- looks much better in real life than in the photos - clean, insect-free (given the location this is a miracle) - quiet hotel - good mobile signal in the room - the room was well equiped

- I could hear the elevator motor from my room - could not connect to wifi from macos - bathtub instead of shower - no hair dryer in the room - strictly no guest policy (this could be a positive)

the ambience staff are friendly

it could be better if there is a shower room. it will help for people with disability apart from that with my help my husband enjoyed the stay.

I have never stayed at a more accommodating establishment ,, they do their very best to make sure that customers have everything they need! My flight was delayed by a day, and not only do they extend my stay but they also help with accommodating my needs with the unexpected extension,, the restaurant does not have an extensive menu however their offerings are very good and prepared well ! The meals we're always something to look forward to and the wait staff was always very attentive to the customers needs!!!

If you rent a car , parking is first come first serve and very limited, fortunately i always had a spot

It was not a busy day but the guard on duty outside of the hotel did not even bothered to help when I was carrying 2 handbags aside from the backpack I have on my back. Did not even greeted or welcomed me and opened the door. As the first person that the guests will have an interaction upon entering the hotel, regardless if he is a security guard or a bell boy, it sets the tone of what to expect in terms of the service and hospitality.

The room was very clean and well-stocked. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a very convenient location, with many restaurants close by. There is easy access to all modes of transportation. Restaurant on site is very nice with super attentive staff.

Please be sure to provide enough TP's. 2 at least per night (rolls aren't thick). Wi-fi should be reliable. This is the traveler's connection to the world. It wasn't properly working the last two days we were there. This is very important especially in checking our flight status. I do not have any other issue otherwise.

Staff attitude, facilities, accessibility to everything. I was lent an adaptor for my phone charger which was an additional point.

All Staff must be aware of every businesses available within the distance - e.g. where is the nearest LBC branch, Notary office. It helps. WiFi is free but with poor connectivity - I did not use it.

The hotel is nicely decored, the staff helpful, and it is very clean. it is great value considering that breakfast is included, albeit not a very large breakfast ... it is good enough.

The only thig that I kinda dont like, si that this is my 2nd stay and both times I got a room without a window ... there is a window, but the shutters cannot be opened and I assume it is a false window.

An old stylish hotel which I liked a lot. Good service and very clean. Staff was very helpful and fresh breakfast that you choose from a menu so no buffet where you don't know how long the food been there. The location is great for going anywhere in Metro Manila

Didn't find any negative during our 4 nights

clean hotel with good (working and not to noisy) aircon. the crew was very attentive and helpful

the waterpump makes too much noise the location around the hotel is ‘red light district’ but the personal double check every visitor the hotel itself is kind of aged but maintained in a good state

The staff are exceptional. Very friendly and approachable. They even go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and important. The security people are also commendable. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and definitely won't be the last. They even made a sandwich for us upon checking out as our flight is very early in the morning. Thank you for the wonderful service!!!
