Location is great, safe area within the localities. Hospital nearby, restaurant across the street and the Summit Cafe food price is very reasonable. Staff were all professional and friendly.

Would be good to have additional few choices of bread for breakfast but overall good. Bathroom linen such as bathmat requires new one as it is already worn out with few holes.

The location is great!

The only thing that I didn’t like was the sewage smell in the bathroom & the bath towels are old & stained. Also when I checked in, I checked the bed & there were some hairs on the pillow & bed, this was disgusting, so I reported it & this was sorted. I do hope that they really change the bed linens every after guest stay.

The Location was great. Close enough to walk to a lot of places, restaurants and shops, around 10 minutes walk to Greenhills. The staffs were very friendly and accomodating, we always get greetings from everyone. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Lots of options both filipino and continental. I specially loved the ampalaya and bangus. Our room was nice, the king size bed and pillows was absolutely comfortable. I would like to add: the elevators are very hot inside and there is a sewage smell coming out of the drain in the toilet/bathroom. We have been told this is being address by building engineers. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Great friendly service, close to the shops.

The room we first got smells really bad, and molds.in the toilet, staff was quick enough to move us into another room which was better l, however the toilet still smells and shower still could use a proper cleaning and still molds.

Nice spacious room and ensuite toilet, comfy large bed, pillows and duvet. Quite a large tv with preview channels. Fast wifi, and decent toiletries. Always a clean corridors, although bottled water is already supplied unlimited, there is a water refilling machine on every floor by the lift. The best thing i like on this hotel is their policy in room cleaning/change linen service. They only clean or change your linens upon guest request, which for me a positive approach to save and be green friendly...

Breakfast..a little bit more of a choices to cater different tourist...aside to adding more Filipino breakfast dishes, a choice of continental breakfast will do.

I like the location of this place as it's near EDSA and Greenhills Shopping Center but with less fuzz of noise outside. The room is also clean and very neat.

I guess I stayed there when it's off-peak season, so there's not a lot of guests that they seem to fail to take care of their pool. I had my kids enjoy their pool, and they said that the pool's floor is dirty with tissue left at the bottom. There's also a lot of mosquitoes, which is a sign that the place is not properly cleaned and maintained. Staff doesn't seem to like their work, so it's a miss or hit to find nice and customer-service oriented ones.

Beds are comfortable. Ambiance is always good. Friendly staff. Breakfast is super good too

It’s our 2nd time here and was given a bit smaller room. Small for a King executive. Also, the water is not as strong as before. Probably because we are at the highest floor. Bathroom is small and quite untidy. I saw a cockroach too.

Large, spacious and super clean rooms including bathroom ensuite with beautiful modern decor and quality beddings. The Summit Provides guests with all of the conveniences of home such as a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, additional towels for the swimming pool, tea, coffee and creamer and comfortable slippers. It’s in an excellent location close to the Greenhills Mall, cafes, restaurants and transportation. The property may require you to call a taxi or Grab to get to the Mall however will only cost a few dollars. It provides free high speed internet and cable TV. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional at all times. I didn’t want to leave this amazing hotel.

Not one thing

I like the room where we stayed especially with the view and accessibility within the Ortigas area. I also liked the elevator's location where you can jump into your floor room, parking, and reception (no need to switch elevator).

I wasn't told that there'd be an event during our stay because I was late for my event as I had to park far away from the hotel (Greenhills Mall). The room towels were also late causing more delays in my preparation.

I love the service that the staff provided. We were supposed to stay an hour after checkout because our event nearby extended for an hour and it was about 1/2 the price, but we were very thankful that the extra hour was complimentary. The room was big for its price and the bed was comfy. it has all the basic necessities a hotel has. I was also happy that there were water stations in every floor hence making it eco-friendly.

It has just a weird smell coming from the comfort room, but it was tolerable. I hope this could be addressed.
