Great location easy access to everything from mall to shopping centre, taxi service restaurants all around you.. most importantly you don’t have to worry about traffic.. walking distance to everything you need and wants.. staff are really helpful and they can go the distance in helping you..

If you are looking for luxury lifestyle and comfort experience then I advise you look somewhere else.. if you sleep on soft mattress at your house. Sorry mattresses are bit firm which makes it difficult to sleep for long periods of time and also the internet is not as fast as you might want it to be, but it’s okay for the price you pay. Taking in consideration the lactation and breakfast included you can never go wrong.. for those who sleep on firm mattress it’s a good choice to keep you spinal cord straight

Everything was good and staff were extremely helpful and accomodating for our needs. Clean rooms, hot showers, nice bathroom. Great location it was within walking distance to most things that you may need and 20min walk / cheap grab to the mall.

I would have rated a 10 but the elevators were horrific, waited around 5-10mins each time for an elevator and it must be broken because it would stop at half of the floors on the way up even though there was no one there. It was a whole ordeal going up and down from the room. Other than that it is a very fairly price and clean hotel.

BREAKFAST WAS GREAT . BUT THERE ONLY ONE THING WRONG . THE LADIE AT THE FRONT DEST WAS KIND OF RUDE AND SARCARTIC .AFTER HER ATTITUDE. THAT WIFEY SHE WAS TIRED THAT SHE WHAT TO GO TO THE ROOM SO I SAID GAVE US THE THE KEY PLEASE. OH YES I ALMOST FORGOT TO EXPLAIN WHY WE GOT HOT AS WELL SAID CAME RIGHT OUT TO US AND SAID THAT THERE ONLY GOING TO BE ONE PERSON EATING BREAKFAST SO MY WIFEY SAID NOPE THAT WE PAID FOR TWO PERSON . AND FRONT DEST SAID NO THERE WAS ONLY ONE SO WE LEFT LIKE THAT TILL THE MONRING

OK NOW THE NEXT DAY WHEN GONE UP TO TAKE A SHOWER A NOTICE ALL THE MOLD AROUND THE SHOWER HINGES AND DOOR ON THE CORNER AND ROUND THE BOTTOM AND THEN I TURN THE ON WATER ON THE SOWER HEAD WAS LEAKING ALL THUR THE SIDE . AND WHEN I GOT OUT OF THE SHOWER I OPEN THE DOOR THERE WAS ALOT OF WATER ON THE FLOOR SO I GRAB THE DOOR HANDEL BECAUSE I WAS SLIPPING . I REAL CAME CLOSE TO BREAKING MY NECK THEN I SEEN MORE MOLD AROUND BOTTOM OF THE TOILET BOWL ' SO WE TOOK PICTUCE TO SHOW THE MANAGER . AND THE REASON FOR WATER ON THE ON FLOOR IS BECAUSE PART OF THE BOTTLE SEAL WAS MISSING .

The staff were great and accommodating, the restaurant was also excellent try the sinigang and crispy pata if u have limited time in manila or philippines. The location is convenient and great to get grab to the malls. So many other food around as well

The hotel needs the lift fixed. If your staying here either add another 30 minutes just to wait for the lift. Depending on your floor level and ur patience level u maybe using the fire exit. The hotel needs just some small renovations and updates done. But if your here for a no frills stay and have a ton of patience then yeah go for it but please please be kind to the staff there is no need to have a go at them they can only what they can based on what the owner of th building is giving

It was extremely busy at the check in counter and a number of guests got really aggressive towards the staff. Yet, they stayed cool and polite and doing their best to calm people down. Great job. Second stay in this hotel this week. This time proper temperature control in my room. Great night rest and kudos to the staff for arranging transport for me to Angeles on a very short notice.

I loved the Staff. They were all very nice, friendly, and helpful. All of them were great: Fred, Cardz, and Ken. I enjoyed the relaxing area at the rooftop pool; it was very nice. I loved the area and location because there are so many shops and businesses near the hotel, and it's also a good and safe area. The breakfast was very tasty, the hotel is just in a good location with good affordable rooms and I recommend this hotel, especially if you are a solo traveler. great Hotel.

I liked everything, the only thing that was the elevators were a bit slow coming up and down, but all was good in my opinion.

The hotel location is perfect from/to airport as well as to malls and restaurants. Price is reasonable for 9days of stay. The staff are very polite and friendly specially the security people. The parking is also a plus.

The lift, it is a nightmare if the room is at 25th or higher going down. Lift stops almost on every floor without no one going in (probably already are in the other elevator). On rush hour from 6-10am. It takes average 25min for the lift to go to my 29th floor, and on some cases lift open but it is already at maximum load capacity (3 small lifts)

The breakfast is exceptional, with great variety on the buffet and eggs/omelettes to order. Good location in Makati, with a number of very fine restaurants within walking distance. There are ATMs and 7-11s nearby and taxis are easy to come by. The staff is excellent and very friendly. The hotel is very family-friendly. I am here with friends who have a 2 year old son. The staff are often playful with him. Generally, Filipinos love children and this hotel has been no exception. We are on the 32nd floor and have an excellent view over central Makati.

I didnt like the floor where we had the room..11th was too high for me... The shower door doesnt close well and toilet area all the time flooded after shower... I reported many time but during the 6 days it was not repaired. Breakfast option was very limited to filipino tasty for international travellers there should be some options too. I am hotelier and adventurous for foods but for the size of the hotel there should be an international options too... I love many filipino's food but the breakfast was not for my taste and I tried only 1 day... funny I was with a filipino family who didnt like the breakfast ... they told me that the breakfast was not good

It's my 5th time staying at this hotel, so I knew what to expect. The location is excellent, with easy access to 24H food places, and a lively neighborhood. The staff were very helpful and courteous, I checked out at 4am, and they were accommodating. I got a free room upgrade too, so that's a plus. The water dispenser at every floor is an excellent idea, no more asking for extra bottles of water, and very environment friendly.

The elevators are not the smart kind, to optimize the passenger loading and unloading. Sometimes you get unlucky, and it will take a while to get an elevator to go up from the 1st floor, or to go down from your floor.
