I loved everything about this hotel. The rooms were spacious with sensational views over Manila. The bed was large and comfortable. The breakfast was truly delectable. The rooftop restaurant was divine. The food was good and of course the view was truly amazing. All of the staff were friendly, approachable and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

There was nothing that I didn't like. Some of the guests staying in the hotel got a bit noisy one night and I complained to Reception around 1am. The manager sorted it out quickly and ensured that I was satisfied with the outcome. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure the hotel was a good experience for all guests.

Very good buffet breakfast. Our room was on 29th floor with excellent Manila skyline view. There is better view at roof-top bar on the 32nd floor. Very spacious room. Room equipped with kettle, tea and coffee. Electric sockets are universal that you don't need converters. Bathroom is very modern and clean with good quality utensils. Helpful staff, we had a half day late check out with reasonable price. Hotel is at the heart of Makati which is modern part and business center of Manila City; it takes 25-30 minutes from/to airport by taxi and costs approx. 300-400 pesos per trip. Overall very cosy 5 star hotel that we enjoyed it so much.

Almost nothing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a five-star hotel in Manila, and I must say, it was an experience worth sharing. Located in the best part of town for walking, this hotel offers unparalleled convenience and luxury. Location: The hotel's location is unbeatable for those who enjoy a good stroll. Situated on a prime walking street, it allows guests to explore the vibrant cityscape, bustling with shops, cafes, and cultural landmarks. For those who prefer public transportation, the nearby subway station makes it easy to avoid traffic and reach any destination within the city swiftly. Accommodations: The rooms are the epitome of luxury, blending modern amenities with elegant decor. My room was spacious, with a comfortable king-sized bed, a well-appointed bathroom, and a stunning view of the city skyline. The housekeeping staff ensured that everything was immaculate throughout my stay. Amenities: The hotel offers a wide range of amenities designed to cater to both leisure and business travelers. The spa and wellness center provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploring, while the rooftop pool offered breathtaking panoramic views of Manila. For those on business, the state-of-the-art conference facilities and high-speed internet access were invaluable. Dining: The dining options within the hotel were exceptional. The main restaurant served a delightful array of local and international cuisine, with a breakfast buffet that was both extensive and delicious. The hotel's lounge bar was an ideal spot for evening cocktails, offering a relaxing ambiance and impeccable service. Service: From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. The concierge was incredibly helpful in arranging city tours and recommending the best local attractions. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and every staff member I encountered was courteous and professional.

I loved the look and feel of the hotel but most of all it was the staff. MC, Rode, Mac aka Maverik, the young lady Who was the hostess at the rooftop bar that I saw every morning around 8 AM I don’t remember her name offhand. And of course the young lady the manager at the upstairs restaurant she was always very polite everyone seemed to be happy working there and she did a great job of taking care of all of the guest. But your staff was fun and that was my first trip to Mānoa and things to the staff it will not be my last iamb highly recommending your hotel to everyone that I know and when I return I will definitely be staying with you guys again. And for the other staff members that I didn’t mention by name I do apologize but just know that you did a wonderful job also.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I didn’t book my stay for longer so next time I return I will be staying longer.

I liked how nice the staff is, The rooms also were very clean and the house keeping was always on point and cleaned even outside of service time. I was staying at the 14th floor and was under the care of "Shauna" who went above and beyond when it came to cleaning. All the bell boys were really helpful and attentive and went out of their way to help you whenever I needed anything.

The elevators, The horrible horrible elevator. During the weekend you can't use them at night due to people going to the firefly roof deck. The elevators also went out of service regularly. I stayed there for a month. I think one elevator went out of service at least two days a week or if there is an event they will dedicate one elevator to that event which makes going in an out a 10-15 minute wait both ways. The wifi is limited to 20 mb/s, which isn't bad but its abit slow for my needs.

We checked out the Hotel before booking it. One of the staff (Vlad?) was so kind to show us all the facilities like the rooms and the gym aswell as the rooftop restaurant and pool. Out of the hotels we checked in the area this was the only where the staff was so friendly. The prices over booking were very reasonable. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a nice view. The rooftop pool is amazing and has a small whirlpool too. I even went 1 time when it was raining and it feelt so good to just relax in the warm water and watch the skyline.

The food in the firefly restaurant is kind of expensive and the taste is not bad, but at the same time, it feels like the chefs need some more experience. Feels like the menu was carefully chosen and the ingredients are fresh and tasty too and probably tasts amazing if prepared just a tiny bit better.

Location was good and close to a good assortment of familiar Western as well as Filipino fast-food restaurants within walking distance - Jollibee has very good chicken. On busy weekends when the roof restaurant was too busy to accommodate everyone, they still provided room service and the food was very good with a wide variety of meals including traditional Philippine dishes. The bathroom sink counter space was large enough for couples on vacation with ample shelf space and also included a hair dryer. Toilet water pressure was very good - not all hotels can same the same. Shower pressure was also very good. The room TV had several good movie channels such as HBO and Cinemax. The hotel was always very clean and well kept. Nice panoramic view of the city from the 32nd floor roof top. The money exchange at the front desk counter was a very convenient option. A special thanks to the doormen who were always there to help open the main entrance door for guests, for the bellmen who were very helpful and for housekeeping who responded to special requests at a moment's notice 24/7.

The roof restaurant (Firefly) was too busy on weekends. I understand that people wanted to watch the live band, but to be honest, the music was only average. Also, only three elevators serving 32 floors is not enough. Breakfast was not included with my room - for the room price, it should have been. No microwave. The bathroom tub floor had an odd shape that made the base much smaller than the average tub and less room to stand in.

Very nice Staff, great Gym, big rooms. The View is nice and the rooftop is stunning.

Please be aware that you are in the heart of the red light district. You will see it by the amount of proffesional woman approaching you by the door, the amount of mostly old men bringen Woman to their room and the People selling enhancement drugs. Even though familes book, i wouldnt consider it family friendly. PLUS: The elevators are ridiciously slow. Just 3 elevators for this amount of rooms, no own staff elevator and no system, like 1 is always up if not used - you can wait up to 3 minutes until you catch one every time.

The buffet breakfast was delicious, a good variety for all to enjoy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout the whole experience. The staff made the check-in very easily and were very responsive before I arrived and was helpful while planning my arrival. The pool was also excellent, and the children had a ball.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the most accommodating during my stay, so while the children were in the pool, there wasn't a good location to watch them and stay dry. However, there was still a location on the roof to enjoy a good coffee while they swam.

The hotel location is perfect to those who wants to be near the business and shopping area. Our room was big enough for 3 adults and had a good city view. It's maintained clean by the room attendant on 29th floor (well done Dannah Victoria) & we always have clean towels every other day. Some of the staff are friendly and always ready to offer their help(especially Josh Fulgar). We stayed for 14 days and we felt safe and the receptionists were always helpful and willing to assist everytime we call them regardless the time of day and night. We like the facilities especially the gym, rooftop swimming pool and the reliable spa that caters for 24 hours room service (I actually have 4 sessions room service & 1 in their spa room).

I think some of the staff needs more training on customer service and hospitality. Guests should be treated the same regardless if their foreign or locals. We've been to several hotels as we go home to Philippines every year and I just feel that as a balikbayan it would be nice to feel welcomed in your own country. I noticed that the Front desk staff (even some of the managers) and the doorman should be more welcoming (just simple greetings and opening the door can suffice)and be more attentive. This Hotel is very beautiful and has lots of potential but I think I will have to rethink if I will rebook again for next year on my yearly visit.
