Property is very well managed , room was good . Concierge staff were very helpful (including front desk , room service and valet and team at entry supporting with in/out hotel travel connections, booking cab services). Special mention to the housekeeping team on my floor, excellent lady very hardworking staff. Recommended for special recognition as she made sure our room was cleaned every morning when we requested and as per our requirements. Room services were good.

We experienced Earthquake during our stay and there was lot of commotion on the floor with hotel residents confused if evacuation is required. There was no announcement or message from Hotel on advising customers about the severity of earthquake / after effects and any precautions to be taken. When asked at front desk, I was informed that the Earthquake was only moderate hence no evacuation triggered. Recommendation - in such big hotels in areas prone to earthquakes , this must be a standard safety practice to broadcast a hotel wide customer communication/ advisory on earthquake . Traffic as you exit out from hotel vicinity ,leading into the main city. But traffic is a general issue in Manila so it is expected.

the ambiance of Filipino environment. the uniform of the receptionist and the friendliness and the hospitality and the timely services in good attitudes. The bell boy was so nice and very cheerful and the staff are really beautiful people very pleasant to see and good quality service and food. 😍

the bath towel is quite heavy and too big for handle. and the carpet makes some people have an allergies. Now in Thailand almost all hotels are not using carpet specially during pandemic as this catch some germs and diseases. hope you could be conscious for the health of your guest, to avoid complicated situation in the future. But overall I like this hotel. so whenever I go back to Phils I always choose your place unfortunately I couldn’t see the view of Manila Bay.

I like the area, facilities and my room..

Its not that I don't like. It's just my observation, whoever incharged in domestic, I was out the whole day and nobody top up our toiletries ( toilet roll, toothpaste ) also our complimentary water. I came home around 11pm , I called the reception 2x as its already 2 hrs our requests did not arrive. It seems like if you called them and ask something It's seems like have been ignored , like porter as we need a help to our luggage and we gave them time , again nobody came , so I went down to reception and reminded them again. But once they arrived they are lovely .

size of the room (we had 3 big luggage to open), the amazing breakfast buffet with live music in background the nice pool, suited for both kids and parents (nice ambiance with poolbar, coconut restaurant and palm trees all around), with pool surveillance

checked in with 2 kids, room was provided only 2 water and 2 towels (needed to request) I entered by mistake the snapbar since I did not see that it was a "smoking allowed" bar, I realized when I ordered my drink. With my friend, we drank and paid quickly, however we arrived at the Restobar at 9.50 pm and were told that we could not order any drinks anymore (closed at 9.45). I am very surprised and disappointed that we cannot have a drink at 9.50 pm in a 5-stars hotel except in a "smoking" bar (except maybe with roomservice delivered in the Lobby). I never experienced this (e.g. my ref in Manila: Mandarin, Marriott, Vivere, Bellevue, Hilton hotels). I just wanted to have a last drink before my friend leaves the Philippines, a bitter "Aurevoir".

As other reviews mentioned, furniture and room in general feels a little bit outdated, but it is spacious and comfortable. Same goes for the garden pool. We have expected more from the breakfast (since it is so much prominent), but it lacks western cuisine, I had much better and richer buffets in all-inclusive resorts around Turkey (and for much cheaper price) but that's subjective since I prefer European style breakfast, not Asian. And the highest grade goes to the staff, they were very polite and helpful, always with a big smile, it is obvious that the Filipinos put much effort towards hospitality and receptions of their guests.

Like the room size, how I was treated as a VIP. Checking in at the 10th floor and not being part of the many people checking in at the lobby. I liked the amenities. Perfect was that you let my dog join me Personnel were all sooooo good! All very helpful.

Weirdly there were bugs on the carpet and some stains on bed sheets. Parking I had to leave my license with the parking personnel because I didn't know the ticket had to be validated. Perhaps as VIPs that should also be taken cared of. Lastly, food at the 10th floor needs to improve. It was very limited and taste was a bit bland. Coffee was good though. And the juices were good.

Facilities and Food were top notch. they also provide a free shuttle service to Mall of Asia.

check in and check out was horrible. super slow and there seemed to be a lot of confusion. They tried to charge me twice. Finally they wouldn’t allow my family to check in when I wasn’t present (I was a day late) even though they had the booking confirmation and they had a copy of my passport. Airport shuttle. I asked the hotel about there shuttle service to the airport and I was quoted 4000 pesos, a grab service is only 330 pesos. They airport is only about 5kms away. There pricing is extortionate.

The service was excellent! The breakfast that comes with the reservation was a buffet in “Spiral” one of the famous restaurants in Manila, it was very good and comes with a lot of choices. The pool was good with outdoor restaurant. Pool towels were provided. The fitness area was great with option for sauna. These comes free with your stay. They have a shower room in the fitness area. They have a shuttle to SM mall of Asia, which is nice where you can go for shopping and dine. It’s a walking distance at “seascape”, outdoor dining with live band There are many things that I can write. Just try them, you won’t be disappointed.

The bay view has been compromised due to reclamation project. In the future, they may no longer have a Manila bay view.

Staff are friendly and professional, they are very attentive to the guests' needs. Breakfast at Spiral meets expectations and is a great experience overall. The property looked tidy and well maintained.

Almost nothing that the hotel wasn't able to address in their operations. There was a high number of occupancy during our stay because it was Mother's Day weekend. Consequently, the pool was crowded and the queue for check-in and for breakfast was long. I learned to arrive at the hotel a lot earlier, and try to avail of early check-in to maximize the stay, else you lose a full hour of stay to queuing at the front desk. One sad thing: the property's bayfront is now being reclaimed so you'll see mostly reclamation in the previous seaview. :(

The hotel is beautiful. We enjoyed the pool, the restaurants, in room dining, and the close proximity to the airport, Manila Bay and Mall of Asia. There was a free shuttle to and from the mall which was handy. The staff were helpful and friendly. We spent New Years there and enjoyed the live band and fireworks from our balcony, it was very special.

Overall we had a wonderful stay. My constructive feedback would be that my room had 4 guests and yet they told me they had a maximum allowance of 3 bath towels which didn’t make sense to me. Twice they forgot to replace our bathroom bin liner and after asking 3 times it finally got replaced. The check in process also takes a little too long compared to checking in at other hotels.
