My husband and I loved the buffet! It was worth it! The location was also very good since it was near The Podium. I love the queen size bed and soft pillows. I also love the smell of the room. The staff weee also nice. I noted that we booked because it's our wedding anniversary and my birthday, and they prepared the room with cards and a slice of cake, which was really nice and thoughtful. There were also convenience stores nearby.

You can hear the doors closing on the other rooms even if you're inside your room. We were sleeping and will suddenly be surprised by loud slamming of doors. There is no separate shampoo and conditioner, it was 2 in 1. The staff on the reception didn't inform me beforehand that the 2 thousand deposit will be swiped on my credit card. I was willing to give it as cash but it was too late and I have to wait for 7 days to credit it back.

First, the bed is incredibly comfortable, I almost refused to get up. Second, the pillows feel great to sleep on. Third, I requested for additional bottled water and the staff was more than glad to oblige.

The breakfast buffet spread has changed. The choices are limited --- there used to be "daing na bangus" almost regularly, but that's gone. The smoked salmon also runs out fast and is not replenished unless you ask the waiter. There used to be a small tub of "taho" but that's gone too.

I like the cleanliness of the room and the basic amenities. The hotel location is walking distance to Podium and SM Megamall. Prices for the accommodation and food are also affordable. Great place for quick staycation.

Food is overall good, but some food options are sometimes hit or miss. It would also have been better if a convenient store is by the ground floor also. Lobby is a bit confusing once you enter the building.

I was able to check in quite early and they allowed for a late check out. The staff were all really nice and welcoming. The room itself was spacious, the bed was comfortable, it smelled nice, and they put me in a room with a city view (as per my request) which was really appreciated. That view alone made my stay comfortable and relaxing. Also, the breakfast buffet was really good too! There was a lack of some breakfast items (sausages, longganisa, etc.) and the odd presence of dishes that are more appropriate for lunch (breaded fish fillet and chicken roulade) but all the food was good! Finally, I think Wynwood Hotel is the best hotel that you can stay at in the area. It's one street away from the mall and a lot of taxis pass by in front of it so you can basically get anywhere. There's also a bank and convenience store beside the hotel building.

The elevators smelled funky but they were speedy so I don't mind the smell that much. Also, the bathroom sink's faucet was tight. It was quite difficult to turn it off and on without accidentally pushing it to the max pressure which sent water everywhere...

The breakfast buffet selection, food taste and quality were all good including those in the a la carte. The location in relation to my personal agenda was great as all my business and errands were walking distance so I spared myself from the notorious traffic situation in Metro Manila. I was several minutes away from Shangri La Plaza mall, The Podium and MegaMall. The banks that I needed to transact with are on the same street and block, literally a several footsteps away. There is a 7-11 store several feet away too! The room had all the basics that I needed: Ample space with a good working table, a comfortable bed, quiet floors with soundproof rooms (mind you, I made the mistake of booking a room in another hotel next to this one and the rooms there were not soundproof). The staff were very accommodating. Hazel at the front desk was very accommodating. Troy helped me out for the printout of my documents. And Patrick the bell hop was helpful too. The guards were friendly too. The guys in the restaurant were good too. I certainly would have Wynwood as my choice of hotel when I come back for my business trip in Manila. Breakfast was excellent

Air conditioner didn't get the room cold enough also I had to pay for a glass I accidentally broke in my room. That was disappointing. I would assume that replacing a broken glass would be part of doing business for a hotel. I stayed in the hotel for 14 days 6 months ago and 13 days recently and to be charged for a glass I broke accidentally seemed petty.

the location is fantastic as the hotel is walking distance to major malls, hotel is clean and very well maintained, the food served during breakfast was not repetitive , staff from cleaning, to the servers and security were all very nice, polite and courteous.

there is no swimming pool but this is not important as we are just on a week long stay.

The bed was very comfortable. The security guards were very polite . The front desk helped me to get my transportation to and from my destination. - The breakfast was satisfying, good spread out for the money i paid . Very good access to three different Malls . Its in the center of Manila . I would difinitely come back again
