Its nearby to my office in Ayala, also its a 5-10mins walk to Greenbelt Mall, so food options are all around. The room they gave us was clean when we arrived, although the carpet or maybe also curtain has this old funny smell which can only be removed when they replace it for sure.. i raise this concern and they moved us to a better room, its also bigger and the work desk is good for me to use. The bed is comfortable, we opt to book with breakfast, it was OK, coffee is good + hot chocolate. The staff are friendly. The hotel has laundry area for self-service so its a plus if you stay long.

Nothing thats major. The hotel is good. Although for improvement- There are only 2 lifts and few tables for the breakfast restaurant.. its a bit dark outside maybe they can light up better their signages,

The 2 bedroom unit was very spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast included an entree off the menu plus the buffet. The food was very good.

We were 3 families travelling together, but we're put on separate floors with no access to each other unless we went to a community floor. I appreciate the security, but not allowing us to reach each other was a little inconvenient. My 15 yo stayed in the room while most of us went out one day. When another family member wanted to check on him, they were not allowed to go to our floor.

They provided a bed, pillow, robe, treats and food bowl for my baby dog. I loved it! The staff were all friendly and helpful. Kudos to the employee who helped us transfer our car, without any scratches, from the back parking of the hotel to the front parking.

I didn't like their parking at the back of the hotel. I noticed a lot of scrapes on the wall of their back parking space. We cannot risk having our vehicle damaged 'coz we needed to travel back home. We opted to park in front of the hotel.

the breakfast couldn't be taken out, i mean i hope that there's an option of taking it out in case we're not gonna dine in because sometime where in a hurry and we'd rather take the food out.

there was a lot to do when checking in. it took me around 15-20 mins and that was around 11PM, just got from a long flight so the ease of checking in should be faster like get the details and done.

There are many reasons why we like this property. The rooms are immaculately clean, but I did notice that some of the cabinets are starting to show their age. The onsite barber shop/ salon is an excellent opportunity to get a haircut or enjoy a manicure or pedicureure, along with many other available services. The 10/4 bar has one of the best sections of wines and whiskeys I have seen in the area. The final accouterment of this property is its restaurant located on the second floor; Abuela’s is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the cuisine available for a fair cuisine price; purchase your room with breakfast included, and you will not be sorry.

The only negative impact on the property is that it is starting to show some damage to the cabinetry, and it could maybe use a bit of an update on the record.

- The staff was friendly and accommodating. - Pet friendly! We brought our cat. They even offered a "pet passport" and nearby areas where we can bring the pet for a walk or emergencies. - There was a drinking water dispenser although its placement seems to be out of place. - Bed and pillows were very cozy and comfortable. - Bathroom was the right size. - There's a Family Mart right outside the building. - They brought the Grab delivery to the room.

- The food. We had to stay in due to the typhoon and order room service. - Kitchen was a bit small. No dish drainer and small plates. - Parking was really steep. - No coffee maker in the room. Just a sachet of coffee. - Don't make a local call. There's a charge. - No bath foam or salt. - TV was quite small and it wasn't a smart TV. It had cable but very limited channels.

Everything good at the hotel, nothing to complain about. Very good location. If the price would be more fair i would have rated it 9 or 10.

I had some issues regarding credit card before arrival, and they were very difficult to communicate with. But in the end it was solved, but the email communication should be improved. The hotel is overpriced.

The location was super clean the staff was amazing . There was not and language barrier. The location is across the street from the Greenbelt 1 Mall. Washer and Dryer on site. Security is on top of everything! Great Stay! Been around the world this location is a bang for the buck! Lazaro Ruiz

I liked my room upgrade, I think I got a corner room which had a nice view of Legaspi village. Love the king size bed and the bathroom and all the amenities. The staff were friendly and polite.

Check-in process could've been better. I paid for the room, read and signed all the documents, and the staff just needed to give me my key card, but only then did he remember to check if my room was ready. It wasn't yet so I had to wait longer. Also the TV in the room is outdated, it only had cable and very few channels were working. Would be better if it was a smart TV.

Second time staying at Somerset. Spacious and clean rooms with sufficient bathroom amenities. Drinking water also supplied. Staff very helpful and friendly. We arrived after 1am and were relieved to find that there was staff at reception.

Breakfast is a let down. The filipino food on the a la carte menu was disappointing and the buffet selection was small and unappetising. Better to go out for breakfast
