The location is perfect because you can easily reach the boat trips, which are necessary when you are at Palawan. You are also close to all the good restaurants. The rooms are of very high standard, they are spotless clean, and much larger than a standard hotel room. The view from the hotel is fantastic. The beds are of good high quality. Very friendly staff and excellent service all the time. High security. Good breakfast. Good silent AC. The food at the restaurant is good, but expensive compared to the other restaurants.

You shall be aware of the following before you book a room: The surroundings are a little noicy. To the left of the hotel are construction workers and barkling dogs, to the right is a bar with music in the evening, and in the front of the hotel are driving a lot of motor bikes on the beach. But in general it is difficult, if not impossible, to find any quiet place at the Philippines, so that is propably something one must accept when visiting this country. There is no WiFi in any of the rooms, only in front of the reception, and on the top terrace. The hotel does not accept credit or debit cards! Make sure you have enough cash, otherwise you risk to be in serious troubles if you check out and shall catch an airplain. They do however, accept USD and EUR.

This is a new hotel. Room was very spacious, modern, with big balcony and super view on El Nido bay I stayed in room 406). Located just at the end (or the beginning) of the beach, the town center is just a 10 min walk

The pool is very small and only 6 chaise longue were available. Reception services should be hugely improved, especially on communication and client management. Front staff is inexperienced and in case there is an issue you won't get any feedback just a lot of "we are sorry"

Clean, bright and modern rooms, in an excellent location. Big swimming bool right by the beach! Very convenient to get tricycles to different locations, and only a short walk to the main street for restaurants and shops. Decent breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Easy to book activities and excursions through the hotel.

Make sure to ask for beach towels in advance as they take a while to be brought to you. The lift was out of order so it was slightly inconvenient getting to our room on the 4th floor. There were some power outtages at night time (but we were warned about these in advance). The rooms themselves in the main building were a bit generic, so try to book a bungalow by the pool!

Good location, rooms are very spacious (the balcony rooms honestly felt better than the more expensive cottage type rooms though)

The wifi was really bad, the buffet for breakfast was tasty but could use some more options especially for the price paid.

The property was located at the edge of the town area, so it was quiet, yet an easy walk to the restaurants and tour boat departures. The rooms exceeded our expectations for size, comfort, and cleanliness. The swimming pool offered a comfortable place to relax if we didn’t feel like going out that day. The weight room was well-equipped for daily workouts. And the complimentary buffet breakfast was an excellent selection of a light or heavy meal to begin the day. We are very happy with our choice of El Nido Garden Resort for our family vacation.

One thing that would be a nice change… a smaller pool or a “shallow end” in the swimming pool would be nice for non-swimmers and children.

Visited this hotel with my family - a total of 9 pax. I was nervous trying to find a suitable hotel for all of us as it was our first holiday abroad and we had a lot of expectations. This hotel was well-located, and we were placed in nice rooms on the third and fourth floors. I do recommend booking the sea view rooms. The pool area was the highlight as we spent a lot of time there drinking beers, swimming, playing games etc. We even got a complimentary massage one day. The staff working near the pool was very kind and patient with us - especially the security men who always smiled seeing us and Dre who works in the cafe/bar.

There was a limited breakfast menu. Housekeeping cleaned the room daily however they did not change the bedsheets and we stayed for 10 nights.

Great location on the edge of town, just a short walk along the beach to the centre of everything. the place was right on the beach too so the views were lovely from our room, the pool and the rooftop bar. Lovely cocktails from the rooftop bar too and a comfortable bed!

The pool was very popular and there definitely were not enough sunbeds. We only managed to get some on one day of our stay and we were up very early to be able to do so. There is space for loads more around the edge of the pool or facing the beach in front and this is something the hotel should definitely invest in!

we stayed in a bungalow with a beach and poolview - perfect located accommodation near town good breakfast, friendly staff (they are super helpful and working all day long in the garden, pool, refill the breakfast buffet and so on) our child got sick and they helped us with cooking some potato’s, cleaned the bed in the evening... we could store our luggage after check out, while we were in a day island hopping tour

the pool had a strange color and taste when we arrived. Maybe the put some cleaning stuff inside in the morning

We upgraded to a balcony room overlooking the bay so we had an amazing view. Breakfast was a buffet with a good selection of food and was included. The staff there were friendly. The pool was awesome and faced the bay. There was a little coffee shop just next to the pool where you can order coffee and crepes. You could book Island tours directly from the hotel. The location was excellent, just a short walk into the center.

Not sure if eggs could be ordered for breakfast but I didn't see any offered. There was some construction work going on next door so could head some banging, but this is a minor issue and not the fault of the hotel.
