Amazing breakfast! Yummy & staff was incredibly kind! The hotel pool was perfect for the kids letting out energy and the room views were awesome!

The hot water ran out pretty quickly at nighttime, so we all had to switch to morning showers, but even then it wasn’t really really hot, just above lukewarm

Top quality accommodations, location and facilities, incredible city views, I’d recommend floors 18th, 19th and above (corner rooms). Never seen a hotel room more suitable for business if you needed to work or conduct business meeting from your room. Fast wifi. f I Received a free room upgrade upon arrival to a better room/floor. Many great places to eat within walking distance. Great delicious and satisfying breakfast included. Staff knows how to treat customers, very professional and helpful at all times, reception staff super helpful and accommodating. Has air conditioner. Everything felt safe in this hotel, safety is number 1 . When returning to town I will definitely come back here.

Just Two things: No heating vent system in hotel or rooms and city weather was too cold during my visits note: A female night receptionist staff member offered to borrow me the reception personal space heater, incredibly thoughtful and it helped. Thank you! Hotel should have available heaters upon request for guest since no heating system. No drinking water for guest unless you purchase water bottles, and price is higher for water. That’s an easy fix if they wanted to. That’s all. Otherwise everything is excellent, I recommend this Hotel in San Isidro.

The room looked nice and the bed was very confortable. I also liked that the blinds on the windows could be rolled down to a complete dark in the room.

I felt the air circulation in the bathroom wasn't perfect.

- nice breakfast, - swimming pool and gym, - great wifi - great view from the room window - guiet and safe - better than Mira Flores - no crowds, and nearer to the airport

All was ok, but the prices for loundry service was 10 times higer than directly in the loundry office! (26 soles plus 28% tax for one T-shirt, and we paid previously 16 soles for 6 kg and 30 soles for again 6 kg but for express service the same day in weekend).

Maybe a bit more breakfast variations and weirdly the shower took like 5 minutes to warm up

Very nice hotel , well located with a great city view from top floors. Breakfast was also very good. A good option on the way to Cusco.

Everything and Everyone!! The service was great! The breakfast was totally exceptional! Amazing front staff! The security out front very Professional! Everything was so amazing and best of all my little Family loved the way I could bring their breakfast to them . I could never ask for anything better than it was. We loved our time. My wife called it a place like home!!

Excellent service!! Everything about it was amazing! We couldn’t get the first night so we stayed at The Marriott. It was terrible service at the Marriott. We got to Holiday Inns Express expecting a normal hotel . What a surprise! We had the best stay we ever had at Holiday Inns Express !!! Excellent breakfast included! Holiday Inns Express will definitely be my first choice if ever needing a hotel in San Isidro , Perù! Close to shopping , Resturant’s, Banks, etc.
