Very clean room and size was just right it had all the essentials and the wall plugs were equipped for US plug ins. There was great breakfast selection of Peruvian and American dishes for all the days we stayed. staff was amazing, the location of this hotel was perfect very close to the huacapullana ruins, this stay has made me consider visiting other locations of Casa Andina around Peru.

Everything was enjoyable, there was nothing I didn't like maybe wish the bar to make cocktails was open earlier that 2 pm, but that sounds like a me problem.

It’s a beautiful, modern and super clean hotel in business district of Lima. It’s 30 minutes ride to the historical center of Lima. The room is exceptionally well designed- the most comfortable bed with pristine white bed linen, super nice pillows and blanket you want to take home with you. Very big bathroom with high quality cosmetics. The breakfast is great quality and very tasty.

Not many areas available for business meetings. Not the best variety in dinner menu, so better go out to enjoy Lima’s fantastic gastronomic offering.

The hotel was super new and super modern, barely used. Breakfast was alright, but would expect a bit more from a 5* hotel. Staff were super nice and super helpful and even made me a smoothie from lukuma fruit that I brought with me for breakfast. The room was spacious - prabably because we scored an upgrade! Great experience all over. And defo a value for money! Thanks

Staff (especially Junior at the reception deserves a bonus; goes out of his way to make sure our requests met with care)

Few things were broke and not repaired until we ask: hanging line to hang laundry in the bathroom, hallway light (total darkness when elevator opens). Breakfast was standard and OK for 2 mornings, but got quite boring as we stayed for 5 nights.

Great room, extremely clean. Huge bed, comfortable pillows, ventilation system and a/c. Amazing buffet breakfast which would be worth a visit alone. Free use of the small rooftop pool with temperate water.

Would have been great to have poolside towels available but the basket was empty, however it is not a major inconvenience.

the AC in the room took some time to cool. It took approximately 2-3 hours. at first we thought AC was not working but it just took that long. we had the kids napping which concerned us for the rest of the day.

Great hospitality from the staff, the room was spotless, no noise and the nightshades work stupendously. Amenities were nice, close to many restaurants.

Although breakfast is included, there could be better selections for food.

The location is good, but the level of cleanliness and attention to details is excellent. Staff are always available and ready to assist. Also, this hotel is silent at night, so after a long day, a good sleep is guaranteed.

Breakfast could have had some more of a selection. Nothing else.

The location was not very walkable. Needed to take taxi to get to the touristy places. However, I felt very safe.
