Good entertainment in the evening by the restaurant. The singers were great!

Bell boy are expecting tips every single time. we came from our 1st full day tour and the bell boy gladly helped us with our stuff. We thank him and was polite. We had a baby on our hand and was too exhausted to think about giving a tip. Next day, we came back from our 2nd tour day and we can see bell boys were free and was standing by the entrance. We came out from our van and we saw them so quickly ran away and pretended to not have seen us. So disappointing! We weren’t expecting to be helped but “that is your job” to assist guest regardless of being given a tip previously or not. It would have been an amazing stay, no complaints but just the bell boys professionalism that affected our stay.

During our stay the hotel prepared different sets of buffet breakfast everyday.

Our concern was about the dinner we had that caused our family to experience vomiting and we missed our island hopping the following day. We reported the incident but I think they place safe with their response. Also, they have no hydrite instead they gave us the wrong medication which I thought might help my son to relieve the stomach pain. Anyways, they offer free ride to the hospital since my son can no longer bear the pain. They should at least give heads up what to bring if there is a problem in coron for example bottled water so we know what to expect during our stay. No complain was put into writing only verbal apology.

Good value for money. Generous sized, clean rooms and bathrooms. Large clean pool.

The restaurant and breakfast buffet is not great. It is worth taking a tricycle into town for meals. Our favourite place to eat was Le Voyage.

Great ambiance. Lots of pools where adults and kids can swim. Very spacious also.

It’s quite far from the town center. While there’s a bar and restaurant in the resort, the offerings are quite pricey for their quality. The food can most certainly be improved.

When asking about touring the island on a scooter to find a beach they suggested we go to their sister resort owned by same owner, that beach has an access fee, even if your staying at Westown. Should be free for their guests. Charging to access a beach anywhere in the world is messed up though. The driveway out front is tile, which is apparently slippery on a scooter and we crashed on it. Not much they can do about that now but use textured tile next time!

good service for pick up from airport going to hotel and back nd forth with minimal charges on it. Property was nice and the room was upgraded from deluxe to premium fronting the very nice scenery on the balcony without adtl charges. changing bed cover everyday during our stay, everything was good when it cums to facilities, nice and good staff in SPA.

The only thing worst xperienced was having a food poison during having dinner and we ordered a crispy pata which we think in different kind of cooking, tho is was good in eating but we doubted thatbit was an old stock or maybe its just pre heated..we noticed that the skin on it was not crispy, it was purely not crispy unlike what we ordered in some restaurants here in cebu, we can say that its a new stock. We are so dismayed during our 2nd day stay for we are stuck in our room for we have a diarrhea and vomiting that day after eating dinner that night...we did not enjoy our scheduled activity for that certain day supposedly. what a bad experienced really.

If u want to come to Coron stay at Coron Westown Resort- Palawan .. It's a tricycle ride away from the town proper, rooms are spacious and priced reasonably but most of all you will feel safe and secured staying with them especially when emergency situation arises. Big shoutout to the hotel manager Mr Jomar, Deo, all the staff and crew ♥️. 2 days ago, husband was rushed to the ER, he can barely walk and talk already due to severe diarrhea and vomiting 🤮. I asked assistance from the reception and immediately they send us help and wheelchair. The manager drove us to the hospital and never left us a second, anticipated all our needs, went to the outside pharmacy to buy all the prescribed stuff (in the local hospital, you have to buy it from outside pharmacy so how can I do it if I was alone). We stayed for 4h in the ER and their hotel staff was still with us helping me taking care of the bebe. Until yesterday they took us to the airport in a complimentary exclusive van and made sure we were safe..I don't know if that's a Coron hotel standard but if not, they should benchmark this hotel for such a wonderful services ( I thought they gonna charge us will the help we got but it was free 👌)..Thank you guys so much for everything! I would be crazy without y'all ♥️

Very nice hotel with three big pools and friendly staff. Everything is in good condition and clean. The breakfast for 450 PHP was very delicious.

No shops nearby so you have to take the taxi to town. Distance to Coron city is not walkable, however, taxis are quite cheap for only 80 PHP to the city and are arranged by the reception staff upon request.

The resort already have everything that you want especially if you don’t like to stroll around the town. They have live band every night where you can chill on or a pool where you want relax at. They have also this welcoming cockatoo that greet and entertain us always while waiting for our service. Room make up is excellent same as with the front desk who always take care of our needs as well as the concierge and bell boys who are very accommodating to assist.

Room tiles is slippery and it is not good for infants or toddlers who like to run around. Sometimes it moisten maybe because of the aircon temperature so we need to lower it to avoid our kids to get slipped. Another is the waiters/waitress at the restaurant during breakfast were not alert enough to welcome and assist the guest. You need to request them to place the utensils on the table first before they prepare it for you.

The service was definitely exceptional! Would definitely come back and book with the same resort. Calling for tricycles and shuttle service was convenient. Moreso, for the tours if booked with the resort since they provide you with the towels as well. Our room was upgraded and it was such a perfect view of the entire hotel. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well and was very much worth the price! I really enjoyed my stay here. Will surely recommend this place to others.

We only had trouble with the airport shuttle booked leaving Coron. Our flight was delayed were told that our airport shuttle's arrival was adjusted to a later time than the original since our flight was delayed. To our surprise the shuttle still arrived at the earlier schedule. We had to rush fixing up. Nonetheless, they were very accommodating still and said that the shuttle could wait. It was merely a mix-up due to the sudden change of schedule.
