Accessible to my office and easy walking route. Surrounded by eateries and popular shopping centers which made it easy to get groceries and supplies. Super friendly staff and very accommodating. Gym was very clean and well maintained and great breakfast options.

There is no complimentary water given and the water that is sold in the hotel is quite expensive. I arrived at 1am thirsty and had to go down to purchase water. This is a 4 star hotel, this is a minimum requirement.The shared ironing facilities are great but should look at adding another one to avoid queues.

The hotel was as advertised. It was clean, the shower had hot water and pressure,the bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood felt safe to walk alone at night as a female traveler. Also it's within walking distance of a mall and convenient store.

The bathroom did not have body soap or wash cloth, and the sink faucet kept spilling water every time you used it. Also, if you are booking tours, some will not pick up in that area most pick up areas are in Miraflores.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially at the restaurant. It's functional and very well located for business travel to the financial district of Lima.

The room's desk chair was extremely uncomfortable. Very scarce wardrobe space for medium to long stays like mine. There was road construction while I was there - no fault of the property, but still...

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Its prime location in San Isidro is unbeatable, and the breakfast served at El Popular Restaurant is not only generous but also incredibly delicious. Considering what you get for the price you pay, it's a real bargain!

Rooms are quite dimly lit; I believe enhancing the illumination would significantly improve the overall ambiance and functionality.

Room was as advertised. I was very pleased with it . Staff was lovely and helpful. Bedroom, Bathroom and bed linings perfectly clean. The area is dynamic with a lot of shopping centers and restaurants but the hotel itself is very calm and no noise would come from the outside at all.

The Wifi was rather bad. Mobile would stay connected to Wifi but would lose internet intermittently . Not very reliable

I really enjoy staying at this Ibis in Lima. I like the location, breakfast is wonderful, rooms are comfortable and spacious, the hotel restaurant is good and the staff is very helpful. They also have GREAT cocktails. I had a great time playing PS5 in the lobby!

Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps the restaurant could have a wider menu available, but it doesn't really affect the stay.

Very clean, very secure and safe, good facilities with comfortable beds and a hot shower - as you would expect from Ibis. Simple check-in process and helpful staff. Good location for the Cruz del Sur Lima bus station, about a 15 minute walk away. Fair value for money.

We only stayed for one night to access the bus station. There didn't seem to be a lot nearby otherwise, certainly not that was open on a Sunday morning..

Comfortable rooms, clean and modern facilities. Helpful staff and very good buffet breakfast. We enjoyed our time here. Location is handy to bus, supermarket.

Location is less touristy, more of an office area but walkable to San Isidro shops
