rooms were big and luxury. Swimming pool area was good, but it would be even better with an jacuzzi too and free sauna.

- It’s far from city centre. - My husband, brother in law and their friend had an 60 minutes deep tissue massage at the hotel. They had to dress completely naked without underwear. All three ladies who gave them massage touched their intimitate area several times. One of the men was asked for an happy ending too. They are all married and got shocked, uncomfortable because of these actions. It was not any good experience for them. I also think this is unacceptable behavior in an muslim country and at a 5 star hotel - not classy.

I had an amazing stay. Loved every single thing about the hotel. The staff was very polite, good and professional. Their guest communication manager Ms.Asia is such a nice lady. She knows what a good customer service is. She was very professional and helpful with everything. Everything was really good like the food, room, room service, privacy, cleanliness and the check in check out process was pretty easy too. The thing i liked most was that they take care of your privacy alot which is what matters the most. I would definitely recommend this to everyone. Will come back soon. I loved staying here. Thank you to the amazing staff for such an amazing stay ❤️

Honestly i liked everything about the hotel the only thing which bothered me was that they don’t allow shorts in their restaurant. Which i found was a bit weird because its summers . The temperature is like 40 degrees and they will tell you that you have to change to get into the restaurant if you are wearing shorts. Which i felt was a bit disrespectful and was disappointed by it. Other than this i loved everything else and loved staying there.

The hotel is situated next to the airport, which makes it very feasible for those traveling by air but that makes it quite far off the main attractions of the city. The rooms are comfortable and has all the facilities one may want. (Special thanks to Mr. Ali for thoroughly guiding us about that) The wash rooms are five star with excellent amenities and fresh towels. The mini bar was decent and the bedding was quite comfortable. They had just reopened one of their open air restaurant Parwaz which is a nice place to dine out and enjoy local dishes. The management was kind enough to offer us a special discount of 20% as in house guests.

The room service menu is very limited though the food quality is good. The house keeping provides everything but their service is slow. One has to wait good 30-40 minutes for them to respond at times. The channels in the room are also limited. They should also offer welcome drinks to their guests which almost all other hotels do.

There room, facilities, service, complimentary mini hitea lounge for executive room guests, building Everything was good. Gym was good there bathrooms are awesome they have every good tech in it. Bluetooth mirror. Even we got iron and iron stand in our room. Laundry service was good staff was very nice. And location was peaceful but far from mean city. Airport is at a walking distance.

There buffet dishes are very less then others as there charges. No pan asian cuisine in there dastar restaurant. Location is like we are isolated from the world yes its peaceful but we have to go very far for the market. Pool wasn't that clean as we expected from this kinda well managed hotel

i just wanna thank you all staff. Special Naveria, hicaz, asia, ahmad, raza, kamal, falek. Thank you guys. Also i can say thanks to night shift manager ( sorry i forgot his name). They helped me a lot about all my special issues. And the hotel was perfect. it was my 4th time in Lahore. That was best hotel i ever stay. I'm gonna stay there again when i come back.

Perfect location, ambience, cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast, overall everything was perfect.

Staff at reception kept me waiting for long time, require extra staff at reception. Room lock was broken and hanging, hard to lock the door. Wrinkled bed sheets and different pillow covers, 2 complimentary water bottles were opened and used, shower drain was blocked, water was not hot enough for shower.

This was my third stay royal Swiss actually the facilities and comfort in room was superb but this time I found cleaning standard was not up to the mark as it was in my last two stay but this time I found breakfast is more better and tasty varieties and dishes in breakfast has increased

We had a few general issues with the room which were swiftly resolved and dealt with by Asiya. She was a wonderful, Helpful and caring person - Definitely knows how to deal with people and is very professional.. I would honestly recommend this place and will definitely return again due to the fabulous service provided.

location was a bit far from the centre, but the facilities, staff and rooms make up for it.

Check in was so smooth mr Ijaz look after us throughout my stay to check to check out what can i say I truly amazed by costumer experience even my son was not well on the first day mr shahbaz directed us to great hospital and even went out of his way to come with us. All the staff really look to provide you with the best coustomer service they go out of there way room service supvisor mr Amir was great going out his way for our comfort great place to stay you wont be disappointed definitely will be coming to Royal Swiss Lahore again

Really cant say much because everything was perfect The room needed a little bit Maintenance but they came to fix it stright away when i im formed them

Great thing about this hotel is that it is easily approachable via motorway especially if you are coming from other cities like a be travelled from Islamabad. We were travelling onwards abroad from Lahore allama Iqbal international airport therefore this hotel was excellent because it has easy access to the airport it only takes couple of minutes on car and hotel offered a free airport pic and drop shuttle service. Also hotel is surrounded by beautiful green belt and is not in congested area like many of the city hotels. Very quite and nice. Restaurant below have excellent morning breakfast buffet it was exceptional and also dinner is great. Resort for me to give any cost comparisons because we did not try any other hotels in the same area but from international standard cost were reasonable.

Unfortunately because it was summer therefore it was humid and due to central air conditioning Windows cannot be opened. I guess this is something that is common to all the hotels in this region because of central air conditioner otherwise everything is good about this hotel. Please note if you would like to have some groceries like crisps, biscuits, sodas etc although you can order them in hotel but it is cheaper to bring them from grocery stores outside when you are traveling to hotel because there is no grocery store in a walking distance. On Google map I did see that there is some delivery service but you did not use that.
