Beautiful location truly paradise island . Snorkeling is amazing. Very spacious and feels like there are no other people on the island. Villa a bit outdated but had all the necessary. The bed is enormous.

Staff. Extremely bad service due to laziness of majority of the staff especially bar / restaurant. Breakfast is very poor. No blackout curtains or any type of noise isolation so the sleep is very poor despite the amazing bed (too much light plus extreme noise from the bats).

Impeccable customer service and cleanliness and of course the serenity and relaxation that we experience just being in the island.

The breakfast buffet, was just OK. We expected more for the price that we paid for the whole stay.

stunning island with an incredible beach and local wildlife. watching the fruit bat colony at sunset was amazing. staff work hard to look after guests. although the room was somewhat old fashioned, we found it to be very comfortable. resort transfers were excellent and it was great that no plastic bottles were seen anywhere on the island for drinking water - free water refill points around.

the food quality could be improved. breakfast buffet needs refilling more regularly as some items ran out at times.

the location was awesome, lots of beach and snorkeling right off the beach. 10/10 would visit again.

I would prefer an all inclusive package, breakfast was nice being included but I’m not a fan of signing after every order food and drink, I would rather pay more up front and enjoy my stay rather than worrying about what I’m spending in food and drink. Also, a king suite with sea view could also mean 2 twin beds sea view, read the fine print on this.

The privacy, the staff especially the manager Joegil Magtanggol who surprised us with a pre arranged beachfront dinner for my wife's birthday. It was the highlight of our stay and we are forever grateful. In our view, the staff made the biggest difference. They were very welcoming, respectful and very attentive. They anticipated our needs and attended to our needs promptly. The food was delicious and of course the beach was amazing. It truly is a Paradise. Thank you for making our stay one of our best experiences.

There is only one issue that we encountered. We stayed in the deluxe sunset villa and for some reason that we couldn't figure out, our room was just filled with mosquitoes. It was pretty much coming from the walk in closet because we made sure that our front door was close at all times. We didn't bother mentioning it to management since we figured that it was an island with lush greenery and mosquitoes will be a part of it. When we return to revisit we will be choosing the regular sunset villa without the walk in closet to hopefully alleviate the problem.

Breakfast was slightly underwhelming. Not a lot of options and repetitive. Rates are on the more expensive side but I guess that was expected .

the food was horrible! they should hire a great cook if they want to call themselves a high end resort. everything was great except for the food!

This is an incredible little piece of paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we would definitely recommend to family and friends and we will happily return and look forward to it. The snorkelling was so much fun and there was so much to see. The food was very tasty and the service was very friendly. We loved being able to relax and have lunch on the beech and Gerrick (definitely spelt incorrectly) was exceptional who worked at the Dugong bar. We also had room service one of the nights and that was also a great option and a nice touch. Overall we can’t fault our stay.

My only issue was with the time it took to return the deposit held on my card at the start of our stay. I was emailing them 3 weeks after to see when this money would be returned to my card. I think this needs to be improved as we have never stayed anywhere else where this wasn’t done immediately.

Stunning location. We stayed in the Sunset Villa Deluxe which was really lovely and spacious with a separate dressing room and the largest bed I've ever seen! The views from our balcony were amazing. I think this is the best accommodation option on the island as it's super private and right on the beach with uninterrupted sea views. The beach was lovely and clean. The pool was also very nice as were the cabanas and seating options. Unfortunately the sea was too rough when we stayed even though the weather was beautifully hot and sunny so we didn't really get to enjoy snorkeling on the reef. However, we enjoyed swimming in the pool and just relaxing and soaking up the beautiful views. Unfortunately the restaurant, and there is only one, wasn't up to the standards you'd expect from such a special hotel. Breakfast was shockingly bad, lacking tropical fruits and fresh options that we had elsewhere in the Philippines. And the menu had over 180 items on it, most of which were cooked really badly. We've travelled a lot and enjoy dining out and sadly this hotel just didn't offer that experience. On our last night my husband's main dish came 20 mins before mine...when I complained to the Manager he said 'Oh well, hope you liked it' - I felt he was only interested in the opinion of local tourists who he spent most of his time talking to. We saw and spoke to other guests who were struggling with the food too, and to be honest it ruined our overall experience. The staff in the restaurant also seemed really unhappy and this was reflected in the service. It's a shame as staff in other areas were really lovely. The Manager needs to completely rethink the menu offering - beach BBQs / fresh fish, etc. and ditch the awful bland options. The bar was lovely with a great setting on the beach but if you're a foodie I'd think twice about staying at this hotel. Such a shame as it would be perfect if they could just sort out the...

The restaurant and food. Smell from our bathroom - in fairness the cleaning staff sorted it out for us when raised but it should have been dealt with without the need for us to raise it. Water pressure in the shower was awful.

Our family had the best time at Club Paradise! Not only was the island perfect but the staff were amazing. There wasn’t too many kids or activities for kids to do, but the staff were awesome at entertaining my two boys. The island was pretty quiet and really relaxing. We booked the sunset villa and there was plenty of space for the four of us. Was really lovely to chill on our balcony and watch the sunset. The beach was a tad bit rocky, but that’s to be expected on remote islands.

There wasn’t too many things for kids to do. But that’s fine as kids loved it anyway.
