Delicious breakfast, reception accommodating all requests - second key, storing luggage, late check out with no additional fee. Spacious room for one that could easily fit three people :)

I picked this hotel because it was very close to office, but for those willing to explore city center or Miraflores - it could be 45-60 min drive.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a property, and I cannot express enough how much I loved my experience there. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the charm and beauty of the place, and it only grew with each passing day. The property itself was simply stunning. The attention to detail in the design and decor was evident, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every corner seemed to have its own unique touch, making it a joy to explore and discover. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and convenient.

The Room was very spacious and well decorated. Several dinning options was also a plus and the food and juices are very good.

Breakfast could have more options for a 5 star hotel. It's a little far from the main Lima atractions so you will need to take a cab. They mentioned free shuttle service for nearest shopping malls but it's no longer available. If you are a smoker, it's not friendly at all, even in the balbony of your room for hotel outdoor areas.. Smoking is only permitted outside of the hotel. The front desk staff is not the most friendly but the velvet and security team are great.

Great location for our purpose of visiting family in the near by area. Clean, comfortable room and facilities. The spa services are outstanding too. The personnel is gracious and responsive. Great breakfast buffet.

We have only on complaint, for some strange reason, the hot water in the shower takes more than 10’ to start flowing at certain times of the day.

Great suite

I was at 1 floor distance to the bar and until the 11Pm has been live show very nice, however I can hear it from my room with the windows closed. in my case dont impact so much, but in other cases can impact, specially if you have calls or need to wake up early. Keep in consideration your activities in Lima, for instance you need more than one hour to go to Miraflores or San Isidro district, the traffic it's chaotic in some parts.

Everything! As an avid traveler I honestly can't remember a hotel I've stayed at that was better . The staff, the room, the food , it was all amazing 👏. They even allowed us an early check in and late check out . Breakfast had the Best bacon in South america by a landslide , best eggs too, coffee was awesome 👌. Tons of dessert options . Dinner was great as well 😋. Staff was so friendly and helpful ! Can't remember which room we stayed in , king suite or executive suite or soemthing like that . Had the the biggest jetted tub and most amazing bathroom . Very comfortable bed , everything about the room was great

Wish the pool was inside as lima isn't really hot enough to swim outside . Gym in my basement back home had more equipment than here. But hey , most people aren't here for the gym so I still give this place 10/10 no problem !

Good quality varied and hot ! The service was very good and I was never without a full coffee. The cold serve area was always properly chilled and hot food was properly hot not luke warm

Very little for me to complain about. My use of hotels is wide and varied, this one is in the top 10. Its hard to complain about the hotel in any way related to my stay

The room was very big and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was tasty.

The breakfast could be more varied and the buffet items should be refilled more frequently. The spa did not have any massages available for the weekend we stayed. The chairs at the pool are not adjustable which is not functional for everyone.

This is a genuine 5 star hotel in a very secure quite location. The hotel bedroom and bathroom was very spacious and the room I had, had a balcony and terrace. Unlike some modern hotels which have claustrophobic bedrooms where the windows do not open, and there is no access to fresh air, the bedrooms at Los Incas felt natural and good for ones wellbeing. All the staff were very helpful , especially Andres in reception and Alexander the breakfast waiter.

Los Incas Lima is an excellent 4* hotel. It is clean, very comfortable and well run, and remarkably good value for money. An excellent place to stay if you need to be in the East of Lima. Bonuses are the spectacular view and good food. Highly recommended.

Reception staff are overworked so sometimes slow (action for management: always have at least two people on duty during busy times). Gym needs more equipment!
