The location is great if you want to be near public parks, bus terminals and the market. I actually picked this due to its proximity to the Sagada bus terminal. The room itself is a decent size and the bathroom was surprisingly big as well. I also availed of the in house laundry service - a bit pricy but if you're only washing a couple days worth of clothes, it is worth the convenience. It is an older building so the corridors are huge. :)

Not much to say here. the location could be a bit crowded for some people but the interiors of the hotel is relatively spacious. There is a 500 peso deposit that I did get back upon check out - have cash in hand for this.

They have polite and accommodating staff. From the receptionist to secuirity guards, they are all kind and courteous. They always respond on my inquiries immediately. The room is quite spacious. Clean and complete bathroom kit. They also give makeup room option. They also ensure security to your properties like calling your room that you tend to forgot to completely close your door - that is really a plus for me. Car park is also very secure. It is near to the market, parks, and restaurants so you will get to go the places immediately.

Since it is in the city center, the entrance have the jeepney station and vendors which tends to be noisy.

The location is really perfect. Its within the metro area and close to Burnham park, Session road (Night market), SM Baguio, Cafe by the Ruins and the Cathedral. Many restaurants to choose from. The Staff were welcoming and helpful as well. The family room was bigger than I've expected; it has a mini living room and then the 2 queen size bed.

I am just picky when it comes to Comfort rooms: it was big enough for a standard hotel and has a water heater. They can probably improve the lightings inside the restroom and make few renovations in it. As I've said, I am really particular about restrooms, but never the less its not bad for the price and the totality of room. We stayed in a Family room (4pax)

I love our stay. Great location near to everything. No hassle to go to other places. Will come back here.

Use light Bedsheet cover to add relaxation. Our first night was dark brown ,it was not satisfying but the next day was a light one and that was great. I think the problem when we come back was the safety of the car in the parking area. Hope the hotel accomodate this when we comeback🙂

It is near tourist spots and walking distance from burnham park. Taxis arrive quickly also at such an easily accessible place. The room's size is just right, heater is working well. There's a restaurant and spa at the 2nd floor. The food is nice. Sinigang na bangus is a must try

We saw a roach in our room, it's just small though.

The property is conveniently located near the public market, Burnham park and easily accessible. There is adequate parking and the amenities are more than adequate for a comfortable stay. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Reasonably priced.

The bathroom needs a bit of attention, like the tiles at the shower, and guests would really appreciate a towel rack.

Staffs are very accomodating the location is near in most attractions and essentials. Standard Queen room is good and clean must consider to add hanger for bath towels

Not enough pillow/pillow is very thin not comfortable when sleeping. and hanger for bath towels

Staff are accommodating. The in-house 24-hr spa is a welcome surprise. In close proximity to most touristy spots.

Lack of storage. While there is a clothes hanger section, a proper cabinet will be a nice addition so guests'stuff is not on the floor or couch.

The place is close to everything. The room is very clean and a good size room for 4 people. The staff arebso friendly and approachable.I will come back nrxt time.

No bar fridge or microwave. The wifi is so slow.

The power outage, totally understand that it's uncontrollable. Fortunately, it was the same day we're checking out of the hotel. Maybe next time, having a generator can be considered.
