it is clean apartment, there is 7/ 11 super market under the building… the elevators are 2 but some times they taking a while to come .!! so prepare yourself to put extra little time .. Christiana & Rachel are so ready & helpful girls specially Rachel is so responsible & active .. there is a security guard at the main entrance all times

they no have a real reception ✋🏽 but a point of contact person.. I had that time Christiana & Rachel … I don’t need a reception ,they were doing the all job easily on phone

OK. It's just an apartment without breakfast, but there was coffee, tea, water and chocolate in the apartment. The apartment was excellently equipped. Perfect for men looking for entertainment nearby, lots of pubs and restaurants downstairs, you can't hear anything upstairs.

Repair the lock on the balcony door. Clean the tiles in the kitchenette, seal the holes in the air conditioning, repair the wall in the air conditioning. Sew the pouf next to the mirror. Give people more freedom who they invite inside and when, as long as the number of people is not exceeded in accordance with the booking

I like that it is a newly RENOVATED.2br 2ba the modern open floor plan provides ample privacy for each room, Super nice modern Bathrooms, one of the bathroom is ensuite w Bath Tub, awesome views all throughout this corner unit. A/C works great, good closet space. My friends are impressed w nice modern decor and nice dining space to entertain. We all had a good night sleep in comfy beds. The kitchen w good size fridge was just right. Service was nice. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY!

The Lobby is Old and Dingy almost walked out! , No TV IN MASTER Bedrooms only in Living Room. There was a loose tile by doorway. I TRIPPED on it and I reported, also the big Crack on the glass wall in corner room NO Parking

Very nice clean room with large TV and good AC. Staff removed rubbish when we asked and gave new fresh towels. Very friendly. Fantastic view. Easy access for taxis and right next to 7/11.

No serious issues. One elevator was often out of order so getting down from the 25th floor took longer than wanted. Don't wait around when you book your Grab because you'll need up to 5 mins to get downstairs. Lobby and elevator aren't air conditioned. Not a huge issue because rooms are very cool and comfortable with the AC

The Apartment was amazing! very high quality luxury and comfort. Everything was new , modern and clean. The View from the balcony was amazing. And it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. I would highly recommend this place. Just do close your eyes until you are in your room. And just say no to solicitors.

The building is old and rundown. The elevator is slow and half the time only 1 of them was in service. The neighborhood is not all that great. This building is located just around the corner from the red light district. You will get offered drugs and a message from several lovely ladies. Lots and lots of bars and night clubs. This is definitely the place to be if you you came to the Philippines to party.

Excellent stay! Check-in was quick and flawless. We didn't have to wait at all. Easy to get over to the Rockwell area, or the Glorietta/Greenbelt Malls. We got some Christmas shopping done. Grab can get you anywhere from the front steps with ease. I enjoyed the Grand Slam breakfast at 'The Filling Station' restaurant just across the street a bit. No problem getting a perfect brewed coffee, or late night snack. The condo was perfect of course! Everything seemed brand new, from the refrigerator, to the flat screen tv, as well as the comfortable bed and bathroom. The shower was hot, the bed was clean and comfortable, and all amenities were very convenient. Rice cooker, dinner ware, hot water heater, microwave. We had everything we needed. No complaints!

I like the service and the beauty of the hotel there was really clean good air condition hot water u can get the trash out really fast the service clean ur room everyday too

There was little bugs under the kitchen sometimes and there was little leaking from shower faucet

The condo was beautiful magnificently renovated to perfection on the 32nd floor so great views from the balcony

After paying for car parking for 3 days the price went up 100ph from the ground floor security until I parked on the 4th floor and every time I came back in from being out for a drive they followed me back up the ramp asking for proof we had paid

The location is in poblacion Makati, close to everything. Richelle is always avaliable and willing to help for every each demand, she is highly oriented to assist you.

No air conditioner at the lobby and elevators. Low Water pressure at bathroom.

The location is near Poblacion and 12 mins walk from Powerplant mall. A lot of restaurants are in the area including North Park and Korean BBQ restos. There is a 7eleven near the property. The owner and Ms. Richelle is very nice and responsive to my inquiries.

The parking. The parking is a bit narrow and old. It looks scary.
