Breakfast was okay. Hoping for more variety for the price. There was no fish section.

Improve the spa. The spa room needs renovation, it’s not cozy and relaxing. It was hot, old, smelly, and not comfortable. Though the massage was good. I just hope the ambiance was suitable for its intended for. No aircon in the lobby/ receiving area. It’s very in the Philippines. It will be more good if you will put air conditioning for the guests and staff to feel comfortable while waiting for their room, service and if they want to relax in there for a while. There were no room sleepers and robe for guests.

The rooms were well kept and up to standard, staff were helpful and lovely and facilities were great

Food was quite expensive and the service was quite slow, otherwise good food!

Good entertainment in the evening by the restaurant. The singers were great!

Bell boy are expecting tips every single time. we came from our 1st full day tour and the bell boy gladly helped us with our stuff. We thank him and was polite. We had a baby on our hand and was too exhausted to think about giving a tip. Next day, we came back from our 2nd tour day and we can see bell boys were free and was standing by the entrance. We came out from our van and we saw them so quickly ran away and pretended to not have seen us. So disappointing! We weren’t expecting to be helped but “that is your job” to assist guest regardless of being given a tip previously or not. It would have been an amazing stay, no complaints but just the bell boys professionalism that affected our stay.

During our stay the hotel prepared different sets of buffet breakfast everyday.

Our concern was about the dinner we had that caused our family to experience vomiting and we missed our island hopping the following day. We reported the incident but I think they place safe with their response. Also, they have no hydrite instead they gave us the wrong medication which I thought might help my son to relieve the stomach pain. Anyways, they offer free ride to the hospital since my son can no longer bear the pain. They should at least give heads up what to bring if there is a problem in coron for example bottled water so we know what to expect during our stay. No complain was put into writing only verbal apology.

We selected a family room, which was dark and had one room without windows. Since we booked six nights with three kids, we expected more. However, after discussing the issue with the reception, we were moved the next night to the fourth floor with two separate rooms and nice views. The rooms were clean and regularly cleaned, and the food and drinks in the bar and restaurant were good value for money. Every evening, we had live music around the pool, so it was very nice to relax around the pool with a drink and listen to the music after days full of trips and island hopping.

Extra charges for breakfast, mixed invoice, and charged some extra room service we didn't order, but everything was cleared very fast.

A cool refreshing drink was offered upon arrival. That was thoughtful. A beautiful resort. Nice view. Nice swimming pool and hot tub. Spacious room. Towels had a very nice scent. Good walk-in shower. Good refrigerator. Airco was good. They are very alert to switch on the power immediately after a power outage. Just outside the room there is a drying rack for your snorkeling gear. That is very convenient.

The room on the surface seemed clean. The floor needs a thorough wet cleaning session. The water comes under the shower door. So beware that it can be slippery getting out of the shower. A minor issue: upon arrival there was a running toilet. After addressing this to the staff it wasn’t fixed.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff were so lovely and the welcome drink on arrival is delicious! The room is very spacious and the breakfast was delicious - there was a great variety of savoury and sweet and changed every day. The pool was clean and heated. Another big thank you to the lovely to the staff. There was live music every evening and the singers were very talented and the music was beautiful. The hotel is a bit out of town (about 10 mins via tuk tuk which is how we would travel to town and back) but it seems all the resorts were and if you book tours, they will pick you up from the resort anyway so it's no bother being a bit out of town. Transport is very well organised and the hotel helps you there too. Thank you for a great stay!

Good value for money. Generous sized, clean rooms and bathrooms. Large clean pool.

The restaurant and breakfast buffet is not great. It is worth taking a tricycle into town for meals. Our favourite place to eat was Le Voyage.

We booked for this hotel the same morning as we stayed in a bad hotel and wanted to change. When we arrived on the evening (after an activity) we were told there was a problem with booking and there is no more room left for us, but we are upgraded for one night in "Tag resort". We didn't feel good and had to move from the other hotel (which we switched room there too), after we explained this to the hotel they let us stay in Tag resort for the two nights and it was great. They took responsibility for their mistake and we are grateful.

I looooove the vibes of this place! Chill, relaxed, quiet and peaceful, welcoming, and just purely a place to experience the beauty of Coron but away from the chaos of the main town shenanigans. The food is to die for!!! I look forward to mealtimes everyday. The night live music is what I miss the most as I just relax in the pool or beside it just listening to the singers serenade us before bedtime. The pools are really great and since we went around March, the hotel isn’t crowded that much so oftentimes we have the pool to ourselves. It is a 15 minute tuktuk ride to the city center but I love that it is away from the noise and chaos. I will definitely come back here soon.

Maybe the fact that they are doing constructions (they are extending and putting up more rooms) but since I am always away during the day gallivanting around the islands, I don’t really mind. But it could be noisy and dusty sometimes if the wind blows towards the resort. Hopefully they finish the construction fast.
