Big room, diverse breakfast. Service to keep my luggage

The elevator was not working while i was in a high floor. No way to check-in earlier than the official time.

Breakfast was good but I wished they can have more variety every other day. Location is the best, everything is close by, walking distance and so enjoyable to walk during the day and night. This is a great hotel for couples or singles or families with older kids.

We travel with little kids all under 10ths old. Is not very kid friendly . But we were very comfy and the staff is very friendly and sweet.

The hotel and our room were superb! Exactly as described and as it looks in the photos, we had a great stay here. With a classic touch, this 4star hotel has an Excellent price-quality ratio and we definitely recommend it!

When we booked, there was nowhere stating that 10% booking commission comes on top, which we only figured out when we checked in. It is frustrating to arrive in a hotel and having to pay additional money, I don't know if it's a booking.com issue or the hotel's but clients should receive the final amount when booking, so you know what you pay for, without last minute surprises. Breakfast was a bit basic for a 4* hotel with an American buffet. Good compared to what we generally had in Peru, but we would expect more

The room had a working small jacuzzi in the bathroom and a separate sauna. It had a viceroyal-like decoration composed wthin an aesthetic from the eighties. Great breakfast in a pleasant terrace. The mini bar had very affordable prices.

Some of the staff was a bit distracted at check out. The procedure to request temporary parking with the reception clerk resulted too troublesome. Too many coin stalkers in the surrounding area.

The staff was absolutely phenomenal. We also really enjoyed the morning breakfast every day included with your stay! And had a beautiful terrace to sit and enjoy. We would stay here again ! They even kept our bags so we could explore while waiting for our late night check in. Hotel is located near so many bars, casinos, restaurants, shopping and the coast line!

I had absolutely no complaints but was sad to not have the terrace room which is absolutely stunning

I loved that the rooms were very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and they provided a lot of amenities in it. The location was also great as they were located in a very central area about 10 minutes walk to Kennedy Park.

I didn't like that the staff that I encountered spoke very little English.

I liked that everything seemed very clean and was being taken care of,also the staff was really nice particularly at the restaurant.

Only thing I didn't like is that I could overhear a lady crying next to my room, thankfully it stopped,I don't think this is the hotels fault though and I also notified them about this and it seemed they made sure everything was ok.

The rooms were clean, spacious and in a great location. The staff were helpful with luggage etc. Great overall service and accommodation. The included breakfast was lovely as was the restaurant for dinner.

The shower system/hot water was a little hard to work in some of the rooms. The snacks in the mini bar were very overpriced. No response via message/email in relation to booking a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. I suggest doing this in person if you expect to use the shuttle service.

The hotel is very conveniently located, plenty of restaurants and venues nearby. Very good breakfast, às well às room service. Attendance beyond expectations, conciergerie extremely well mannered and helpful. Definitely recommended.

The rooms were nice and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Location was great, we walked everywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The sauna was only lukewarm, did not work so not worth getting that room, waste of money.
