Staff were nice and courteous Place was well-equipped with basic necessities Gym was much-appreciated by my sons! Did not get to use the pool or sauma (weather was too hot, anyway) but maybe, next time!

Lifts were very busy and always took a while to come No parking for visitors Breakfast was monotonous and with no flexibility (like drinks were either Iced tea or coffee-- nothing more. Breakfast choices were not always available and the "brownie" was horrendous! Please do not serve those to anyone again.

The staff are great, friendly, and accommodating. The reception granted my special request, since it was an early birthday trip / stay for me with my family. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool and we played billiards too. The location is convenient because it's near SM Megamall where we did most of our shopping and strolling.

Only the bed at the master's in the two-bedroom suite that we booked was the disappointment since the mattress was so worn out na (parang damaged na yung spring). Other than that, the amenities in the room are all okay.

The room was larger than expected given the rate, with adequate furnishing and toiletries. I wish I remembered the name of the person who checked me in, but he was a one-man wonder (I think he may even be a manager, but am not sure). He made the whole experience hassle-free by allowing us to register early so we can check in easily once our room was available. Location was great. I had to go on an event the evening of our stay, and traffic was horrible. The front desk staff offered to book us a Grab, but drivers kept cancelling. The location allowed us to walk to our event venue instead. Hassle free, basic accommodation at a central location, great service.

The A/C is a bit old and took a while to cool the room. Also, there was a very small in the bathroom when we first used it.

spa had no electricity also many overseas tourists come and they smoke. you have no smoking area. probably a throw back from that terrible president you had. President Duterte . I had to walk all the way to Ayala the 30 th mall for a smoke. in the Philippines you can buy smokes but you can’t smoke anywhere. absolute nonsense .

The bed was comfortable. Nice view. It had a nice vibe to it. It was close to a lot of other nice places. The staff were very polite. It had billiards and a pool.

I didn't like how hard it was to get up and down the elevator. Also the fact that the pool closes at 10 p.m.

As soon as we checked in I felt we would like the place. Thumbs up front desk staff and security personnel. I liked our room - cleanliness, working high speed Wi-Fi, comfortable bed, with ample space for the writing desk, no unpleasant odor and hot/cold shower.

Safe was not working. Bathroom lighting very dim. Hope you could use a brighter light bulb. It was very hard to see clearly inside the bathroom. There was only 1 chair in our room. Hope you could add an extra chair if your guest is travelling with a companion. No table lamp?

Close to local animinities you have sm megamall within walking distance, and other shopping centres, close to restaurants and bars. Friendly and welcoming staff.

If you book room with breakfast you have to get a voucher from front desk and go next door for breakfast not much options available for diabetics

Overall, the stay was pretty nice. We liked the city view the most.

Wifi was terrible. While the room that we had has a very nice view of the city, the bathroom was pretty narrow and the bathroom door makes it difficult to enter the shower area.

SHOWER AREA: Small but doable.

Everything is good, the room is so clean and the ben is so relaxing. Overall, it was a great stay. We are just disappointed with the breakfast being offered.
