(1) Location. It is near Molito and ATC which most restaurants and coffee shops are there. (2) Pool. Excellent rooftop infinity pool and at night the water in the pool is not that even cold. (3) Refrigerator. It is not the usual small fridge. It is big which I like so that I can put a little more things in it. (4) I availed the body massage with my booking. The Massage was really nice. Me and my partner liked it.

Only minimal things to point out; (1) phone inside the room. I know it is still pandemic and it is for the safety of the guests but disinfecting it after use is already enough to kill any viruses or bacterias. (2) Blow-dryer. This is a must have in all hotels these days. (3) the room doors are quiet heavy than the usual, fingers might stuck on it especially with kids. (4) Television. this one I don’t actually mind but my partner told me if the TV has netflix or something similar it would be much great.

The room is amazing. It was clean, spacious and very relaxing. The bed is very comfortable, and the pillows are great. There are also toiletries, dental kits, towels, disposable slippers and complimentary water on the fridge. The infinity pool on the top floor looks great as well as the view from there. Best take a dip in the morning as there are less people there. But the best part of my stay in the hotel is most likely the service provided by the staff. It is very spot-on. They are very polite, and they would definitely do their best to keep you satisfied. I hope they keep that up!

Due to the present Extreme Community Quarantine situation…in Manila. My quarantine stay at the hotel… use of the pool area, leaving my room was totally prohibited, … I was practically locked-in inside my room, during my 10-day stay but the wide floor to ceiling balcony sliding doors … gave the room so much light, and fresh air, if opened, and this eliminated the sense of claustrophobia! That’s very positive for me!

The room was spacious as always, with a king-sized bed in the middle of the room. The room is clean and tidy as expected, great for sleeping and playtime. The full glass window is as always, a welcome addition, especially for thrill seekers, as it has a great view of the entire landscape. Breakfast as always is enjoyable.

The shower and faucet output tends to lessen after the use of the toilet flusher. The door leading to the balcony has no way to be opened. Was expecting an additional couch to rest on. In-hotel parking just got smaller, with the addition of the mini-garden.

The location is good, the hotel is a walking distance from the mall (Alabang Town Center), food places (Molito), banks, etc. The staffs are all accommodating.

Entrance - there is no ramp/s. I suggests that the management will look into it as this will be helpful to your guests who have heavy luggage and are PWD. Rooms - we booked for a room good for 4 pax. The room is good however there are not much space specially if all the guests will have their own luggage, we need to do some re-arrangement in the room to fit our luggage.

I honestly don’t know why the review scores got less than 8 now. I stayed here in 2019 and it was above 8. The place deserves more than that. The staff are lovely, the rooms and facilities are well cleaned. Some people are complaining about allergy and that’s probably due to the perfumes used to mask the smell of disinfectants they used during cleaning. The elevator never took more than 3 minutes of waiting. Everything was perfect

The pool hours can be extended to 12mn rather than up to 10pm

The outside during the night looks amazing, the way the LEDS on the strees go down, super neat idea. The restaurant also good, the pool is great especially at nighttime. The pool water is not freezing, you could go 9pm and the water is still warm. I felt safe at the hotel. There's a 7eleven across the street which is super good. The staff is super friendly and kind all around. Clean rooms! The mall is about 2-3 blocks away. Yes it's walk able distance.

The elevators are crazy small! Thankfully they have 2 of them next to each other. The pool has these little dots floating all over.. maybe because of the salt water not sure. Airport Shuttle isn't free and is more expensive than booking yourself (round trip). Lets talk about the TV, it's ancient and the remote sucks soooooo much. Last but not least.. The doors to the room/bathroom/shower door they require an excessive amount of strength to open.

pool is clean, breakfast is good and on time. room always cleaned, bed sheets often change to new one and smells good. everyone are always so pleasantly courteous and helpful. we stayed 6 years ago in this hotel, and it's the same as before. we only were planning on staying for few days but ended up staying for 18 days because it's exceeded our expectations. it's close to everything we want. molito mall and molito centre is our go to when we want to try anything new for foods. i would book azumi again, next time we are back in the philippines.

i wish i could stay longer, but have to head back - stuff are awesome from person who open the door to the restaurant server. i hope they keep it this way.

It's very pricey , expensive.Not easy access for seniors,disabled guests,elderly.No ramp for luggage entry to the hotel , no rails to hold on especially needed for seniors,elderly, guests with mobility problem.All steps , stairways on the front hotel leading to the reception.No tea/ coffee provided but with kettle , microwave oven, fridge etc.Restaurant in the hotel, food OK as far as am concern.

Proximity to my residence and quiet location of Azumi. It's our 3rd time checking in to this hotel.Smooth check in/out.I just miss the politeness of the staff before who never fail to greet their guest everytime we encounter one or bump in the hallway.

I miss the breakfast buffet though it's understandable because of the pandemic. We were not given the option to choose on what food to eat. It was delivered to our room and accept it rather than getting hungry besides it's already paid. I have no problem with how the frontdesk treated us.They were good only I noticed they dont look attractive enough knowing they deal with customers.Maybe a corporate look,more color on their faces and neat hair.Also,more restroom towels in the room.
