Clean and friendly. Drinking water and hot water were available all the time if needed. Breakfast was very good. Good central location but not in the main street which is good; less noise. Rooms are clean and beds are good, aircon is very good. There are plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby. Very nice local street food place just 20 meters from main door, recommend. Hotel has cozy coffee bar. Service was excellent everyday.

There was no fridge in the room.

The room was excellent overall. The bed felt just right, the bathroom was immaculate, and the room was very pleasant overall. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. They were quick to help out with my requests and I feel that they took very good care of me during my stay.

The wifi speed was abysmal and it was very slow. Don't expect to get a lot done with their wifi so make sure your phone has data and that you can tether to it to use the internet. There were issues with the air conditioning dripping water but that was fixed immediately. My biggest complaint is that the TV only had 30 channels on it.

The location was great it's near and within walking distance to a lot of bars. They have masks and complimentary alcohol. The rooms were clean and the staff were very accommodating. I got upgraded from a standard to a deluxe room on the spot.

No bidets in bathrooms. It's good to not that as of March 4 2023, the hotel also serves as a quarantine facility for seafarers and they therefore do not allow guests in your hotel room other than the registered people.

Great location in Población, Makati. Comfortable and minimalist (maybe too small for some travelers). Great breakfast next door @ Empire Bakery (included in my rate). Very close to nightlife and restaurants/cafes.

I didn’t have windows in my room, but that wasn’t enough to make me want to change rooms. I might have if I stayed longer.

- The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable. The comforter had the perfect weight, and the pillows were good too. - The bathroom, though small, was good. Great water pressure and the heater worked perfectly. The only thing they could improve on is adding a bidet. - Location was perfect since a lot of restaurants are accessible from the hotel. - The TAKEOUT breakfast food was priced low and was very delicious. (Starts at 150 Pesos) - The staff was flexible in accommodating my requests. - The air-conditioner in my room was able to stave off the heat. It was actually pretty cold in my room which is a big plus for me!

- The DINE-IN breakfast was priced much higher in contrast to the TAKE-OUT menu. (Starts at 350 Pesos) - The wifi was slow. Checked the speed and it was averaging below 5mbps. - Though it couldn't be avoided, the first floor rooms have no windows. - One of the bedside light switches was broken.

It is a very small hotel with small rooms. Space is limited but well designed. Breakfast is very good. Staff is very very friendly and helpful. Place is very clean.

Location is awkward as it is in the middle of red light district. Very weird and awkward to drive through some strange crowds before reaching the hotel.

Great location in Makati, very friendly and professional staff eager to help you. nice free breakfast options at bakery next door, room was basic and simple but clean and exactly what I needed, no window but wasn’t really an issue, would recommend!

The staff Were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had its own restaurant/ bakery next to hotel . Very good value for money.

Hotel is located close to bars and restaurants in the heart of Makati's nightlife scene. However, the rooms do not have a noise problem.. Room was spacious with en suite bathroom. Clean and comfortable. And good value for money
