Bath room shower just five minutes shower full of water drainage system is slow,when I booked this hotel I ask them not to put chickens feathers pillows which we have allergies but still the same feathers,I call many times operators to change still they bought same pillows,

The breakfast buffet was delectable and we had it for 2 days. It was so satisfying. The staff were all congenial but they buss tables really quickly, as in I just finished my plate and they're there asking to pick it up already. Lol Beds were comfortable too, didn't ask for more pillows but I wish I had. I love their shower toiletries! Had a relaxing couple of evenings just soaking in the tub after long walks around the business district.

The hotel was less attentive to the fact that 3 adults were checking in as the room only has stuff for 2 pax. It's December, and as the pool was not heated we didn't get to enjoy it much.

Since 2011 every time we visit Philippines me made it sure that we will stay at Crown Plaza Galleria for a lot of good reasons. One, convenience going to Robinson mall, made it a lot easier to eat shop and have fun. Two, it feels really home here at Crown plaza from the food that we eat and how we were treated, we were not treated as guests, we were treated as family, hence we treat them as family as well. And last but not least, the staff that we have dealt with, From the check in counter last April 30, I forgot to get her name, the system is down at that time but she managed to handle all of the guest including us with grace and professionalism. The concierge who never gets tired of helping us from the luggages to questions on directions. To kuya Manong guard at the bridge on the 3rd floor who made simple funny conversation with us and kids making our stay enjoyable, simple gestures like does means a lot. The housekeeping lady on the 10th floor, very professional and very trustworthy. Keep up the good job. To the management of crown I know you work in the background but you always say hi to us with us with a smile is super awesome. And of course how can I forget the lounge team, Mao, Lia, Cheska, Lyka and Dan. Made our stay very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely a 5 star service. Keep up the good work and for sure you'll have a guaranteed success in your careers. All the best! More power to IHG especially to Robinsons Crown Galleria. Every family should stay here!

Consistency with other IHG hotels in terms of customer engagement, facilities standards, cleanliness, food service and quality, etc. Stayed in many IHG hotels worldwide and the Crowne Plaza in Galleria is living up to the name of the group.

A minor inconvenience but as an international brand, expected the hotel to be able to accept Amex card payments. Quite peculiar for a big name hotel to not accept Amex cards. I use my Amex for everything “travel” as I get points that benefit my lifestyle. Having had to let go of what would have been 900 avios credits was such a let down for me.

Large room, very large and super clean bathroom. Water pressure was great even with the hotel being at full occupancy. The bathroom amenities were great. The view from our room was amazing (we were on the 18th floor). Two free bottles of purified water per day is always a nice touch in a country where the tap water is not for drinking. The breakfast buffet was superb, so big, so much variety, a great way to start the day. Also, during a week of typhoon related torrential rains, the in-house connection to the adjoining Galleria Shopping Mall was really great to have.

Not much really. One day, housekeeping didn't make it to our floor until after 5pm. So what, when we got back after dinner the room was made, no big deal. I prefer beds that are softer than the ones here, but I guess that's personal preference. Because I made my booking through booking.com, we did not get IHG points for our stay which is a real bummer.

breakfast at the four corners was really good. a lot of food to choose from.

four corner's breakfast service is really bad. my daughter ordered pancake on our first day and the staff forgot it. they managed to finally serve it after about 10 reminders and when we were already paying the bill because it was reflected in the receipt and not on the table. same thing happened to her food on the second day.

Great location as it is in the middle of north and south part of metro. I always enjoy their breakfast as they have good options and lots of Filipino food available. So there is an access to the shopping mall which is very convenient. Staff are helpful and welcoming.

I always have issue with air conditioning, I have stayed in this hotel several times and that’s always the problem. I had to call them around 3am I could not sleep because of the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Guests should also be able to open windows for ventilation as I get paranoid being just inside a room with no airflow and air purifiers. I wish they also renovate their pool and gym I don’t find it inviting at all.

I like how we had a spacious corner room which was what we requested. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious as well. The toilet is like in the US, strong pressure and can use toilet paper. The Staff at lobby are all great especially concierge. You can leave your luggage with them and they assist you in finding your Grab car. Very helpful!

The drainage in shower is just a little slow. The flooring there isn't just as sloped in but I noticed that is how other showers are like in other hotels in the Phil.

Hotel was conveniently located with access to the mall which is good for family with young kids. Exceptional staff service with all of our requests provided and even upgraded to executive suite upon check in at no additional cost. I liked that the room temp kept our stay cool and the water pressure was strong to enjoy the bath and shower. Breakfast also was excellent.

The hotel could use an aesthetic upgrade especially the carpets and pillows. The shower drain was slow with water leaking out the door. It would be nice if we have a hair dryer in the room.

The room was larger than expected, the bathroom was also larger than expected. I would have booked the room for the shower alone. The staff was exceptional, very friendly, very accommodating, just over the top with the service. I've stayed at other 5 star hotels in Manlla, but I will be staying at this hotel on my next upcoming trips.

I cannot think of anything that I didn't like about the hotel experience.
