- Staff is amazing, always smiley and helpful especially the two brothers - Rooms were clean - Location - Oxygen bottle is available in case you need it, the staff really supported me when i needed it :) - They kept our luggages when we went on our trips to Machu Picchu. - Altitude tea available at reception.

- Common courtyard could have had more life. - Rooms are quite outdated, some of the facilities could be modernised. - Lady at reception was trying to overcharge me for the oxygen which i was told was 20 soles by insisting it was 25.

Emil from the reception was so helpful and friendly. Actually everyone was absolutely fantastic. I really enjoyed the stay there. I like that we were offered breakfast packages when we had to leave early for our tours around Cusco. We always got good tips and suggestions from the reception on where to shop and eat.

The shower was little bit issue. You had to switch on the hot water and wait at least 5-7 minutes until it heats up it self.

The location was perfect! Initially we booked for 2 night but ended up staying for 4 nights. We fell in love with the place instantly. Emil and other members of the staff were very attentive and helpful. Always ready to accommodate and fulfill our requests. They even prepared breakfast boxes for when we had to depart early in the mornings to go on tours. We highly recommend this place to others. Thank you for the great hospitality Sacha team!

They even took the bags up the stairs as there is no lift! - there is complimentary coca tea for altitude - oxygen available upon request too (need to pay) - great location - lovely courtyard and balcony - safe as after a certain hour the main entrance was shut and you had to ring the bell

- heater was not working! - a lot of cold air was coming through the windows/balcony - no lift

Very nice boutique hotel. Especially the staff was very friendly and professional in all aspects. Reception was very helpful, room cleaning was spotless thanks to Rosa and her colleague (I can’t recall her name). Breakfast was also quite good and Liz went through the trouble to bring pancakes when I asked. Absolutely recommended stay!

Is well located, clean and cute. The staff is really nice and professional, especially Rosa, Gris and Luis. They help us with everything and they prepare breakfast for us to take away every time we had an early tour, they constantly checked if we needed anything.

it was located in a good area and Andrea and (I’m sorry I forgot her name) the waitress that made breakfast for us was wonderful!!

even with the heater it was freezing, especially in the bathroom. speaking of the bathroom. we had room 801 and there is a frosted window that shows all your bathroom business to the courtyard. another window in our room looked right to the lobby. . .

The hotel is built around a central courtyard, a pleasant place to relax in good weather. Very comfortable beds, a reasonable shower, and a good breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I'd like to mention especially Rosa and Gris, who were extremely helpful to my wife when I was hospitalised for a couple of days

beautiful property in the centre of cusco with comfortable clean rooms set in a colonial building with courtyard. staff super friendly and helpful.

Staff spoke limited English although stay able to communicate okay if you have basic Spanish Breakfast was okay but some increased variety would be nice.

Great location, breakfast and comfortable rooms. Good wifi, everything in the historic distance within walking distance and very friendly helpful and professional staff.
