Very kind staff, cleanliness, breakfast, location, comfort.

The only thing negative for us was that, when we arrived after a very long flight and got into our room, there wasn’t a bed for our 8 years old child. It was clearly writen that “your child can sleep here for no additional charge” they asked for money for an extra bed. Our room was master suit and we stayed for 6 nights. Then when we explained that with our reservation, stay for the child is free. After that they did not charge it extra. But when we came back to the hotel after staying in another city, to the same kind room, again there was no bed or sofa bed for our child. Because we were really tired and it was just one night, we didn’t ask for the bed this time. I want to write this it maybe will be helpful for other families with children. Thank you.

If you have a room on a higher floor, the view of the city is spectacular. Guests on particular floors get access to Westin Lounge on the 29th floor, which allows you to have 3 meals a day of a very high quality. The location is convenient but it all depends where you want to go in the city. Don't take taxis recommended from the concierge because they are twice as expensive as the ones you can catch on the street. Beware that Lima is a big city and the traffic moves very slowly whenever you go. The staff is very helpful and the hotel experience overall is excellent.

The apt was comfortable and spacious. The executive suites give access to the club, including breakfast, a light lunch and dinner. The gym is very well equipped. The swimming pool is good, but no external pool. The food is very good quality. There are 4 restaurants including the lobby bar.

There isn't much not to like. The location is relatively far from the more touristic areas such as Miraflores.

The hotel stands out from the environment, it's very modern and organised. The staff was very professional and kind at all times. Services, like the room service or help with our needs, was always on-point and fast. I would like to give kudos to the lady in the Westin Club on the 29th floor! She did an amazing job to help us with all of our needs, and kept the food area very neat for any occasions we visited the club. Our room was big with an awesome view to the city from the 29th floor. We loved the small "office corner", the dressing room and the bath tube. Food was excellent (we did room service only)! The facilities are very clean, modern and organised.

The facilities were nice and the staff were helpful.

I paid for breakfast with the booking but I had to check out before it started. The staff were able to arrange a breakfast bag to take with me, but the food was underwhelming. Definitely not a good value to charge the customer for a buffet breakfast and then give them a snack. My advice would have been to refund the breakfast like I had asked.

Amazon hotel! The staff is incredible. The place it is beautiful, clean and have everything that you need! Even things that you didn’t knew that you needed, like the saloon for men.

Roomservice was fast, excelent quality, just delicious and room service personnel were as always very corteus. Ladies at the front desk, Market 770, barman in Lobby were very hospitable. Room was always impeccable, very comfortable, beds are extraordinary.

- Breakfast needs to be uplifted to what used to be. The chef does the best with what he has on hand however more resources should be invested in providing the pre-covid luster in variety. - Lobby bar also needs to be uplifted, pisco sours are not as good as in the Swissotel (sorry to say) and before covid Westin had the best. - When ordering food by the phone, the operator (male) has a hard time in accepting breakfast orders out of the Continental, etc, format... he had difficulties in listening what I wanted to order.

The staff was very helpful and the place felt very secure, there was always transport available for hire in front of the hotel entrance. The room i had had a nice view of the roadway that stretches out into the distance.

Very friendly and accommodating team members. Excellent service.

Good service in general. But be careful if you book a hotel transfer as they forgot to book mine and had to last minute scramble for one.
