I always stay at The Beacon when I'm in Manila because of its excellent location. There is a fairly decent gym, a nice swimming pool, and many convenience stores, restaurants and cafes on the premises, plus a mall, laundry shops, and even a great second hand bookstore with some gems nearby (google Book Sale). It's at the borders of Makati, so it's a bit cheaper than the core Makati area but still walking distance from it. The location is perfectly connected to the airport so you won't risk missing your flight. The apartment is well furnished, and there are the basic items to cook. The AC and the WIFI work well. There's a desk to work at your laptop.

The AC is quite noisy, which can be a benefit if you need white noise to sleep, or an annoyance if you need quiet.

My breakfast was at Eurotel because my room wasn't available on arrival on 15.2.25. Stayed at Eurotel for my first night and then transferred to room 101 at the beacon which was a lot more pleasant. There should have been more information at the Beacon 1 at reception if you knew your room was not available, most of them there seem to be on a different planet and I felt though I was begging for something. Certainly more information should have been directly to the customer.

Will continue another day, I'm tired.

I always stay at the Beacon Residences when I'm in Manila. This time I stayed at apartment 2219 in Tower 3 (Amorsolo tower). The apartment is nice and clean. It's high up enough that the traffic isn't so bothersome. The wifi works well once you manage to figure out the password. They provide towels and toiletries. The staff is helpful. The condo is very conveniently located in Manila, just 15-20 minutes from the airport, in a building with a gym and a swimming pool, and many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. Nearby there are a mall (Waltermart) with a big supermarket, and a great second hand bookstore in the old mall Makati Central Square, and pharmacies, laundromats, etc

Tower 3 has a problem: during peak time, you may have to wait several minutes for an elevator. The password was written in an annoyingly ambiguous way (please clarify whether it's a 0 or an o or an O, and remove the four final numbers: if they are not part of the password, why are they there?).

The communication from the host was A1. They responded really quickly to all my enquiries. I booked another unit in a different tower that I didn't like (from another host) and asked this current host if they had another unit for us as I was very impressed with their set up when my brother checked in and they were able to accommodate us with another room similar to my brother's. The units are well kept and clean and at an excellent standard. You can tell that the host made extra efforts just to make sure that their guests enjoy their stay there. They had a fridge, microwave, all the plates and cutleries, iron and ironing board, extra blanket, a table set, a smart TV, REALLY GOOD WiFi, clean bathroom that even included shampoo and shower gel! It's the best stay I've had in the Beacon and I've been staying there every year for many years now. I always stay here as I also have a unit here but is being rented so am very familiar with the place. The amenities are just what I need - Waltermart right in front, Greenbelt just about 15 mins walk, Makati Medical Centre hospital just a 15 min walk too, 711 just outside, banks just outside. Perfect location! Thank you for being so accommodating and being so prompt in your actions. You really made our stay smoothe! I look up to the host and would definitely come back as you're now my favourite host at The Beacon.

The space just wasn't greatest for 3 people butttt other than that, we were not too fussed as everything else topped it!

I usually stay at the Beacon when I fly to Manila. It's close to some nice areas of Makati, it's not far from the airport, and the complex has several shops and restaurants. There is an excellent gym and a nice swimming pool. The wifi works well, the studio is spacious enough and clean, and there's a desk where I can do some online work. There are an induction cooker, a microwave, and cutlery. The bed is comfortable, the aircon works well enough, and the studio is high up enough not to be noisy. The host is responsive and helpful.

The only real issue with the condominium is elevator management: you may have to wait 5-10 minutes to get an elevator because the number of elevators is insufficient, and 1 or 2 out of 4 are always out of order.

Close to Don Bosco Parish and just a stone throw away. The restaurants are allover the place, shopping mall a few meters down the road.

Even at the very top of the building I can still sirens left and right, if you are commuting then you are for a surprise specially during dinner time. The elevator got a line just to get to your floor, they should program the elevator to work alternately.

Super clean, easy to rent, everything worked perfectly. Centrally located to food, shopping, and transportation. Beautiful pool and roof deck. Has everything you need for an extended stay, including dishes, utensils, rice cooker, toaster, smart TV, great shower with plenty of pressure and hot water. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Easy to rent, Mick was helpful, courteous and took care of everything. The guards at the desk were not very friendly until I mentioned Mick's name then they were very accommodating. The place was super clean and had all the amenities you could want. Great care was taken to provide things like dvd's, a clean wrapped blanket in the cupboard, dishes, rice cooker, fast Internet etc. The price was very reasonable and the location was great. Beautiful building with accessible swimming pool and rooftop with beautiful views of the city and Manila Bay. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Just a personal preference but the bed seemed a little soft and might be due for a change in the future

Great place. Small, but fine for a single person or couple. Quiet – no hallway or neighbor noise. Good aircon and WIFI. Good kitchenette with stovetop, boiler, fridge, microwave, utensils, dishes, etc. Good table/chairs/workstation. Good bathroom with hot water heater for the shower. The building has a nice lobby, lots of security and speedy elevators. Staff all around is nice and accommodating. Nice pool and gym on the 6th floor. The gym costs 100 pesos per visit but is worth it. (500 pesos for a one-month membership). A very affordable full-service laundry is on level P2. There’s a 7-11 and a handful of good restaurants just outside the lobby. A short walk (under 10 minutes) to Greenbelt. The team that manages this property is solid – swift response times and informative. Check-in was easy, as was collecting my deposit in the early morning at the end of my stay. Hotel staff hailed me a taxi to the airport - with no price gouging.

The mattress should have been better/firmer. The room safe should have had instructions.

Perfect appt for a short as well as a Long stay in MNL. Fully equiped with everything needed. In Addition a very comprehensive TV Channel availability, Swimmingpool, excellent Internet Connection and very Clean.

Everything OK. However, as usual you have to Clean Up by yourself. But Here positive as well: everything available.
