Big rooms, I was upgraded to a junior suite and I thank you for that Living room was having smart tv while bed one was having an old one, please consider having the same smart one in all the rooms Staff is very friendly and they did their best to help me with the issues I faced… They allowed me a free late check out and I really appreciated that I had a nice gesture from the manager and also appreciated it Nice location closed to the business center and many restaurants

Please renew the tower I was staying in so people will not face same issues I had with the bedding… Review the quality of room service food…

The location is good as it is walking distance from the mall (Festival Mall) in Alabang. The staffs are also accommodating and even the house keeping will call your room to offer to clean your room. Keep up the good work House Keeping team!

The toilet in the room that I booked seems to needing an upgrade (if you are facing the Bellevue from the Lobby, my room was in the right side area). Also, I understand that the hotel requires an incidental deposit (Php 3000 per night) however you should have a consideration to your guests of at least to pay the deposit within the next 24hours because some of your guests like me came straight from the airport and still needs to withdraw cash from the bank/ATM as I do not want also to carry Php12k (for 4N stay) for safety. A lady from the reception said that they will give me access only for one night until I pay the full amount of deposit which I believed is not fair and your team could have given a consideration. Hope the management will have a look at this.

I have a surprise for my family, however there is a communication challenge and it was not set up to their room upon arrival. Special mention to Anne from F&B Team she assisted to fine tune the setup with extra mile service above and beyond, you're Amazing Anne. Thank you also to Jazz from Reservation for the courteous assistant with our booking. Keep rocking Jazz. Overall staying for 1 night is stunning. The food is delicious. The Front office team shows magnificent arrangements to have a connecting room for all our bookings. Room cleanliness is top notch. Well done Room Division Team.

Staffs are nice and courteous. Room at the tower wing was excellent.

Our room in our 1st night was not so good. Needs renovation. The floor is noisy when you walk. The tub cr is outdated and quite dirty. Best thing was the supervisor was kind enough to grant our request to transfer room on our 2nd night. We really liked our new room. Bigger and newer :) To add also that the pool area on the main wing also needs major renovation especially the toilet. Even the kids found it “yucky”. But again, we enjoyed our stay because we were transferred.

I booked a twin bed at the main wing for an overnight stay. When I asked if I can upgrade, I was I formed that they already upgraded our room to the newer tower wing with a queen sized and a double bed FOR FREE (with a bath tub) !!! That's a WOW!!! I do not know who to thank... Booking.com or Bellevue 💖 my son enjoyed the main tower swimming pool (tower wing pool was booked for a certain group that time). We also get to have 2 welcome drinks. Thanks so much 💖💖💖

The parking space is a bit of a challenge for nervous drivers like me 😂😂😂

The rooms were clean and the bed was nice. Their breakfast was buffet but only has small variety of foods served.

The TV was outdated, their pool is only until 8pm and quite small. They don’t give discounts to senior citizens that has booked their rooms online as it’s already on promo.

it was a busy weekend when we stayed as it was labor day holiday, but staff were all courteous and polite, and overall service was great. shout out to Sir Rene who was very attentive to customers, and went above & beyond to fix my small issue with the room keycard. the room was clean and facilities were topnotch.

hoping that the room has a room service menu on the desk. i had to request twice for a menu to be delivered to the room.

I have stayed at the Bellevue many times and there has never been any issues, the staff are very helpful and attentive and the rooms are very homely.

Only issue was that they only use 1 door on the hotel and when they have events they randomly open another door. Just keep all 3 doors open, it would be much more convenient.

The front desk staff attended with my concern from my last stay like the temperature of the room and assigned us to 15th floor with the view of laguna lake! All of the staffs were very nice and very helpful in fixing our transportation issue(note: it was hard to get a grab ride in Alabang) As I bought a meal package but figured we will leave early. They were nice to bring us continental breakfast at 4am.

Just now the bottle of water charged at 50php each.

There is a free shuttle to and from any establishment nearby (we requested them to drop us at the Festival Mall). We enjoyed eating our breakfast, with a variety of food (we had bacon, waffles, croissants, sausages, pork giniling, and ensaymada). Food has allergen labels to inform guests. Our room was automatically upgraded upon check-in and is spacious and has exceeded our expectations. I appreciated also having a desk clock with an alarm and FM radio :)) We were not able to try the pool but it has a good view and is an Instragrammable place. The hotel employees are courteous and helpful (Thank you, Josef). There is an ATM in the lobby and a nearby retail strip where we had dinner (Sinangag Express).

The hotel lobby has dead spaces with some areas closed. The venue for breakfast is located in the other building so we had to ask several hotel staff for directions. There is also a steep spiral staircase which is dangerous and may be prone to accidents. The exhaust fan in our toilet is also defective and the plug of the clothes iron does not fit properly to the receptacle outlet.
