There are roaches.

The location is convenient. It is very much budget accommodation and would probably be about 2 stars There was a tv there. But strangely there didn't seem to be a plug too connect it. On the plus side the wifi was excellent. The sheets and towels in our room were poor quality. But it is very much a cheap budget option and would be OK for anyone looking for cheap basic accommodation.

The TV not working

Location is superb. Polaris Street is home to many restaurants and places to hang out! The price was also quite good, but I guess you get what you pay for. There is a convenience store just by the main door. There's a microwave in the room. :)

This room had one of the worst beds Ive ever had. :( It was really uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and largely uneven - I can feel individual springs poking my back while I tried to sleep. It was pretty hard to sleep in the room due to this.

It was so dirty and full of cockroaches 🪳 No one even cleaned a room for one week the one we staying there

Nothing, the room was a disgrace, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years!

The filth, it was everywhere. The fridge was disgusting, the walls were dirty, everything from the bedding, curtains, toilet, and sink was all unkept and filthy dirty. There were holes in the wall and the plug sockets were hanging out the wall. The room clearly hasn’t been maintained in months, maybe years…. It was a putrid nightmare come to life! The room was literally rotting!!!

The staff was friendly and the balconies, as well as the living space, were Great.

-No towels, toiletries, toilet paper or anything in preparation for my arrival. - Used condom on my balcony That was never cleaned even when i adressed it - No Hot water for the two nights I had stayed there. I told them I was prepared to find another place because it was unsatisfactory. They said it would be fixed. When I returned. It was not fixed. They then made it my fault. Them: Oh we tried to contact you Me: Well i got no phone calls Them: Well we didn't have your number, you didn't write it down? Me: Its on my booking.com form? + i wrote my email. thats my mode of contact? but you didn't contact me? - Only $7 Refund after an angry outburst. and attempted to scam me out of my deposit. It shouldn't be my duty to remind you or bring up my bad experience. you should be anticipating your customer's care. Hot Water, cleanliness and a roof over your guest's heads. Should be the bare minimum. (If you can't provide these 3 things. Than the room should be discounted apropriately. Very Terrible.

there is nothing to like it is an absolutely horrible hotel if you want to call it like that the property is falling apart it’s not clean it’s very dirty and smelly they haven’t cleaned the place for centuries I think booking. com need to start checking the property or it will be a shame for your business o dreaded my stays so never again to red doors yes it cheap however if you add up a couple of hundred you will find nice place not coming back here anymore never again 😡😡
