The room was all neat and well-equipped. It was stylish, spacious, contemporary and had all the necessities for a long stay. Housekeeping were helpful and polite, as well as those who manned the front desk.

The food in the restaurant were bland. That one lady by the bar didn't even check on us, not once. That one guy who waited on us and took our order, disappeared for over half an hour, which was pretty disappointing because our food was missing it's condiments. The noise from the construction going on across the street drove me crazy. They kept going until really late at night.

I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISE DURING MY STAY AT PARQUE ESPANA. OUR ROOM WAS BIG AND CLEAN. THE KITCHEN AND DINING AREA ARE COMPLETE WITH COOKING AND DINING UTENSILS. THE TOILETRIES WERE PROVIDED. THE TOWELS ARE ALL CLEAN AND SUFFICIENT.

THE RESTAURANT AT THE HOTEL IS SADLY NOT SATISFACTORY. THE FOOD IS BLAND AND NOT EVEN TO LOOK FORWARD TO. THE POOL IS SMALL, NOT ENOUGH TO ACCOMODATE GUEST WHO WANTS TO SWIM. AND ALTHOUGH THE POOL IS SMALL, THERE STILL SHOULD BE SOMEONE MANNING IT -LIFEGUARD, TO MAINTAIN SAFETINESS AT THE POOL AREA. THERE WAS ALSO A TIME THAT I HAVE A DISCORD WITH A SECURITY GUARD AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE PARKING LOT, HE WOULD NOT LET ME PARK EVEN THOUGH A CAR HAS JUST LEFT THE BUILDING , HE SAID IT WAS THAT GUEST PARKING SPACE , AND IT WOULD RETURN LATER. I EVEN TOLD HIM I AM GUEST TOO OF THE HOTEL WHO HAS A ROOM ACCOMODATION.

One of the best experiences I spent for a staycation! All of the staff are approachable and friendly. Never was a time i got irked for any reason. The staff tends to your needs and they are all quick. We booked 2 BR Premiere and we very much liked the place, we like the design, complete in appliance, cooking and tablewares. The baby cot was free and just fit our needs for my family. It was very spacious and our one year old baby really enjoyed the stay! The pool was also ok though we wish it was heated. When the wind blew in 18th floor it was really cold ahaha. The central park was also nearby so we really enjoyed the time playing in the park and renting bikes. All in all i love everything we spent our days here and I am definitely gonna book again and brag this place to my other relatives and friends!

5 star because of price/value ratio. Building is older and the big one bed room was worn but fresh paint, sparkling clean, great hot water pressure, big refrigerator, fully stocked kitchen and dining area, and some of the best service I have seen. Super nice desk attendees who graciously handled me after my screw up on the check out date and got things figured out. Upscale location with a huge mall close by, great for walking around and a well equipped Jym.

The hotel is located central in Alabang where everything is close(groceries, malls, even hospital) We stayed here for mandatory quarantine and the personnel made our life easier by allowing take-aways/deliveries and helping us get them right in front of our door. They secured that everything we need is at hand and our stay is comfortable. My baby got sick also during our stay and the staffs are very friendly and extremely helpful which I appreciate a LOT! Thank you Parque España! Would book again in the future.

The bathroom is a bit outdated.

very convenient. the hotel is close to a cafe, supermarket, ATM/Banks, and restaurants The service is superb! They immediately offered to move me to another room as the construction next door beside my first room was so loud.

They need to have an espresso machine in the f&b! I also think property management should be aware of the construction next door. The construction starts so early at 7 am every day, which is annoying for some hotel guests including me.

The size and price of the 1-bedroom were definitely come-ons for me when I needed to choose a place to stay for my family near the Asian Hospital. Note that I did not choose this property for leisure, but because my family needed a hotel to stay near the hospital. Knowing that there was a pool and gym were also pleasant bonuses. We did not get to check the pool though because there was a typhoon the weekend we stayed. My wife used the gym though without any complaints. The restaurant downstairs was not also open during our stay.

I need to highlight the parking garage they have. It is good that they provide one parking slot per room, but the parking ramps are quite steep and the garage itself has narrow paths in and out. Note also that the entry and exit paths are the same which means you will face a challenge should you encounter a car going in the opposite direction. Thankfully it did not happen to my family during our stay. I was also surprised and a little annoyed that the property charged us for extra towels we requested. The 1-bedroom we booked had 2 bath towels inside, but we were a family of 4. We asked for 3 extra towels, and I believe we got charged for the 1 extra. Weird.

It is very nicely located, near the malls, the shops and the restaurants but also in a quiet street so it’s not crowded or noisy or too busy. The staff is also wonderful, and very responsive to our needs.

The facilities are a bit dated and would need to be updated and freshened up, but otherwise they keep it clean anyway.

Staff are very attentive and helpful. Room is spacious with every facility available. Location is ideal, near a big park and within walking distance to Festival mall and Alabang Town Centre.

Buffet breakfast foods are mostly cold. In Alabang, public transport are inconvenient. It's heart-warming that staff are helpful to book grab for tenants.

Almost everything except parking. Room is updated, very clean, kitchen is equipped and staff are all nice, kind and helpful.

1 parking slot if you book 1 unit with 3 bedrooms (family room). Family doesn't mean we only have 1 car 😅. So we have to pay extra for additional car. And all of them are on street parking that day. We booked 2 of this 3 bedrooms units and we only got 2 car slots.
