Staff are nice and helpful! Location is great, walking distance to every where, especially convenient if you take train at St Pedro Station. Breakfast is great, love the tuna and Granadilla! cocoa tea is always ready at the front desk.

if you are travelling on weekends, consider about the noise. The location of the hotel is great, however, it can be reaaaaaaally noisy around on Friday and Saturday night, from 10pm to 4 am, the music wouldn't stop...It's not hotel's fault, but if you sleep light, it's a disaster. the heater in one of our rooms doesn't work well.

Luckily we had a bigger room size, probably because we stayed for 8 nights in Cusco. Good location, 5 min walk to the San Pedro train Station and to Plaza del Arma. Quiet room, comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Breakfast was oridnary, we stayed in a Viva Tierra in Puno and had more choice, they gave the possibility to order every morning. Also the Hotel booked us a Taxi to Pick us up from the train station in Cusco that never showed up, that was disapointing.

Breakfast was delicious! Simple fresh ingredients, healthy options, open from 5 PM to 10 PM, so if you were hiking every day like me, you might miss out on most days. The room and bathroom were incredibly clean, cleaned daily, there is a very cheap express service laundry service right around the block that will have your clothes ready in a couple of hours. Right by the main square, with plenty of delicious meal options all around!

I think the breakfast should start earlier so people that plan their hike excursions have the opportunity to eat a breakfast there if they would like. Although for many of the hikes, breakfast does come included! However, I would like to have a warm cup of coffee to start my day.

The whole ambiance of the hotel was excellent. Arrived early and hotel made every effort make room available. Staff were so helpful and credit to the establishment. Before arriving i had many questions, and they always responded quickly. i stayed at 3 hotels in Cusco after doing some tours, and this was by far the best. Great location , comfy clean rooms, great breakfast and good value.

The Coffee ! :). That is the only thing I could come up with. which speaks volumes.

The staff were exceptional, they remembered us from a previous stay and had already taken our bags to our room when we arrived. They messaged ahead of time to ask if we needed a taxi which they would arrange. They also spoke to one of the hotels we were staying at later on our trip to change the booking for us. They also gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The beds are huge, and the rooms in a lovely courtyard. We can't recommend them highly enough!!

Desk staff was always helpful whenever I had a question, not just about the hotel but about Cusco in general. Breakfast was excellent, always plentiful fruit and a variety of other healthy options.

My room had sharply angled ceilings so I had to be careful not to bump my head. Otherwise excellent in every way!

This is a gorgeous place to stay in if you are visiting Cusco city. The location is great, the staff are super helpful and friendly, and the rooms are perfectly comfortable. Something you might need to be prepared for is the street noise, but this was not an issue for us. We slept really well at night. The breakfast included with our booking was an added bonus!

Perfectly positioned in central Cusco, yet hidden away enough to feel boutique and quiet. Beautiful courtyard gave a feeling of space and tranquility which was completely unexpected. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Rooms serviced well and efficiently. Overall, an excellent hotel - I hope to return!

Staff spoke excellent English. Breakfast provided an excellent hot and cold selection. An easy and short walk to the Plaza de Armas and most of the central Cusco attractions. Very clean and comfortable.

My room at he front of the hotel was a little noisy as the hotel is on a busy street, one night a street vendor was using a loudspeaker to attract business, the second night was much quieter.

Great location. The hotel looks like a converted monastery however it was a house that was converted. Very nice setting and very quiet. The front desk, Angel, was so helpful and friendly. I loved the place so much we cancelled our other hotel when we return to Cusco and booked this one. The breakfast was great and offered a lot of choices. Always hot water and a heat register in the room in case it gets cooler than you want at night. The location is great and even better you don’t hear cars and horns. I’m
