The breakfast buffet selection, food taste and quality were all good including those in the a la carte. The location in relation to my personal agenda was great as all my business and errands were walking distance so I spared myself from the notorious traffic situation in Metro Manila. I was several minutes away from Shangri La Plaza mall, The Podium and MegaMall. The banks that I needed to transact with are on the same street and block, literally a several footsteps away. There is a 7-11 store several feet away too! The room had all the basics that I needed: Ample space with a good working table, a comfortable bed, quiet floors with soundproof rooms (mind you, I made the mistake of booking a room in another hotel next to this one and the rooms there were not soundproof). The staff were very accommodating. Hazel at the front desk was very accommodating. Troy helped me out for the printout of my documents. And Patrick the bell hop was helpful too. The guards were friendly too. The guys in the restaurant were good too. I certainly would have Wynwood as my choice of hotel when I come back for my business trip in Manila. It is definitely good value for my money. Thank you @Wynwood.

There was no laundry service.

STAFF: Love the friendliness of the staff. They assisted me with everything. They upgraded our room when we checked in, gave us a food voucher and even gave my son a birthday treat during dinner. They gave him also pancakes for breakfast, no charge since bfast was only applicable to the adults including in the booking. Food: we ate dinner and breakfast and surprisingly the food was delicious. Loved the Kalesa Salad. Room: It was clean and comfortable. loved the room with the view. location: it was near LAWSON and Podium and Megamall so it was very convenient to buy food for the room. PARKING: FREE

Room: TV had only cable channels. Hotel: They have no pool breakfast: Few choices to choose from

I had a great stay at Wynwood! The staff is polite and friendly, breakfast has many varieties, they make omelette upon the order and all the food was delicious. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to the shopping center and with easy access to other locations in Manila.

The shower is not very hot and has low volume of water. There is also a lack of pressure.

Good room with a view. Nice breakfast buffet with a passable modest selection. Excellent, accessible location.

The description of the room I booked indicated that there is a bathtub. The actual room I got only had a shower. I did not bother clarifying this with the staff as I didn't want to bother moving to another room.

People and service were fantastic! Good value for money. Huge room. Proximity to shopping. Restaurant on the 3rd floor was perfect to meet people. And the lounge coffee shop seems perfect for short meetings.

Drainage in the shower stall was clogged. No aircon on foyers - it was stinking hot!

I stayed there for one week and then travelled to some of the Philippines islands. In order to travel light they were willing to keep my luggage (the big and heavy ones) until I returned back to Manila. So I stayed one more night with them when I returned from the islands and before returning to Europe.

Comfortable rooms with everything needed. Accomodating personnel.

Central air conditioning, unable to switch off completely, unless you take out the key card and swittch off electricity in your room. The climate in the room is just freezing.

loved the value for money - we get a room stay for two with yummy breakfast for two for a humble price 4500. also love and appreciate the view from the dining area. bed was sturdy and not creaky. bed was also comfy. toilet had complete facilities.

none I can think of. it definitely deserves more recognition!
