Staff was very warm, friendly & accommodating! The hotel was very convenient to malls & and dining. Very comfortable bed & soft, fluffy pillows. Convenient shuttle service to the malls. Close to a nice park for an early walk or run.

I think they need to redo their bathrooms. Water was not even warm! TV stations sucks! Dinning option like Acai, breakfast buffet could have been better! In terms of flavor. Ex: Garlic fried Rice shd taste garlicky & fried! Mango juice, I expect mango to taste. But rather sugary & I couldn't taste the mango! Shd have more options to people who do not eat pork.

Conveniently located, staff were very friendly and attended to our needs. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious enough for my family (2 adults and 2 children)

The tiles in the bathroom needed mending. It looked like the grout was chipping off, leaving a trail of white, flaky bits everywhere. The shower screen wasn't a tight fit, resulting in some water leaking out every time we would use it. It made the tiled floors very slippery which is quite dangerous especially when you have small children.

Since Im from the North, I super like that the hotel is near the skyway. There are nearby fastfood chains too. I like the parking area, there was a bit of smell but it is tolerable. There is also an elevator from parking to lobby. Check in was quick. Staff are polite and ready to assist. The room is spacious, even the CR had a lot of space. Toiletries are provided. Good water pressure, there's rain shower and handheld one. Didnt hear noise from the hallway or the outside traffic

The breakfast buffet. Some are good, a lot are not. There are plenty of choices but I was expecting some pinoy bfast staples like tapa or tocino, instead I had teriyaki chicken for brekkie. Coffee is the biggest disappointment for me

The location - is near south supermarket, literally at its side, Mcdo and Jollibee are across the hotel and the Starbucks Reserve is just a block away.. also good to try the breakfast buffet and the staff is ❤️ The attendants at the pool area are very attentive.

Maybe some of the appliances are out dated. Not smart tv, but they have Sky Cable channels. No balcony options I think. and the pool area has less shade. Food available in the pool is so expensive lol Waiting in the elevator is a bit of a challenge when there are events lol., but these surpassed the good stuff. will surely go back here again.

We joined a fun run wherein the start and end was a few blocks away from Acacia. The staff was very polite and we received several phone calls checking in on how we were doing and if we needed anything such as extra blankets or water. The hotel entrance is across McDonalds and beside South Supermarket.

Nothing major that needs to be mentioned in this review. Checking in took time, which was expected when everybody arrives at the same time. An hour before check-out time, we received another phone call reminding us of our check-out time or if we wanted to extend our stay.

For my birthday, I requested something special from the hotel where I booked my stay through Booking.com. I usually leave notes when making reservations, but this was the first time a hotel took them seriously. When we entered our room, I was pleasantly surprised to find happy birthday balloons and a sign on the bed. Later that afternoon, they even surprised me with a slice of cake! It was my husband who receive it because I was in the bathroom when they knocked and it made me very happy and it really made my day. Thank you so much, Acacia Hotel! Please continue to offer this kind of service.

Hmm, its not that I don't like it, perhaps extending the pool hours until around 10 PM would be better?

Great location, a hop away from the groceries, restaurants, bars and main thoroughfare going to the airport. A beautiful open and decorated lobby with alot of seating. They are very strict in following masks guidelines in lieu of the pandemic. Alcohol and sanitizers are available everywhere for guests to us. The staff are polite ,helpful and very attentive from the securities who open the door for you, to the bellman, receptionist, housekeepers and servers. They have great service team. They addressed my room requirements and are very responsive each time I ask for something. Room is spacious with high ceiling, big glass window overlooking city view. It was clean and well dusted. The furnitures are modern and practical. Bathroom is spacious with separate bath rubs and shower. Complete toiletries were provided, including slippers and a bathrobe. Beds were comfy and sheets were clean and soft. This hotel offers the best breakfast buffet so far. Worth every bite.

When I booked this hotel, there was no mention about putting a deposit for damages.  They charged $200 for 4 night stay and once I checked out, they said it may take a few days before they return the money back to the guest upon confirming that nothing was damaged in the room. Also beware that if you have exchange you dollar to peso conversion at the reception, the value was too low. Bathroom too wet. The water from the shower seeps through the door and the floor can get slippery even if they put a small floor mat. It can be dangerous for the elderly . They need to add a bigger mat or rug.

Clean, standard hotel, location proximity to Ayala Alabang, comfy king bed, breakfast buffet had good variety of Asian and continental options, could have more local fresh fruit, veg & juices. Staff all smiles:)

Room AC could not be adjusted - constantly 19c. No refrigerator. Shower door didn't close all the way, water ran onto floor, which made it dangerously slippery. Walls are thin, could hear neighbors.

Customer service is exceptional in Acacia Hotel. Staff friendliness and willingness to give assistance in times of need is beyond my expectations. I got sick during my stay and receptionists organized a nurse to take me to the nearest medical center. It was very comforting knowing I was in safe hands. Hats off to all the staffs in Acacia Hotel

Great location and great room. I asked for a Queen/King sized bed because I thought I could choose the bed type but was upgraded instead (I’m guessing there were available rooms) ❤️ My boyfriend also had a wound that re-opened during our stay and when we asked if they had alcohol and gauze they sent a nurse up to make sure everything was alright and gave us everything we needed. Needless to say the staff was very accommodating.
