It’s a good place to stay and close to all the places where I have meetings

The staff were very accomodating. I have to leave at night and be back in 30mins. Since they have a popular restaurant (which serves great and affordable food by the way), the parking spot (no reservations) will be immediately taken by other customers once I get back. When I got back, the guard cleaned up a part of the basement parking where I can park my car. I thank the guard for doing that or it's gonna be a hassle waiting outside until a parking spot becomes available (leave your car along the sidewalk and your car will be towed). The staff are also very accomodating. The food is great and affordable, and the food preparation was fast. The price is reasonable given that they are in Makati City - A prime location. The room is okay, no complains.. The bathroom has complete toiletries and there is a bath tub which also serves as your shower area but the shower curtain smells a bit - could have been better. I requested to check out after midnight and they are okay with it.

The staff made sure to personalize their service and how the dealt with each traveler. I stayed for 4 nights and on my first day, the staff at Coca Cafe served me coffee and I requested for milk on the side. They have been serving my coffee the same way, specific to my request since that day. The staff is thoughtful and make you feel welcome and comfortable throughout. Good value for money! I loved the art deco interior plus their in-house restaurants, especially the Japanese restaurant, were exceptional. Wi-Fi was speedy, I was able to do my work with no issues. Front desk is very responsive and takes care of your every need.

There was some noise, but nothing that was too bothersome. It would be nice if the Ala carte breakfast can be served in the room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and I will be back.

It was surprisingly empty. A Japanese Inspired hotel. Pleasant overnight stay with very accommodating staff. The room was clean and it had a very welcome bathtub. Something not seen in many higher priced hotels I have stayed in. The Swimming pool was cool and refreshing. The breakfast included was good. Omelette or Egg sausage and toast. Understandably there was no buffet as there weren't enough guests to warrant one. Food would just go to waste. Overall 9/10

the bed is so hard the room air conditioner is too noisy the soundproofing from the outside noise is terrible (you could hear the outside noise from the cars) the pillows and blankets (bed linen) are looking tired and can smell it as well the bathtub/shower is too high to climb into, for short people the room that I stayed in is not appropriate for physically impaired people, as there are no railings

Nice historical hotel, very kind and professional staff, my room was comfortable and clean. Location is ok.

I had to wait over 30 min for the hotel car to pick me up from the airport. The hotel did send me the info regarding the price pick up car. At the time of booking I didnt realize that the hotel charges were outrageously expensive compering to a regular taxi. My advice to other travelers: do not order the hotel car, use the regular taxi.

Kind people ready to serve me all the time and very clean room and Hotel in a very nice place everything I needed it was all around of the hotel in a very close distanse. The money for value it was the best and I hope next time to find again the same offer. Thank you all the staff of Heralds Suites Hotel.

The only thing I did not like was the mattress in the room anatomical but very hard for me because my mattress is soft and I am not used to sleeping on a hard mattress and also the room was not dark enough to be able to sleep a few hours a day because of the jet lag.

The beauty of its old, well maintained craftsman's interior and it's quiet peaceful environment. A great escape from the noisy city just outside. The included breakfast was well done with all the coffee you wanted and a nice plate of fruit if you asked.

The hot water in the shower didn't work the last time I stayed there which was very usual for this place.

Herald suite is a lovely hotel with very kind staff . All of them are very helpful in everything as for example Brends at the frontdesk, Jake at the lobby and Len in the restaurant. All of them are super kind workers at this hotel . The room is comfortable . There are few malls walking distance in the near ! For this price this hotel is definitely a good choice to book !

The pool is beautiful however needs some improvement with some sunbeds and nicer chairs

Service from all the staff was top-notch! From providing a seamless check-in, offering to carry my luggage or order a taxi, to accommodating my request for food to be delivered to the roofdeck / pool. Great value for the high quality of service and the amenities available!

The included breakfast options weren't too appetizing for me, but that is just personal opinion.
