It's spacious

There was a dead cockroach inside the bathroom when we arrived. We reported it and they sent a house cleaner right away. They offered us a different room but it'll be very inconvenient because we're settled already and we wish to be on the same floor with our family members. We also have to report a stain on the comforter and some damages on the sofa upon checking in. Just to avoid any extra charges. I feel a little bad. Because for the amount that we paid. We have to think about these things instead of just relaxing with the family.

indeed a family staycation. we find it relaxing. we just stayed almost the whole day and visited the mall for dinner.

bad experience is that they were not able to record my payment- it took me so long during check out and told me that I dont have may payment yet… grrr I asked them to review the cctv, just to find out that it was not recorded accordingly and I just realized also that they did not issue an OR upon payment. They even asked me I wanted to still have a receipt. I told them that yes - its must be part of their process.

This place was great; good value for money and the location was good, just remember it’s hard to travel anywhere in peak hour.

Only thing we didn’t love was that there were three of us staying and due to system requirements they could only give us two electronic keys which meant one night when we all wanted to do things separately we really had to coordinate so we could all get back in. Apart from that everything was great.

Very comfortable room specially with the kids, carpeted all over the area which my toddler is safe from running. The whole room is like a home where you can relax and enjoy

Not that i didn't like, i took almost 2hrs before we go the room but maybe bec they're preparing and cleaning it a lot but of course we went there way too late from the actual check in time but still took another hours to prepare it

What I liked: 1. Location 2. Convenient and hassle free check in 3. Courteous staff and front desk personnel 4. Very accommodating administration 5. Happy Chef serves good food 6. Parking availability

What I didnt like: 1. The showerhead at room 2601 should be replaced with a better one 2. The faucet in the kitchen sink is too long - you get wet while washing dishes etc

The room was large and the beds were perfect. I had awesome views from my room -Even saw the Manila bay from my room window! The check-in was smooth, staff very friendly and professional.

I mostly ordered room service but the food was delivered cold every time. I wasn't sure if they were short staffed and hence did not bring the food immediately after it was cooked! I stayed there 4 days and every time I ordered food, it was delivered cold - even the potato wedges came cold and soft - that is not what anyone would expect from a room delivery! Wifi - Did not work during the weekends AT ALL. It was fine during the weekdays. I am guessing that there were more people in the hotel during the weekend and hence their total user load exceeded their limits. I kept on getting IP address could not be issued error.

Having separate bedrooms for families and the convenience of a restaurant. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

The kitchen is not well equipped. No paper towels or napkins. Perhaps a dish towel and knife to cut food with.

LindenSuites is a centrally located hotel. It provides a very good breakfast and has also a restaurant which provides lunch and dinner. The rooms are well furnished and clean. The front desk staff responded very well to our needs, when we needed help.

The room had hooks for towels and shirts, whereever is was useful. The breakfast was excellent. Meat dishes were fried exactly to the right point!

The checkin terminal was uneasy to use for newcomers. 2 times all the entries were lost. Then the staff of the reception assisted.

The room was so big and the staff are very helpful. The location is very convenient to the big shopping malls and restaurants.

The swimming pool needs an upgrade/renovation but other than that, it is all good!
