The breakfast was fabulous…absolutely delicious with everything you could want for breakfast. My suite was so wonderful. My room was so quiet. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. I didn’t want to leave my room. The cable tv had several channels in English which was really nice. I don’t have a tv at home so it was nice to watch some movies and the home renovation channel which I love but rarely get to watch.

It would have been nice to have a steam bath which I adore. I would have switched the 2 free pisco sours per day for one steam bath. I don’t drink unfortunately.

This property is a beautiful mix of history, art and luxury. There were tour of the property, mixology classes, a wonderful iberico jam and cheese cellar, the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were decadent, and the rooms perfect for a good night of rest. The artisans chosen to display their goods were friendly and had a great selection, and the baby alpaca was a delightful surprise. We also needed the assistance of the concierge with some luggage issues, and they were exceptional in helping us with this issue, as well as helping us choose quality tours. Fantastic experience - I don’t have enough words to recommend this hotel and this team for the valuable experience. It is also very central and a short walk from all shops and restaurants.

The hotel was gorgeous. The historic aspects were wonderful. We were upgraded to a suite which was spectacular and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is generous and delicious. We also went to the spa for the water circuit and massage treatments and it was relaxing and a great experience. We also received upgrade/ bonus at the spa. The ladies at the spa are kind and helpful and the service was fantastic. We took advantage and joined the hotel historical tour part way through. We also loved the pisco sour class and Darwin was great. We had arrived at this luxury hotel after a 4 day Inca trek and it was everything we hoped for and more.

Bar and restaurant at hotels closes at 10 pm. It would be nice if it was open until a bit later.

Palacio del Inka is a large but still boutique hotel. The staff are super professional, the building itself is historic and very interesting (if a little dark in places), and the position is absolutely excellent. The rooms are a good size and comfortable (although the lack of air conditioning might be an issue at other times of year).

It would be great to have an iron and ironing board standard in the rooms, and some tea rather than just coffee.

Everything was amazing. We were upgraded to a better room, given early check-in, late check-out, and extra time in the thermal circuit for the spa. I got the Inti Killa spa treatment for my mother as a birthday gift. I mentioned it was her birthday and they had an entire cake with her name on it waiting for us when we finished our treatment! Luz and Maira did a spectacular job with the massages, we were so relaxed afterward. The perfect way to unwind after hiking and visiting Machu Picchu. The baby llama that roamed the hotel grounds was absolutely adorable. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to cater to us. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wish it were closer to Plaza de Armas, but only a 5 min walk away.

Amaizing property. Former residence of Francisco Pizarro. A historical site that has been meticulously maintained and preserved a lot of original material and arquitecture. Excellent location close to everything, great restaurants and pubs. Very close to the main Park where you can see a lot of stores, restaurants and historical buildings.

A minor detail for me is that the hotel gives us a voucher for 25% off the spa they have, but you can only use one a day and the vouchers are not to be accumulated; if you want to go with your wife you’ll only get 25% off of one person. I believe that doesn’t make sense. Another thing is the rooms don’t have AC, even though Cuzco could be cold, our room got fairly hot and the only way to lower the room temperature is opening the windows. I think for a property of this caliber and price, rooms should have AC.

The property is beautiful and has a lot of history. I would encourage visitors to join their tour to learn more about the property and also partake in pisco sour lesson (free pisco sours). The staff is very warm. we would like to give a special shout-out to Rosario at the concierge desk who diligently assisted us with our lost luggage and helped us with retrieving them via the airline. The thermal pool was delightful and so was the spa. we enjoyed our morning breakfast at the hotel and on a very early morning tour- the staff was able to arrange a breakfast box for us to enjoy on the road. They even have baby alpacas at the plaza in the mornings. when we left, we absolutely knew we would come back just for the hospitality.

I cannot recommend Palacio del Inka highly enough! A few notable reasons why we loved our stay: (1) The staff go above and beyond to ensure your stay exceeds expectations. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite during our second stay at the hotel following our 3 night Inca Trail trek. (2) We LOVED the complimentary breakfast. The buffet and menu had a number of unique options to choose from and everything was extremely tasty. The dining room and outdoor courtyard are also beautiful. (3) The complimentary pisco sour class was engaging and a ton of fun. (4) The hotel aesthetic was beautiful. (5) Location is great -- centrally located and on flat ground, which means that if you are taking tours, it's very easy for the tour operator to pick you up. (6) The spa was great.

The entire stay was wonderful. Beautiful comfortable rooms especially the imperial junior sweet. Wonderful staff (reception desk, bell boys, concierge), extremely helpful, nice, professional. it seemed like nothing was a problem for them. The hotel is beautiful, one feels like a royalty in a real palace. breakfast was also great with great a la carts options which were served very quickly.
