I stayed in the hotel for 7 days. The hotel crew were very helpful, starting from the Front Desk to Housekeeping and even the security guard. The location is another best feature, there is Makati Square nearby plus KFC and McDonalds.

There should be 2 sets of bfast menu which they can use alternatively within the week. The bfast menu was quite limited. But the servings are good anyway. Was never able to use the WiFi in my room for the whole time I was there, connection was poor already in the 3rd floor.

Food complimentary breakfast was delicious! Service was excellent! Location is nearby (17minutes walk) Ayala malls, Greenbelt, Glorietta and SM Makati. Walking distance to Waltermart and laundromat. Family of 6 fits in quadruple room. We were graciously accommodated to 2 different rooms due to wifi issue.

Certain area the wifi is weak

The free breakfast is one of the best offer knowing that the amount we paid was already discounted. The aircon works well, the shower also. Front Desk are very accommodating, we borrowed lighter for the candle blowing and electric kettle.. all in all.. one of the great hotel we had booked.

One of the windows is broken and cannot be closed so the sounds of those vehicles was heard from the outside, also the construction nearby also be heard. In addition, the bathroom towel tooks too long to arrived to us and i cant wait for it since it is pass 7pm that time and i really need to take a bath.limited socket. Lobby doesnt have aircon, kinda hot area

I like the family room it feels comportable for us.The staffs are friendly.

One thing we dont like is the bad smell comes from the bathroom i think its the floor drain. But in the other room na nag stay kami in the fast few weeks ok naman.

Well...this is a budget hotel! I don't expect so much so far, the services and facilities are excellent to me Location is walkable to Greenbelt, and resto Front Desk staffs are so helpful and amazing.

Towels are so old and I dont like dark colours

This property was the only budget-friendly which can accommodate us (2 adults and 3 small children) in 1 room with free breakfast for 2. Also, it is near all the prime locations in Makati.

The rooms and the facilities are quite old. Floor tiles are getting off the floor and the toilet smells off even if it’s clean.

all were too friendly and cooperative

Cheapest hotel in the heart of Makati but there is much can be offered - no bar but there are 100's of Korean, and Japanese resto nearby. Room is spacious nothing much in a room and property but just for sleeping

There is only 1 way of transport in here - TAXI malls and restos are just nearby

hotel is very hard to find at first and since it's our first time we call and ask direction to the hotel and reception instructions is not very clear. Parking is very limited.
