Very big room/apartment. Excellent breakfast. Superb staff.

As with all the hotels I've visited in the Philippines, it takes too long to check in and check out. Many other countries do not need a deposit if they have your credit card details anyway. Also, it's a bit irritating having to wait for your deposit to be returned on check-out. Finally, waiting for the room to be checked to see if you've stolen anything makes one feel a bit like a criminal. {Yes, I know it can be beneficial if you have inadvertently left your possessions in the room.)

Bathroom needs updated...no shower curtains or full shower doors and its too easy while showering to get water on the bathroom floor...air conditioning is not so good and needs updating. outside of your room and the dinning room, its too hot and humid in the motel. Swimming pool water was not very clean looking.

The breakfast buffet was excellent, including the room service. The facility and the two-bedroom suite were exceptionally clean and well kept, even though it is an older building. The staff were courteous, and the custodial service was excellent. The suite we had was quiet and away from the street noise which helped me get good night sleep during my 6-night stay. The driver of the hotel's shuttle was respectful and patient. The only hotel where I was able to access my Netflix account and watched some of my favorite shows. I would definitely stay here next summer.

Complete facilities for bath and kitchen. Aircon functioning properly and corner room had a nice view. Kudos to Ana Lee, who checked us in by attending to our inquires and requests with professionalism and speed. Other staff were pleasant to talk to,from the guards at the parking, the front desk to the maintenance staff, to the bellhops.

Using the bidet caused leaks on the floor. Most of the TV channels were tagged as reserved

The room was great and exceptional space to relax and rest. Maintenance was quick to repair a malfunctioning air conditioner. Housekeeping was very thorough and cleaned the room excellently everyday. Breakfast buffet was excellent in variety of dishes and quality every morning.

The elevator wait time can vary depending on the amount of guests staying at the hotel between 2 - 20 minutes.

I got a pretty good deal from Booking.com, so the price I paid for a one bedroom suite was perfect. Its location was great. Staff were accommodating, and amenities and facilities were good.

I would’ve rated it higher had the bathroom smelled nice. This hotel is old already, so maybe that’s why the bathroom smelled like sewage. The couch needed some serious deep cleaning.

I like the part of having breakfast. The food are all taste good. I am impressed with all different foods they prepared every day. Fantastic job.Great effort.The staff are so friendly.Appreciate to have a complimentary shuttle bus to go the malls.

The bed is not the best but it’s okay.

The room is very spacious. Actually, we were about to book another room to accomodate other family members but the staff told us to first see the size of the room we booked. and they were right, no need for an extra room. As for the staff - everyone is very courteous. they're also helpful and accomodating with our queries and requests

Shower room panel/door on main bedroom is too narrow, water would splatter outside bathroom floor. I am a regular of this hotel every time Im in Manila. Before, the kitchen used to have a rice cooker, bread toaster, including dish soap and scrub. Now they are charging a fee for this.

bathroom badly needed update and deep cleaning which was disappointing. rate for this one night is considerably less (about p500) than what i paid per night for 10 nights. i had to book this extra night because i needed an early check in. no smoking area anywhere
